• Bojan (8/5): Amazing location and view - Wow, the location is fantastic! The view of the Stefan Nemanja monument with the Belgrade Waterfront buildings in the background is amazing. The apartment is located within walking distance of the main tourist attractions and close to many nice restaurants. Just a perfect location! The apartment is located in a pretty old building with an old-style elevator that doesn't inspire much confidence. While the apartment looks better than the building itself, it didn't feel very clean the moment we walked in. The carpet on the floor is damaged and looks dirty—it would actually be better without it. The sheets are a yellowish color by design, but they felt unwashed to the touch. Classic white sheets would be a much better choice. The towels also had some yellow stains on them; even though they looked washed and the stains seemed permanent, it was enough to make me not want to use them. Additionally, the shower tub had traces of mold in the corners. ​Overall, it’s not a disaster, but there is a lot of room for improvement regarding the general condition and cleanliness of the place. We met the cleaning staff during checkout and noticed some renovations happening in other rooms, so I believe it can and will be better in the future.

• Şevik (8/5): - Konumu çok iyiydi. Odanın sıcaklığı harikaydı, kış ayında gittiğim için bu çok önemliydi benim için. Hem klima hem kalorifer vardı. Odanın manzarası çok güzeldi. Eski bir binada olduğu için zemin gıcırdıyordu ama yine de oda güzeldi ve yeterliydi. Oteli bulmakta zorlandım. Başka bir işletme ile girişi aynıymış fakat herhangi bir tabela yoktu. Bina eski ve ben gittiğimde odamın bulunduğu koridorda tadilat ve tadilat dağınıklığı vardı. İlk gittiğimde asansör çalışmıyordu ve valizleri merdivenden çıkardık. Ertesi gün çalışıyordu.

• ivan (8/5): Modern apartment with a wonderful view. - The highlight of the apartment is the location: a magnificent open view from the 4’floor of an old building just in front of the plaza with the huge statue of Stefan Nemaja. Belgrade old town and all restaurants/ shopping venues are super easy to reach on foot in 7-10 mins walk. The apart is furnished in a simple, but modern and functional way . The kitchenette is fully equipped and the bathroom is also ok, even if some tiles are broken and should be replaced. The agency dealing with the check in/ check out provided me very detailed infos and it was super easy to find the apart and get in/out. There is no reception in the house. The broken bathroom tiles need to be replaced, otherwise the rest was perfect for me, nothing to complain.

Verkohlte Steckdosen.Die Fensterwand ist unrenoviert. Lampen dreckig. Teppichboden ist deutlich sichtbar verdreckt.

• Elena (7/5): - Location The stay was not very comfortable. The room lacked essential amenities like dishwash and body wash, and the ongoing renovation outside caused loud morning noise.
• Vladimir (10/5): great - Beautiful place. View from the huge automatically closed/opened window is incredible. Outside hall is being completely rebuilt so it looks like a construction site. Just the whole main hall, not the apartment itself.

Higijena je loša,prekrivač je prljav ostavljen , nisam imao čime da se pokrijem. Odvaljen drzac za papire , a tus je isto pokvaren teško se tušira jer otpada vrh.

• Larisa (2/5): An old unpleasant hotel - Good view The accommodation fee is non-refundable, but this is a terrible hotel that is under renovation. The floor is dirty, the bedding is old and of poor quality, and the interior is falling apart. The noise is very loud and makes it impossible to sleep, as the windows are old and you can hear the tram.

Без контактный заезд в любое время суток. Есть своя мини-кухня.В общем,вполне рекомендуем. Рядом шикарное кафе/ресторан для завтраков «родная страна», обязательно завтракать только там))) все минусы от проживания сразу становятся незначительными ) Шум с улицы, изоляции никакой, машины гоняют круглосуточно. Стены темно-синего цвета, на их фоне невозможно поймать комаров,пол-ночи пытались отловить, не получилось. Покрытие на полу не свежее, мягко сказать, но тапочки,которые у нас были с собой, нас спасли.

Some noise during the night coming from the rooms near to ours. The room was good but there can be some improvements like the bathroom floor that is a bit broken and the hallway to enter the rooms area is not in the best condition.

Naravno novac nije vracen, cista potvrda da se pre dolaska na adresu ne uplacije nista jer uglavnom ima neka caka zbog cega je lose. Odmah sam uzela drugi gde se placa pri dolasku, i lepo vidis gde si dosao, a ne ovako navlakusa.

Die Lage ist super - alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Busstation und Flughafen sind nur ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi entfernt. Das Apartment war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem!

• Michael (7/5): Fine for the price I paid. I got to sleep well and it served its purpose. - The room was well presented, had a nice bathroom with a great view of the old train station. It was easy to get the key and the room was spacious. It had air conditioning and you could close the curtains to make it dark. Made to look great on the photos more than actual comfort. There was a stovetop with no saucepans. 4 coffee cups but no means to make coffee or tea. The fact that it says "waterfront view" in the title of this apartment is completely misleading. It has a view of the high rise buildings in the waterfront area, but you cannot see any water from the apartment except two bridges in the distance. Though it was still a very nice view. The entrance area is nowhere near as well presented as the apartment itself, but this was fine. The bed sheets weren't great, I had to sleep right on the fitted sheet which kept slipping off the mattress leaving parts of it exposed. If this has happened to a lot of guests then everyone's sweaty bodies in the hot summer are sleeping directly on the same mattress. I also didn't like that I was given a private email address to send a passport to and that I could only get directions to the property after I had done that, and that they asked me to leave the city tax of around 1,50€ in cash on the table. If there is city tax, this should be included in the price. Otherwise it just makes the apartment sound cheaper than it really is in comparison to others and that's not right. There was also no plug in the bathroom for the bathroom sink and no fan in the bathroom so it steams up.

Prvo apartman M2 ne izgleda kao na slici, mislim da imaju dva apartmana i jedan su samo slikali , prljavo , posteljina mi je bila bzvz i osetila se na nesto doneli su drugu, u kapatilu kamenac, ogledalo ono naslonjeno na zid jer ne stoji u ramu, nedostaje deo tepiha. Deluje kao da se tek sređuje, zgrada je stara ali ajde nebitno to nego je puna šuta u vrecama i lift ne radi a apartman je na 4 spratu .

• André (9/5): Experiência ótima - A localização é excelente para quem vai com o objetivo de turismo, é bem localizado. O quarto é ótimo, assim como o banheiro. Mas nada se compara com a linda vista da janela. Vale a pena. A primeira porta do prédio não fechava, admito que isso me incomodou na questão de segurança. Vale destacar que o apartamento fica no quarto andar e para ter acesso é necessário enfrentar escadas, mas nada que atrapalhe a ótima experiência.
