• Lisa (8/5): Séjour agréable ! - Nous avons aimé La chambre, L’eau de la douche facile à régler, le côté apaisant de cette déco sobre, la gentillesse de la propriétaire Inès et de l’hôte Anas Petit détails car nous avons l’habitude des Riad de la médina : il n’y avait aucun miroir en pied dans le Riad ni dans la chambre ni dans les parties communes pas pratique pour s’habiller. Pas de boîte a mouchoirs dans la chambre, le Rooftop et le patio sont un peu trop épurés à notre goût ! Il ne manque pas grand chose pour en faire un Riad d’excellence !

• LE CHELARD (7/5): - Un magnifique séjour dans ce riad ❤️ Personnel vraiment très sympathique et attentif, toujours avec le sourire. La décoration est superbe, pleine de charme et très soignée. • Nicole (8/5): - This is aesthetically unbeatable. Beautiful decor and superb choice of linens and amenities. The bed was very comfortable, including pillows and linens. The split-unit heater didn’t appear to be working but we were given a portable radiator which worked well. We didn’t receive room service one day bc we didn’t know to leave our key for the staff but it wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast was delicious and we especially liked the rooftop terrace. We were so glad to opt for the airport pickup/shuttle because the place would have been difficult to find on our own. The location is fine for people traveling together and didn’t prove an issue but I wouldn’t want to walk there alone as a solo female traveler. Also, we paid for the airport shuttle and would suggest only STAFF be allowed to carry bags from the vehicle to the Riad. We did not realize staff allowed locals to transport our bags and were unpleasantly encountered with bantering that we didn’t tip them enough….just an unnecessary, avoidable arrival circumstance.

Fortunately they gave me a little heater. There was also AC. The dirty and dark little alleys at night and how hard it is to find the riad.

Staff was fantastic especially Anas who was helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The bathtub was not covered so when we showered, water would go everywhere.

• D (10/5): Amazing - A beautifully kept Riad. Extremely quiet oasis with warm hosts. My husband and I had the most incredible stay, everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make me feel at home. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal, and the Riad itself had such a calm, luxurious atmosphere. At first, I was uncomfortable by how quiet it was but you come to appreciate it and look forward to relaxing at the end of the day there. Great for getting a good nights sleep. The staff are lovely and friendly (shout outs Mo)! The breakfast was nice and they are happy to help at all hours of the day. Rooftop was lovely for a nice sit at the end of the day, too. Each room was unique in layout and décor minimalist/tasteful! Would recommend to anyone who prefers a quiet refuge as a home base in Marrakech. Hard to find at first so ideally someone can guide you! It is a bit off the well traveled Medina path meaning there are a few corridors that aren’t frequented or busy at times — we were 2-3 females and were fine but take caution. Takes about 10 minutes walking to get to the busy parts of the market. Small note/not make or break but robes would have been a nice touch in the rooms! Especially since the place feels like a spa!

