• Martin (9/5): Very Nice Apartment, very difficult management company. - Very clean, comfortable, and warm apartment. Everything you need: Netflix, full kitchen, washer/dryer, separate bedroom, close to everything downtown, transit, etc. Big Green Booking.com banner says "Free Airport Taxi" when you book.It's a lie, trains are very good, though. Apartment managed by "Guest First", after you are booked, paid, and committed, they will require you to upload your ID, through a 3rd party company to get your check-in info, or you don't get to check in......hated that, never heard of Guest First or the 3rd party company, now they both have our ID's!?#@&! Multiple warnings about no noise, pets or smoking, then upon check-in, a final warning with threats of a 500 Euro fine.....Welcome! They have a policy manual about a key hand off to you, which was confirmed by direct messaging also. At the last minute, when no one showed up with a key at the appointed time, I discovered that they had taken the key and left it in a locker at Central Station. Cost me an hour of driving/walking, running around..... very stressful as I had event tickets for the evening and needed that hour. Bottom line, if you can get past all that, it really is a nice apartment.
• Hedvig (8/5): Perfect location in design district, comfy bed, quiet neighborhood. - The highlights for us were the perfect location, the well-equipped kitchen, and the extra comfy bed. The host was quite responsive and helpful. The heating was effective (we were there in the beginning of April), we truly appreciated it. The neighborhood is extraordinary; specialty coffees and thrift shops everywhere. We would recommend supervising the cleaning service. The bathroom smelled horrible. First, we taught that someone smoked in there before our arrival, but the smell remained throughout our whole stay. Second, the shelves in the kitchen cabinets were sticky and dusty, some items were sticked to the shelves. We found only two trash bins instead of three (recycle, organic, mixed trash).

• Liisa (4/5): Nice location but too dirty and poor value for the high price. - It’s a great and convenient location, really easy to get to everywhere. The building is and area are quiet. The flat had an unpleasant smell, a lingering cooking smell. Quite a few dishes had been put in the cupboards despite being dirty. The bathroom was absolutely horrible. Filthy shower curtain, terrible sewer smell, the shower wall yellow with dirt and grouting completely fallen off. There was a dryer in the middle of the living area which really wasn’t esthetically pleasant.
