• Sandra (6/5): Décembre 2025 - Tout ou presque...le logement est au RDC. Le bruit du portail automatique extérieur. Il est juste derrière le mur de la chambre. C est donc à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Le portail grince, claque pendant au moins une minute. Réveillés à partir de 6h ou alors il faut un sommeil de plomb !! Pas de wifi et une 4G quasi inexistante.mais ce n' était pas la faute du propriétaire apparemment.
• Vesela (6/5): It’s good - Great location with excellent transport links, which made getting around Milan very easy. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and we appreciated small touches like the hairdryer and having ice ready in the freezer. However, the stay was let down by a few issues. The apartment was quite noisy—we could hear blinds moving in other apartments and even normal conversations from neighbors, which affected our comfort. We had specifically filtered for a place with a coffee machine, but unfortunately the one provided was unusable as it had no water tank, leaving us stuck with instant coffee. While the apartment was generally clean, it could use some maintenance and attention to detail—there were signs of wear such as tape holding part of a door frame together and deteriorating silicone around the sink and bathroom. Overall, a convenient location, but some improvements would make for a much better experience. Great location with excellent transport links, which made getting around Milan very easy. • Diana (9/5): Lovely apartment in great location - We loved the location, close to metro station and walking distance from good restaurants and shopping center. The owner was very helpful and brought us extra blankets when we requested them. We would come back. All good. Moka pot for coffee need refurbished or replaced.

• Cristina (5/5): Buena ubicación pero extremadamente ruidoso. - La ubicación, está muy bien conectado con el centro de Milán. Tiene supermercados cerca. Las imágenes se corresponden con lo que es. El apartamento es MUY ruidoso. A partir de las 6 de la mañana es imposible pegar ojo, ya que hay un ruido continuo de persianas eléctricas y ruido en el exterior (es un bajo). También cabe destacar que por la noche pasamos algo de frío, había máquinas de aire acondicionado, pero no había mando para poder encenderlo. La limpieza bastante justita.

• Isabele (10/5): - Ótimo apartamento, limpo em uma boa localização! Pelas fotos mostram ter ar condicionado, mas não funciona, apartamento extremamente quente… Só falta o ar condicionado para o apartamento ficar perfeito

• Kat (10/5): Great apartment next to metro station. - Very nice apartment, clean, convenient location next to metro station, fully equipped, good value for money. I will definitely come back when staying in Milan! Communication was slow and difficult, there was no air condition control in the room
• Sergio (6/5): Pleasant - Near train station Dirty shower. Even though the apartment has air conditioning, the controls are not available, on the first day it was very hot. There is a lot of noise in the building, next to the apartment there is a garage door that is always opening and closing and the noise is intense. The area does not seem to be safe, the morning we left there were 4 cars with broken windows and stolen. The owner's only concern is that the fees are not forgotten, he never asked if everything was ok.
• Lorenzo (8/5): Great location and very comfortable stay - The flat is very well kept, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent to reach the city centre as well as any other place in Milano In Summer the Air Conditioning should be allowed to use, considering the equipments are there. Milano can be a very hot city.

• Zibel (10/5): Very comfortable and in a very nice area - The house is small but very useful and comfortable. It was very convenient to be on the ground floor. 5 stops to the city center takes about 10 minutes. we enjoyed it very much thank you The fact that the air conditioners only work in the summer, and if we didn't have a hair dryer, we would be cold... Bathroom shower sometimes does not flow smoothly

They owner was very rude on phone once he knew we were a black couple even not trying to be nice like he was showing scaring and fearful what we couldn't understand at all...
• Zoe (8/5): Great location, safe and spacious apartment. - Great location right near the metro, in a less touristy area which was great. The apartment was spacious and clean, and came with everything you would need. Unfortunately the bed quite uncomfortable so we did not sleep very well during our stay.