Riad hem souk’lara hem de majorelle bahçelerine yürüme mesafesinde. Merkezde ama her yerin tam ortasında. Taksiyle alım mesafesine de çok yakın. Riad’ın tasarımı, dekorasyonu da harika. Kendinizi bir nevi Massimo Dutti mağazasında hissediyorsunuz. Her detay özenle düşünülmüş. O kadar renkten ve karmaşadan sonra riada gelince gözlerim ve ruhum dinlendi. Odalar tertemiz, çalışan ekipse aşırı güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Marakeşten mutlu ayrılmanız için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapıyorlar, sizinle tüm turistik ipuçlarını ve önerilerini paylaşıyorlar. L'emplacement est idéal dans la medina pour visiter Marrakech et pratique pour être déposé en taxi (N'hésitez pas à demander à une personne de transporter votre valise dans une petite charrette si vous êtes chargé). Le petit déjeuner marocain est copieux et fait maison. L'accueil a été chaleureux par Anas et Soulaimane. Une belle terrasse sur le toit du riad permet d'admirer le coucher du soleil et le petit bassin d'eau froide en bas ont été très appréciable. Inès la propriétaire était absente lors du séjour mais a été toujours été très disponible. There is no cleaning which is astonishing for the price. It was dusty and birds were pooping on the balcony (which might be unavoidable but could be cleaned).
• Aisa (10/5): I highly recommend it! ✨ - The riad is beautiful, minimalist, and tastefully decorated. We were very satisfied with our stay. Unfortunately, we forgot the key with us when checking out, but the owner, Ines, kindly responded and said she would take care of it. On the last day of our stay, there was heavy rain, which caused flooding in the riad’s garden, as well as in many parts of Marrakech. The staff of the riad worked hard to eliminate the flooding and worked non-stop for about three hours. From me, it’s a 10/10, with just a small suggestion regarding breakfast. I think for us foreigners, starting breakfast at 9 AM is a bit late, since we like to head out early in the morning to visit sights before the big crowds. I hope this can be slightly adjusted, as we weren’t able to have a single breakfast at the riad during our stay.
• CHRYSTELLE (10/5): Un pur moment de détente - RIAD familial, intimiste, propre, finement décoré aux lignes épurées, calme dans un secteur très calme à l'abri de l'agitation de la Médina. Proche de toutes les zones touristiques à visiter à pied de Majorelle à la célèbre place Jamaa El Fna. L'équipe est très accueillante, le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. La literie est propre et ferme. La salle de bain magnifique. Ce riad est idéal pour se reposer après une bonne journée de visites, il ne s'adapte pas selon moi à la présence d'enfants ou de personnes bruyantes pour préserver l'intimité de chacun. Un petit bassin peut servir à se rafraichir et la terrasse sur le toit permet de s'isoler pour travailler ou lire. Nous avons suivis tous les conseils d'Ines et Anas pour nos visites et avons pleinement profité grâce à eux de notre séjour. L'équipe peut également vous aider à organiser des excursions privées vers le désert.

Better to get the riads own taxi. Then you’ll arrive much closer to the destination and not risk getting lost.
• Johannes (10/5): Perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, schönes, kleines Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. - Perfekte Lage um Marrakech kennenzulernen. Wir waren dort 4 Tage und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Parkplatz empfehle ich „Ankejmal“, zwar etwas teurer, dafür aber Tag und Nacht bewacht und wenn gewünscht wird auch das Auto gereinigt. Ist etwa 5 Minuten vom Riad entfernt. Ich würde das Riad Krème absolut weiterempfehlen.

• Alexandra (10/5): Superbe - Pour ma dernière nuit, imprévue à Marrakech. J'ai poussé la porte du Krème Riad... et wahou ! Je ne pensais pas trouver un tel lieu au milieu de la Médina. Il y régnait une ambiance sereine et presque mystique dans la nuit. Joliment décoré, literie ferme et confortable, très jolie salle d'eau. Pour finir : un excellent petit-déjeuner. Je remercie particulièrement Inès pour sa gentillesse - je reviendrai sans hésiter au Riad Krème lors de mon prochain séjour.

What made it special is the staff: - We got amazing local suggestions for everything, even a barber that turned out to be top - We had the tastiest breakfast out of every place we stayed, local think savory pancakes were so good! Made by such a nice lady I’ll keep recommending this riad to anyone who’s traveling to Marrakech.

• Inès (10/5): Un lieu magnifique, des hôtes exceptionnels ! - J'ai tout aimé ! La beauté de l'établissement, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. La convivialité du lieu... Le riad m'a acceptée pour une nuit ce qui est assez rare. Je reviendrais avec plaisir !

The location was really nice. Really quiet. So if you wanna explore this is the one to go to. The beds were a bit hard. Could be a bit softer for smaller people.

Le riad est un véritable havre de paix, magnifiquement décoré et parfaitement situé pour explorer la ville. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et pleines de charme. Chaque matin, nous avons apprécié un délicieux petit-déjeuner . Le personnel était toujours disponible pour nous conseiller sur les meilleures activités et restaurants de la ville. Nous recommandons vivement le Riad Crème à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience authentique et inoubliable à Marrakech. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !
