• Andy (6/5): - Good location. Felt like student accommodation. Tired decor and furnishings. Door hanging off hinges to small bedroom. No curtains in main bedroom just vertical blinds which blocked out no light.
• Manoel jorge (10/5): Everything was perfect. - I liked everything, this is the second time I've stayed in the same house, I feel comfortable and whenever I go to Liverpool I will stay there again... I recommend it. I believe only two things could be revised: updating the kitchen stove to something more modern; and in the bedrooms, trying to install blackout curtains for those who want to sleep longer, as the street light entering the room directly is a bit bothersome.

• Rebecca (9/5): What a fantastic sray - It was a confortable home. Filled with all facilities needed during stay. The agent was contactable which was a great plus. This is a truly amazing family home which benifitted from shops minuites away for all the basics required. Parking was a plus and even a small court yard garden.

Konumu sessiz ve güzel bir mahalledeydi. Otobüs durakları ve marketler yürüme mesafesindeydi. Yürüyerek stadyuma gidebilirsiniz. Maalesef çok soğuktu. İki ısıtıcıyı açtığımız halde ısınmakta çoook zorlandık. Çocuklu aileler belki zorlanabilir. Mutfak dolapları biraz kirliydi girdiğinizde biraz dikkat ederseniz sorun kalmayacaktır. Teşekkür ederim
• Iulian (8/5): - The location was good, very close to the bus stop. The area was safe and quiet. The living room and the big bedroom were spacious. We booked for 5 adults, but the house can accommodate only 4 adults. The small bedroom is actually the boiler room, which is noisy when the heating is on . The single bed in that room is too small for an adult. We were lucky that the 5th person didn't come.

• David (8/5): Great would recommend, mid range facilities. - Comfy, good location, 15 minutes walk to train station. Big rooms. WiFi was so slow , re connected many times, no TV channels, just apps.

• Irene (7/5): Bien comodidad y ubicación pero muy sucio - Su encanto...es una casita apareada típica inglesa en una calle tranquila y sin ruido excesivo. Estaba bastante sucio todo...y poca vajilla/utensilios de cocina.

A taktiež sklamanie od majiteľa. V deň nášho príchodu som majiteľovi písala a poprosila som ho,že nenechal dostatok uterákov, Samozrejme sľúbil, že to napraví,ale bohužiaľ,nestalo sa to. Ani na druhý deň ani na treti....Bolo to od neho neseriózne. Museli sme si ich kúpiť,keďže potrebovali sme sa do niečoho utrieť.

• Matthew (6/5): - The living room, dining room and bedrooms were great. The front door could do with being replaced. The shower situation was disappointing The oven didn't look too great. The uncertainty regarding the parking. The site offered free parking, but upon arrival the street had resident parking. But fair play the owner advised me to park outside the property, albeit early hours of the morning.

• Audry (6/5): Niet zo comfy house - De ligging. De accomodatie ligt dichtbij de stad. De bushalte ligt om de hoek. De accommodatie is ruim en licht. De badkamer was achterstallig en zat schimmel. De douchekop (er waren er 2 maar 1 functioneerde niet ) paste niet in de standaard dus je moest het vasthouden tijdens douchen.. De WC bril zat los en WC papier zat op een onhandige plek. We waren met 4 personen en kregen maar 3 handdoeken (voor 3 nachten). Wel om een 4e gevraagd maar niet gekregen. Er lag een vies matje op de badkamervloer, wat je beter kunt weghalen. De vloerbedekking zat vol vlekken wat een onhygiënische uitstraling had. In de grote slaapkamer hing een aparte geur, dit kwam van het dekbed af(rook?) En zelfs met ramen open ging het niet weg. Beneden zag het er netjes uit, behalve de bank, weer allerlei vlekken. De TV functioneerde helaas niet. De keuken zag er ook niet hygiënisch uit. De kookplaat en oven verroest. Verder stond er vies servies in de kast en misten wij een afdrooghanddoek. Je raakt eraan gewend maar wij vonden het niet zo comfy zoals eerdere recensies schreven.

• Aurélie (9/5): Très bon séjour - La maison est grande, rue très calme. Nous nous sommes pas senties en insécurité, quartier agréable. Arrêt de bus à 2 minutes de la maison et arrivée en 15 minutes dans le centre ville, elle est donc très bien située. Petit extérieur agréable. Grande TV, nous avons connecté notre Netflix dessus. Machine à laver à disposition. Grand frigo, grille-pain, bouilloire et four présents. Rue commerçante pas très loin. Grands magasins dans les environs (Lidl, Sansbury, Iceland, etc.). Pas insurmontable et qui ne change en rien le séjour, mais quelque remarque quand même : il manquait juste une passoire et une autre casserole. Quelques améliorations à faire niveau propreté : la rampe de l'escalier, la table de la salle à manger était grasse, les verres étaient gras et sentaient fort le calcaire.

• Sharon (5/5): Passable - We had no lights the first night, and we had to go round the house with phone torches. TV did not work at all. I couldn't get any channels at all. Cooker took along tile to heat up. No hairdryer avaliable. House was tidy enough. A gentle man did arrive the next day to sort lights for us.

• Chantelle (7/5): The small double bad mattress was not comfortable. Springs were coming into our back - Very close to Enfield and area is very quiet The Cutlery was dirty in the drawer. We found creased sheets, had to ask for clean towels, house was hired for 5 persons, and only 4 chairs were available in the dining room.

• Dan (9/5): Superb - The location is located one street away from the main street where several buses stop, more precisely Pym Street. It is a house with 3 bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and living room downstairs. Although it is located on the street, not many cars pass by so it is quiet. 5 people can be accommodated. It takes about 30/40 minutes by bus to get to the center of Liverpool. It is also a quick 20-minute walk to Anfield stadium. Nearby are 2 supermarkets Aldi and Sainsbury and many pubs, with decent prices. Excellent value for money. We were bothered by the fact that the neighborhood was a bit dirty, the authorities weren't doing their job, but it's not the fault of the accommodation people. Otherwise we don't have anything negative.
• Ashley (6/5): Comfortable stay with a few flaws and could be better - Spacious, comfortable beds, walking distance to pubs and fast food outlets No lights working on landing and intermittent in Bathroom No plugs in either the bathroom or kitchen sinks ( I ended up buying a pack of Three plugs and left them there for the next guests. No internet or TV working due to lack of internet connection. although sorted by their handyman on Sunday morning, so at least we had One day out of Three with it working. As we have a Autistic and disabled son, his main stimulus is watching TV, so trying to explain it wasnt working was also difficult for him to understand. There were also no Tea towels or hand towels at the property No large rubbish bins or recycling outside in the backyard, and no instructions as where to leave the rubbish or recycling
• Trinfa (10/5): Exactly what we need it. - Quiet place, public transport is at short walking distance (2-3 min.). Stores and pubs nearby. Goodison at 5-10 min., Anfield at 15-20 min. walking distance. Kind host, no problem with late check out. Good wifi signal in all house. Clean and comfortable double beds. Small problem with wifi connection (connected, no internet), but resolved with a router restart... Maybe a bit of more attention on cleaning details... could make a better impression, but I can't complain about anything, after all. A small coffee machine would be helpful in the mornings (just instant coffee at the moment).
• Ludmila (9/5): Superb - The entire family house was available, spacious enough. We were a family of 3. The house is in a quiet location, sleep peacefully at night. A little cold upon arrival, but by evening the house was warmed up with the help of 2 heaters. Hot water, even the bathtub was OK. Towels, toilet paper and soap are available. The shower gel was missing :-). Wi-Fi OK. Tea, sugar and coffee were great in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, we spent the day in the city. There is a public transport stop nearby. We enjoyed our stay. The keys are in the code box. It was OK. The owner was in touch regularly, everything was fine. Great price-quality ratio. We recommend.

• Andreea (10/5): It was a lovely experience - The owner was a really sweet person that helped us. The home is close to the bus station and it’s pretty big and comfortable. From the house it will take 10 min with the bus to get to the centre.

• Adrian (8/5): Well equipped house a stones throw from Goodison park - great communication from the friendly host who texted to check up halfway through the stay which i was impressed by, location a short walk from Goodison park and 20 minute bus ride to the city centre, the bus stop was right around the corner, supermarkets, shops, cafes etc close by. Property had pretty much everything you need, was pretty clean and spacious, kitchen was well equipped and towels were provided. Internet worked well. The central heating wasn't working but there were two portable heaters that worked to good effect. There is a mini fridge in the master bedroom which is a bit odd but could be very handy for midnight snacks. Couple of maintenance issues that would be very easily sorted lets the place down a bit. Water pressure in the shower when it was hot was very poor, the light in the bathroom flickers rapidly for 5 solid minutes before staying on, some bulbs missing from various light fixtures, carpet is a bit patchy upstairs, no plug in the kitchen sink downstairs, some dishes/mugs in the cupboard were not cleaned properly from previous visit. Just small things really that didn't impact the quality of our stay majorly but could definitely do with addressing all the same. House has a strange chemically smell when you first walk in but you get used to it very quickly.

• Tony (10/5): The perfect cosy home weekend stay - I came to Liverpool again for my birthday weekend, and oh, one of the best Comfy Homes ever. The house was spotless, and the rooms were good-sized, with plenty of space around the home. We literally didn't want to leave; the host was amazing and always got back to us with any questions Definitely would recommend it, it's not too far from the city centre. Nothing, honestly nothing was amazing 🤗😁

• Matthew (9/5): Superb - It's a house with a smart TV. Three bedrooms. A bath in a very good area if you need food and what not. The train station being a under 10 minute walk. Can get an uber to and from the main city for at most 12 pound. Had a problem with the hot water. I told the owner and was sent a very professional staff member to fix it there and then Apart from the hot water problem on the first night it was sorted in the morning of the next day. So everything was brilliant
• David (7/5): Ok for the price - Plenty of space for 4 of us and house was easy to access. shops and takeaways down the road and activities weren't too much of a drive. Also parking right outside the house. House was tidy but a bit grubby everywhere, feet were black from walking around. Bed in the small room is broken and leans to one side. Cutlery and glasses needed washing before being used but there was no hot water, error code on the boiler said there was no gas supply but we made do because there's an electric shower and we were only there 3 nights.

• Jo (4/5): The accommodation was very cheap and expected basic but clean, we were glad it was just an overnight - 2 out of 3 beds comfy Wasn’t clean host last minute saying cleaner hadn’t finished changed book in time but we were already there, cleaner had been in Kitchen was tidy beds were clean and made with fresh towels but bathroom was dirty rugs were dirty in Kitchen and bathroom and accommodation didn’t smell clean, it was very musty smelling. Host messaged saying the would send cleaner back in but they didn’t.
