- Guest (5/5): Nice place to stay when traveling for work and the people make you fill at home. - The rooms were nice and comfortable. The air condition system worked great. The people were freindly and the food was fabulous , along with the drinks. Loved how the coffee shop is open later in the day for snacks and drinks. The place was clean and the ash trays were kept up and not be filled cigs. Loved the outside sitting areas. The TV should have a guide to turn on for those who don't use the system that much and not a lot of free apps to choose for viewing pleasure. No place for those who don't smoke to enjoy gambling too.
- Guest (10/5): - Everything
- John (10/5): - everything is easy to reach. (not a lot of walking)
- Sam (10/5): rustic lodge hotel - pretty well kept hotel
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Cheryl (10/5): - We felt very comfortable, safe, and the parking lot was clean
The only thing they could upgrade would be the coffee and coffee condiments
- seung soo (10/5): - I like everything(location, building, casino, room, easy parking, quiet, safe, clean).
- Tiresa (10/5): - Check in was easy and I was very happy with Nathaniel, he was friendly and very helpful, he welcomed us back with a smile. The room is clean and comfortable. My husband and I have been coming to Colusa whenever we visit my son who lives in Shasta. Colusa is one of our favorite places to stay and enjoy playing bingo. We love Colusa!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great, safe place away from bigger city, if you’re just passing through.

- nichole (10/5): - Lovely stay
- Jennifer (8/5): Overall nice lodging - We had issues with the air conditioning. It would either be freezing cold or too hot. We couldn’t get it to be comfortable. Other than that it was really nice room, comfortable beds and good pressure in the shower
- Kathie L (10/5): Perfect short trip - Love Colusa Casino! Friendly atmosphere and helpful guest services..Machines were fun and winning! Live hour away through mountains. After bingo too dark to drive home. Needed a short trip to re-charge and my overnight trip was perfect *****
- Anita (8/5): - Front desk was nice and helpful. Left a watch on the bed; called an hr. after checking out, and they had it at the front desk. Wished they would've called us, so we wouldn't have had to drive so far back to get it...but glad we got it back!
- Philomena (6/5): - Did not have an ADA room available
Said they only had 3 and all were taken
- Tracie (5/5): Buffet not worth the money. - Good value Buffet was mediocre at best. Not worth $30. Felt like a buffet line at a wedding. Not a real buffet with a lot of choices.
- TRINH (10/5): - good
- Sue (10/5): Nice casino, remote area - Beautiful place and comfortable room. Out in the middle of nowhere, but fun to be in if you enjoy casinos and are a gambler
- Tonya (10/5): Surprised - Everything..the staff was great. The facility was clean. My room was one of the best I have been in.

