• Mr Zam Mnj (1/5): WORST AND SCAMMER - I haven't check in this unit.. the property doesn't reply or answer ..how can I do check in ?? And it's paid and charged my bank acc.. Booking.com pls do something into this matter I called customer service booking.com but the answer so disappointed.. it's unresolved.. till now I still waiting for the refund .. too bad
• Nur (1/5): Bad - I kene scammed dgn property ni !!! Dh sampai lobby then guard asked the apt was empty !! Pyment was deducted from cc !! Then my husband & kids x dpat check in !! Called host so many time !! No body answered !! Plizzzz booking.com called me & refund my pyment !!!
• Lealonii (1/5): Just completely horrible people - The location is great. Everything about the management of the unit was horrible. At first it Seemed ok so I extended my stay for a month. But soon i learned how unhelpful and unprofessional the unit manager is and what a joke the facility and amenities within the unit is. The Wi-Fi was so slow you could barely have you-tube running without a rebuffing , when i brought it to the agents attention he Said he will look into it but never did. The curtain covering the door to the outside patio was already coming off and it finally gave way when i had to open the door to grab the broom they placed outside. When i told Him about it he had done nothing about it for the entire month. I was still willing to extend another month if i was able to change units when the month was up. He Said ok and when the day came to extend my stay the agent only then told me that for this month the rate will have to increase by 800rm. He had a fortnight to let me know but neglected to tell me about this increment. So i had to either quickly somewhere else to stay or get railroaded into paying the sudden increase. It's bad enough i was never given a receipt for any of the payments i made..be it the month rental fee or my deposit. And to top it all off...the sofa is made from cheap material or perhaps it was already broken because the arm of the sofa is literally held up by a single plank. I had placed my head on the arm of the sofa and accidentally slept there..when I woke I noticed the arm of the couch where. My head rested had somewhat deflated Abit and when I examined it I noticed that it was literally held up by a single plank of wood that broke in half after I slept there for a few hours. It just seems that everything on the unit is fixed halfheartedly so as to have the damage reoccur and then put the blame on the next tenant even though it was already in a bad state to begin with. The agent has the audacity to threaten that he will report me due to the couch being in that state.
