• Douwe (10/5): Prima plek om te overnachten. - Verduistering van de slaapkamers, geluidsisolatie en een ruime badkamer. Lokatie op loopafstand van het centrum (10 minuten door het park) looptijd naar akropolis ingang zuid 15 minuten. En dan ben je al langs het marmeren, Olympisch stadion de tempel van de Olympische Zeus en de poort van Adrian gelopen.

• Ezequiel (7/5): Si son muchos no lo recomiendo. - Estaba bien en general. La zona no es en pleno centro pero te podes mover fácil. Éramos 5 y la reserva parecía no estar preparada para 5. El sillón no era muy cómodo para dormir. Estaba un poco sucio, las sábanas sucias, almohadas incómodas, pelos de pasajeros anteriores, hongos en el baño, pelusas, etc. En la recepción había humedad.

• Simona Neghina (10/5): O experiență super - Apartamentul a fost chiar foarte curat. Este bine localizat, fiind foarte aproape de obiective turistice și de stații de transport în comun. În apropiere sunt mici magazine, de unde se poate cumpăra aproape orice. În plus, comunicarea cu persoana responsabila a fost fără probleme.Într-un cuvânt a fost o alegere foarte bună. Vă mulțumim! -

• Peter (8/5): Solid choice. Decent apartment at reasonable price. - To be honest we were only here for a brief overnight break between flights but it was fine. A decent flat at a decent price and we were quite happy with it. Beds were comfortable and walking distance from the metro - but then most places in Athens are. Nothing to complain about

• Melanie (3/5): Leider sehr enttäuschend. Wenn man Atemwegserkrankungen hat, bitte nicht buchen! - Die Lage ist sehr gut, Ausstattung der Küche und des Badezimmers ist gut Leider schimmelt es im ganzen Gebäude, was man schon merkt wenn man das Stiegenhaus betritt - siehe Fotos. Es ist leider auch in den beiden Schlafzimmern merklich feucht (und vermutlich auch schimmelig), weswegen meine Schwester am letzten Tag Probleme mit der Atmung bekam. Der zweite Punkt, der für uns ein no-go ist, war die Mausefalle im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt also offenbar neben dem Schimmelproblem auch einen Schädlingsbefall. Wir reisen sehr viel und sind einiges gewöhnt, aber diese beiden Punkte dürfen einfach nicht sein wenn man eine Wohnung vermietet. Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Bar, die im selben Gebäude gleich nebenan ist. Der Lärm ging jeden Abend bis mindestens Mitternacht, das ist mit Ohropax jedoch erträglich.

Apartment is cozy and has everything needed for a stay. We loved a smart TV. Apartment could be better cleaned. Floors were very dirty. We had issue with hot water but solved it quickly however those instructions will be usefull to have somewhere in apartment.

• Miroslaw (9/5): - Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze położone (nie korzystaliśmy z komunikacji miejskiej). Położone przy bocznej uliczce, jest ciche. Ponadto jest bardzo czyste, kuchnia i łazienka wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne przybory. Sypialnie są wygodne. W okolicy są sklepy spożywcze i knajpki. Warto.

• Khoi (10/5): - Nice place and clean. I did not know in the city of Athens dues to old plumbing system you have to put toilet paper in a bin so installing a toilet bidet attachment instead of regular toilet seat would be a big plus.

Mais dans la chambre double très bon lit. La literie de la chambre avec deux petits lits on sentais tous les ressorts la lit n’étaient pas bien.

• Christian (8/5): Very good - The apartment is great and it has been recycled recently. Everything works just fine, feels safe and it was super clean. Very happy with comms and everything related to the flat. Only aspect to bear in mind is that there is a bar JUST outside next door and every night we were there had loud music until 2-3am, it can be heard from the bedrooms, even with closed doors. Not the owners fault, but a problem nonetheless.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Recommended place for a stay in Athens - The location of the apartment is fine within the walking distance of Acropolis. The apartment consists of two cosy bedrooms, comfortable bathroom and a nice dining room with a kitchen. You may find there everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days or more. The air con is working very efficiently. The host was really helpful. Once we had a problem with getting in (there was no electricity in the building) but we got immediate help. There is nothing I can think of.

• Αντωνησ (7/5): Good - Everything inside the property was new, elegant and as shown in photos. 1st thing is that it was not mentioned anywhere that the property is on the ground floor. 2nd and more important, it is next to a bar with very loud music even after 2 a.m.

For the location bus station is very close to apartment. Syntagma square is 10 min away by walking. You can take the metro from there for Monastraki or airport. I preferred to take metro to airport. If I come again I would choose this place again. Very nice and safety.

The music from the next door bar is quite loud indeed (but only on the weekend nights). However, you can come prepared and just take some earplugs with you 😎

• Derek (9/5): Great location, perfectly clean and responsive host - This is a very well appointed apartment with plenty of space in an excellent location. It was perfect for me for my visit to Athens and it would also suit a group / family. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any comments or queries and accommodated any request possible. It was quiet and peaceful just off a main road - although there's a bar next door there were no noise issues. There are also cafes and shops close by. It's about a 15 walk to Syntagma Square and metro with transport options very close to the property. I will stay here again on my next visit to Athens. I liked everything. This ground floor property was perfect for me. It doesn't have much natural light or view but this is the usual for Athens properties

• בועז (10/5): Best appartment - The best appartment we saw in Athene. Very nice host. The appartment is located on the ground floor. It looks very new. The bathroom was really wide 1 km away from the nearest Metro station (Syntagma)

It is literally 1 min walk to the stadium, and a 15 minutes walk to acropolis. There is a bar on the other side of the wall. During the week is wasn't too bad, but on Friday and Saturday they crank the music really loud and I wasn't able to sleep until 3 am when the bar closed