- Marc (8/5): Very good -
- David (1/5): The stay I never got to make. - Reserved a room for the night through booking.com and received a confirmation number.
When I tried to check in there was no record of the confirmation and the hotel was already booked full, so I was turned away to try and find another place to stay that nigh.
- Jill (4/5): - I stayed there four nights and two of the nights. I hardly slept because of the noise in other rooms. The patrons were not loud, but the walls have zero noise blocking.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Alanita (10/5): - Not enough reastaurant I like it being quite.
- Lyman (10/5): - Hidden gem!! Completely random adventure led us to this beautiful location. Stayed just for one night. Gambled til the wee hours an had a blast. Free drinks an great food at the casino restaurant. Totally recommend.
- Nancy (9/5): Beautiful and clean. A lot of character - Ambiance Smoking
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Smith (10/5): Nice play to stay and play - Nice room comfortable bed. It’s one of my favorite casinos The food at Jack’s place wasn’t as good as in the past
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant - Nice room, huge bathroom. The bed was pretty comfy, not too soft The heater was so loud, I have no idea why they feel the need for such a big blower motor on their heat/AC units.
- Chris (10/5): Very nice property - Very nice property. We would definitely stay here again.....
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steininger (6/5): Wouldn't go back because of the service. - Rooms were nice and clean. I went to order a second drink and the bartender gave me a hard time. I had just driven 11 hours and done a 4 hour inspection. Didn't apprecite it. Wifi in rooms horrible. Had to go outside to have emails snet.
- Deana (10/5): - Great stay
- Melissa (8/5): Work trip - The hotel is very nice with no smoke smell which was a concern of mine. This is a remote area with not a lot of food options so it was great to have a Starbucks on site with cafe items. The internet is poor and so is phone service. Working at the hotel was a challenge. The internet in the casino cafe was marginally better. My other issue was with the noise. I was on the bottom floor and could hear sound through every wall of the hotel. It was quiet at night for the most part. On the last night I asked the front desk for earplugs and they were happy to provide them. Overall a nice place to stay in a remote area.
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Jill (6/5): - I called the desk three times and nobody answered. I did not know if the water and snacks in the room were complementary so I walked to the front desk to ask. The curtains do not close completely so it was very light in my room all night long. The side doors are exit only but I had to figure that out myself. It would be best that they let you know at check-in.
- Kaylee (10/5): Very homey - The room and entire property felt and smelled so clean and homey. The bed was super comfortable. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed especially for the price!
Only complaints - tv didn’t have a sleep timer, blankets on bed could have been heavier.
- Michael (10/5): - Easy to stay at this facility
- angie (10/5): Pleasant stsy - Traveling through and made the decision to stop for the night. The casino is Smokey which was inconvenient otherwise the hotel/casino was very nice!
- Joel (8/5): - N/a
- David (10/5): An excellent value. Will be staying here agin. -
- John (7/5): Good -
- Alex (10/5): Luxury on a budget - The room at the Colusa Casino Resort was comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra blankets if you need it. The A/C is a bit noisy but works well. It was a luxurious room.
- Dennis (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (10/5): - Next to casino
- Stone (9/5): Superb -
- William (9/5): Decent room, sufficiently comfortable, good people, excellent price, but walls are too thin. - Had to leave too early. Missed breakfast. Dinner was excellent. Room and bath were good size. Plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable enough. Walls are too thin. Can hear too much from your neighbors. Blow in some insullation. Think you ought to get the pool going again. Covid is over. Not a good excuse.
- Blanka (10/5): We had a short stay just for the night i slept like a baby - The bed was super comfy.
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Norman (10/5): - Nice place in the boonies
- Jessica (8/5): - Nice
- Rosalva (8/5): - They took out all the old slot machines for eg.Diamonds and 7's
- Juana (6/5): - 4 / 10
- Brian (6/5): Exhausted from lack of sleep. - The room was clean and bathroom spacious. No way to blackout the windows. No chance in sleeping in with the bright lights coming in. Really just a bad choice in window covering.
- Jilberto (10/5): - Greatplace to stay

- Mary (10/5): - Very nice and clean. Quiet also
- Stacy (10/5): Exceptional -

- Mary (10/5): Top Notch - Love this hotel. Everything about it. The employees the room the restaurant was delicious. Top notch
- Jean (10/5): - Nice remote property that we felt very safe in. Very clean and quiet. Nicely appointed room.
- J (10/5): - 👍👍
- Larissa (10/5): Perfect location for the weekend - Very clean Food
- Alexandra (10/5): - Great stay!
- Stuart (9/5): Had fun and enjoyed ourselves. - Food was good. The tub had no mat and made it slippery. Didn’t win as we would have liked. But that is the casino.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Double-charged - I booked the Hotel for 2 nights through Hotels.com and prepaid the reservation. First off, when I went to check in, I was told that a 150.00 "security deposit" would be charged to my card and refunded when my stay was completed. I wasn't happy about the fact that there was nothing mentioned when I made the reservation. But I paid it. This was 5 days ago. When I checked to see if it had been refunded, I discovered that not only had it not been refunded but that my card had been charged 327.42, basically 150.00 a night for the 2 nights. Add that to the $200.00+ that I had paid to Hotels.com and I ended up paying 250.00 per night for a hotel with no room service and one bar/restaurant.
When I called to try to get it straightened out, I only got voicemail and no response. Definitely going to rethink staying here again.
- Bobby (10/5): Great place to stay - The staff is very friendly at the front desk
