• Guest (7/5): Perfect location, beautiful flat, unpleasant shower - Beautiful flat and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that the website warned us of the many stairs without an elevator before booking. The shower temperature was broken, so the water was either burning hot or freezing cold, with nothing in between. We booked this accommodation because the host had responded to previous complaints claiming that they had repaired the issue, which we found out not to be the case. Upon reaching out to the host organisation to ask to get it repaired or if there was a simpler solution, we received no responses or unhelpful replies.

• Stavriana (3/5): Good location but not worth it. 5th floor only stairs no hot water and no cleaning services. - There was no hot water at all we’ve spent more than 48h without showering.
• Albert (3/5): Poor - We had a problem with the hot water in the shower. The owner couldn't fix it during our stay. The last two days we showered with cold water.
• Kamila (3/5): It looks nice but the communication with the provider is really difficult they are not helpful. - Clean apartment and good localisation The communication with the provider was difficult. We were not given a pillow to the 3rd person and the owners never delivered it to us despite contacting them twice. The water in the shower was changing the temperature all the time and on the last day the Wi-Fi was not working.
• Andreash_cy (8/5): Nice flat in a central location of old town Napoli! - Excellent location, very central and close to everything. The room was renovated, spacious and safe. Great value for money. Also many thanks to Karin, the welcome agent, for her warm welcome, her time and great tips about things to do in Napoli! Only realised that it was on the 5th floor, with no elevator, a few days before, when we had to do the check-in. Despite the good and almost immediate responsiveness, when we asked for a blanket (the room was a bit stuffy and wanted to use the Aircon or open the window) they failed to provide us with one, despite our continuous messages. Also, after a plumber came to repair a drainage issue (thanks for the immediate action) the room and the shower were left dirty.
