• Rita (3/5): We had a good time because went to better resots Its not what i booked so disappointed in Booking D - This is the Green Park which is about a 2 star resort. People who own property have never heard of Retreat Oasis Resort and niether have any of the taxi companies. It is a run of the mill resort. The apartment wad spotless and lots of extra to help your comfort but the WFI was rubbish and the balcony never got any sun so it was a cold apartment . You should advertise it as Green Park and i always book with you but was very dis appointed with this booking. The Resort although it was clean its a bit run down, i nearly cried when i arrived

Le bâtiment est un peu laissé à l’abandon mais l’appartement est neuf et très propre. - Bonne localisation proche de l’aéroport et distance de marche d’une très belle promenade. Appartement très propre et bien équipé! La bâtiment (accueil) est un peu laissé à l’abandon, mais propre.

• Andrea (7/5): - El alojamiento impecable, cómodo, limpio y la cocina equipada y con disponibilidad de artículos que se agradecen cuando vas para pocos días. Dispone de parking justo delante, aunque es cierto que está bastante concurrido. Está en una urbanización con falta de mantenimiento interior y exterior. Aparecieron cucarachas incluso en enero, aunque se veía todo muy limpio. El horario de check-out muy temprano para nuestro gusto.

• Bornaz (7/5): - Apartment located right beside KARAOKE LIVE MUSIC BAR playing til midnight. If you appreciate karaoke music, bingo, live music not necessarily according to your taste, that would be a plus. The idea of respecting the laws, having the bar closed by 11 pm and benefiting from a normal night sleep is a joke. Unless of course you would like to call the police yourself and deal with the drunk people at the location. Having the planes taking off right above the building is not disturbing in my opinion. Otherwise, the apartment is large, very clean, you can find everything you need for a short stay. The pool is also large, with plenty of chairs beside. There is a supermarket at the location where you an find everything you need if you prefer to have breakfast at home and the pharmacy is 10 min walking distance. An ocean promenade with a view and restaurants and a harbor in also 10 mins away, but no beach. The loveliest beach is 15 mins ride by car at Mount Rojo. Also a plus is the parking at the location. where you can find a place unless you come very late in the evening. The noise from the bar. huge speakers, I had to go to the bathroom with the door closed in order to take a call, I cannot stress out how loud is the noise. There is no AC, only a fan, which forces you to keep the balcony door open and have the full blast from the karaoke bar. There are 4-5 nights a week with really disturbing noise in my opinion. I was told that I was the first tourist to complain about this, maybe it is only my expectation to be able to sleep by midnight or to hear the movie i'm watching without using headphones. We found some huge cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, the administration fumigated those days, however it was disgusting to have to chase them. The fact that there is nobody at the reception desk. We had to wait for some tourists to come out from the building in order to access the hallway and the keybox.

• Mary (8/5): Well situated and well equipped. - A very good location for us. We hired a car, so we were able to go somewhere different every day. The Island is small enough to see quite a lot in one week. Nights could be quite noisy, saying that, we are not night owls so that is just our opinion.
