• John (8/5): Enjoabke but could have been excellent overall - Location is excellent. The provision of cooking etc items is excellent. The general ambience is excelle It was very difficult to het entry and it took about 49 mins to get the digital system to allow us entry which after a long journey was disappointing We were told in advance that the door to the shower had been broken ana was waiting repair but there were still pieces of glass/plastic on the floor of the bathroom

• monica (9/5): - L'appartamento è centralissimo, supermercato, fruttivendolo,bar, panificio,farmacia e negozio di ortopedia a pochi metri. Ho soggiornato per 4 giorni dopo un intervento chirurgico. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto, pentole,padelle e tutti gli utensili per poter cucinare. Macchina del caffè, forno e microonde. Io ho trovato tutti i condimenti,olio, aceto,sale ,e zucchero. È dotato anche di lavatrice e ferro da stiro. Un piccolo terrazzo che si affaccia sulla corte interna da la possibilità a un fumatore di non uscire dall'abitazione necessariamente. Due televisori,uno in sala e uno in camera da letto. Pulito e ordinato. Letto comodo . Asciugamani medio e grande per doccia. C'è un piccolo problema di scarico dell'acqua in cucina,che andrebbe risolto. Aggiungerei degli asciugamani da bidè

• Sandra (9/5): Buen alojamiento en Milán - Tiene de todo, lavadora, lavavajillas, cazuelas, sartenes, microondas… todo para poder pasar unos días allí sin preocuparte de nada. Es espacioso, está limpio, el baño y el salón es amplio, la cocina también con nevera y congelador,, la cama es cómoda y grande, nos dejaron también cambio de toallas, de los mejores apartamentos en los que yo he estado. Dispone también de ascensor aunque muy pequeño, nosotros íbamos con una silla de paseo y si entraba pero otro carro más grande o una silla de ruedas yo creo que no. Tienes un Carrefour express debajo, una farmacia al lado, restaurantes… y en 20 minutos estás en el duomo y sino una parada de metro a 5 minutos No poder modular nosotros la calefacción

• Kayla (9/5): Loved it. Great apt that was clean and had great cozy, efficient amenities and cute layout - LOVED the apartment. I would stay there again 100%. I’d even book to stay there for longer than just a couple of days. The only thing we didn’t like was the door lock. We struggled getting into the apt for the first few times. Even after watching the instruction videos, we still struggled 😅 not a big deal, but it was a little annoying trying to figure out how to turn the handle correctly when we first arrived.

• Noemi (10/5): - Apartamento con una ubicación excelente. En la misma calle tienes parada de tranvía y metro, además de un carrefour express al lado. Era un alojamiento amplio, cálido, luminoso, con todas las comodidades y servicios. La cama era muy cómoda y la cocina estaba completamente equipada. El baño era amplío y la ducha tenía presión. La llegada es completamente autónoma por lo que no tienes que depender de nadie. Las fotos se corresponden totalmente con la realidas. 10000/10 No hubo una sola pega.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Wspaniały weekend w Mediolanie - Lokalizacja obiektu i to że było bardzo cicho. Poduszki były niewygodne do spania. Mogła być też butelka wody na powitanie. Przylecieliśmy późno w nocy i nie mieliśmy możliwości kupić na miejscu.
• ELENA (10/5): Прекрасная квартира - Отличная квартира для 2 путешественников. Расположена в центральной части Милана. До ближайшей станции метро Crocetta 5 минут. В квартире есть посудомоечная и стиральная машины, вся посуда для приготовления еды. Окна и балкон квартиры выходят в тихий зеленый дворик, поэтому в квартире полная тишина. Есть кондиционеры. На окнах сетки от насекомых, что в Милане очень важно. В соседнем доме большой супермаркет, несколько булочных и овощной магазин. Рядом несколько очень хороших ресторанов и кафе.

We had one problem with the shower and after letting them know they sent someone over almost instantly (and that even on the weekend). Really convenient location close to metro, cute flat that had everything you could need. Really recommend staying here.

• Silke (10/5): Wohnliches Apartment - sehr zu empfehlen - Tolle Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Metrolinie 3. Supermarkt ein paar Häuser weiter, mehrere Bäckereien in direkter Nachbarschaft. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet, dass wir uns schnell eingerichtet und zurecht gefunden haben. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, auch wenn man länger dort wäre, als ein paar Tage. Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Kleiner Balkon für 2 Personen incl. Stühle. Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines normalen Wohnhauses mit ruhigen Nachbarn. Aufzug vorhanden. Ein weiteres Handtuch pro Person wäre schön. Das war’s aber auch schon an Wünschen 😌

• Suzanne (9/5): Very comfortable , very clean,convenient location - Very clean and comfortable, lovely old building with really comfortable modern apartment. Only a few minutes walk from crocetta metro stop and the metro was very easy to navigate (can be at duomo in 10mins). Trams nearby also. Area felt very safe and a reasonably sized carrefour hidden inside courtyard metres from front door. Air conditioning worked very well. The electronic key worked fine but was a bit annoying and also if your phone broke or was stolen it would be a big problem
• Jakub (5/5): Mixed feelings about cleanliness, they need to fix issue with ants. otherwise good. - I think location is great, it is in a quiet side street, but near metro station with fast access to Duomo and Central station. There was all we need in the flat for 3 night stay. Cleanliness is questionable, although bedsheets, towels and kitchen were clean, I cant say it about the rest. There were a lot of ants, which I cant understand if basic price is above 200e/night.
• Szófia (9/5): Superb - We had a great time staying here! The apartment is spacious, clean, stylish, well-located and has everything you need. The neighborhood felt really safe and there are plenty of cafés/ shops in the street. The location is central enough that you can walk to the Duomo, but it’s not in the super crowded touristy streets. It’s also well connected by public transport, so you can get around easily. The lock system is kind of a hassle. I read the previous comments and thought “how difficult can it be”, but that door humbled me real quick. After a few tries we got the hang of it, but it’s really not intuitive. To be fair, the owner really tries to make it straightforward. They sent me super detailed instructions with a tutorial video and they reacted really quickly whenever we needed help, but I really wished that we had an old fashioned analog key. Despite this, I would still stay here again, the apartment is great!

• Scott (9/5): Superb - Perfect place to stay! very easy to find Good location close to Milan centre, 10 mins from the Duomo. Trams close and accessible. Supermarket right next door. The virtual key was brilliant and easy to use. Only one tiny issue was there were no sheets (everything else in the wardrobe, but no sheets wasn't a major issue, though) Highly recommend. Wasn't anything we didn't like!
• Elpida (9/5): Superb - Fully refurbished, clean, warm , very convenient with shops and tube station and a tram stop to the duomo just across the apartment. I would much prefer however not to have a different representative from the real estate to communicate to. Keep sending us new phone numbers of the different reps and was getting a bit confusing and impersonal. A bit tricky how to unlock the upper door. Oven and kettle didn't work but we didn't mind much and if we wanted they wouldnhave come to fix it. .

• Frank (10/5): Nice stay at Crocetta Modern Flat - The accommodations were spacious, clean, bright inside, and excellently decorated. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was super clean, with newer fixtures. There's a very unique one or two person elevator, quite old and of definite rarity, I would guess. Worked without a flaw, or you can take the typical ( again, a guess. I guess as this is my 1st visit to Milan) narrow stairs up 4 floors. Very quiet inside the "Palazzo " but outside, streetside this is a busy place. I would return, and my thanks to the caretaker, he showed patience as I met him when 1st arriving . After my all-night flight, I certainly was the perfect confused stranger. There's not much to mention. What might help is a small pamphlet as to directions for the stay, where the waste is to be placed, maybe nearby laundry if available, some possible suggestions for the area. Like a welcome sheet. Would help non Italian speaking guests.
• O (5/5): Why pay cleaning fee if property not cleaned - Location Uncleanliness and lack of upkeep. Floors and headboard dirty. Dryer did not work. Back door to tiny balcony coming off hinges. Freezer just blocks of ice. Refrigerator same. I let them know during the stay but just got lip service.

• Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable apartment in a great location. A short walk to the convenient Crocetta station. The neighbourhood is really cool with plenty of lovely restaurants, shops, supermarkets, parks etc.. host was friendly, kind and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. The smartphone entry system was a minor inconvenience. My phone is a little dated and the battery life is not great. After taking pictures and using maps all day long my battery is usually very low. I had to save a few percent of battery to make sure I could get into the apartment. I would prefer a key in a keybox and not need to depend on a phone to enter.

• Kellg (10/5): Perfect apartment in a fabulous location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Great location and spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed, great shower and fab balcony to sit on in the sun. Loved the Italian feel of this apartment compared to staying in a hotel. Lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Crocetta metro link which was great for travelling around the city. Nothing we didn’t like.

• Nga (10/5): 2nd time staying here, I would recommend to othets! - Safe neighborhood, close to metro and tram. Supermarket, shops, restaurants very closeby. Kitchen has all the things you need to cook. There’s an iron, washer, etc. Host Alex is great and arrived promptly for a early check in! There are families in the building, so at 2p 3p , we can hear violin and piano practicing. It was peaceful to hear. There is a elementary school nearby and it can be noisy on warm days when the kids play outside. If you nap in early afternoon, this can be an issue.

• Fabiana (7/5): Good - Location very convenient for what I needed, facilities as expected Check-in was aweful, since they came 1 hour late and the phone mentioned where to call them was off. Eventually they excused themselves and they kindly reiumbursed the cleaning expenses.
• Nga (10/5): Clean, modern, convenient, safe! - Clean, modern, bright , quiet apartment on 4th floor. Theres an elevator, washer/dryer, appliances, etc. There’s a balcony. Bed is a double, I didn’t use the sofa bed. Hosts allowed me to check in early, and I left keys on table to check out. Super-easy! Use whats app to call them. There’s a metro stop nearby, small market, restaurants, and only 14 minutes from Bocconi University. There’s a bar that is two minutes from apt so you can have lunch and a drink while waiting for host to arrive! Needed extra trash bags but didn’t get a reply. No detergent for washing machine.

• Marielle (8/5): Yes to a next time - 2 min walk from my appointment. therefore, perfect location. No breakfast, but small supermarket nearby. Clean. Nice & proper accommodation. Easy in contact with host. because of personal hand-over of keys I had to pay extra for late check in: late and delayed flight. And for late check out only an extra night booking possible.

• Nelvina (10/5): An amazing first-time experience of Milan. - The staff here at Crocetta are wonderful. They adjusted to my delayed flight and adapted really well to the sudden changes in my check-in time. Whenever I had any questions, they were always quick to respond and I really appreciated their help during my stay. Upon arrival, the property was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Amnesties such as an iron, hairdryer, soap and towels were all provided and the apartment comes with all the necessities e.g. gas stove, kettle, washing machine, dishes/dishwasher, cleaning products etc. We also had a nice balcony which was small and cosy, perfect for the warm nights when you want to let some air in! There is also air conditioning, which was particularly helpful during the hottest days! The property is conveniently located close to grocery and convenience stores. Attractions such as Duomo Milano, Galleria Vitorio Emanuelle II, Starbucks Roastery and Reserve, Naviglio Pavese and Sforzesco Castle were all within walking distance (about 20-25min walk) so my partner and I did not have to spend any extra money on transport. The walks were beautiful, and the streets were quiet and peaceful. My partner and I were able to cover so much within the few days that we stayed here. The only thing I would say is a negative is the WiFi - we didn’t have the most stable connection but this wasn’t a problem for me as I had data on my phone. The programmes on tv were quite limited, so I stuck to using my phone instead.
