• Dupont (9/5): Super séjour sauf location de quad - La grandeur de la chambre, la propreté irréprochable et les équipements (cafetière, bouilloire, peignoirs). La personne en charge du ménage est très consciencieuse et professionnel, elle est à l'écoute des clients. La piscine commune et le jacuzzi privatif sont très appréciés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, très bon et complet. Une seule chose, la location d'un quad par leur intermédiaire... Le quad est arrivé avec 1 heure de retard malgré notre relance au bout de 30 minutes de retard. Une visière du casque était cassée, la direction était défectueuse (très difficile à manœuvrer), les freins inexistants et beaucoup de rouille sur l'ensemble du quad !!!! Très dangereux et inconcevable dans des routes sinueuses pour des touristes. Un conseil ne pas louer avec Nikos vazeos.!!!. De plus, vous pouvez envoyer des messages WhatsApp comme il le demande personne ne répond : 3 messages envoyés entre 10h46 et 17h20, aucune réponse avant 19h. Un conseil, à éviter.

• Jodie (9/5): Enjoyable and peaceful 4 night stay - Spacious and clean room with daily housekeeping. Coffee machine, swimming towels and bathrobes provided. Situated a 10 minute walk from Fira. Restaurant options and supermarket a short walk from the property. Prior contact by provider to arrange airport transfer (at extra cost) was appreciated. Emillios who collected us from the airport was very welcoming and helpful. We also took the opportunity to take a private tour of the island with Emillios. One bottle of water provided on arrival. As you are unable to drink the tap water daily replenishment would have been appreciated. Communications about tour options and breakfast could have been better.
• Lucy (10/5): Stunning property in a quiet location - Beautiful spotless property, looks exactly like the photos. Quiet and private away from the noise of Fira. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Is at least a 15 minute walk from Fira but not too bad.

Good location a bit out of the town so nice and quiet, around 15minute walk into Fira, uphill on the way in but very doable. Relatively private as only around 4 rooms. Bed wasn't too comfortable and the air con and fridge were very loud at night, power supply to the fridge seemed to be turning it off and on.

• Beniamin (8/5): Nice place but far away from Fira - Property is well maintained and rooms are very clean. Greek girl who cleans the rooms deserve A+ Property is kind of far from Fira. By foot Fira is about 20-25 min. If you stay here you need to rent a car.
• Carolyn (8/5): The perfect start to our holiday visiting different Greek islands. - The peace and tranquility of the situation. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms needed drawers or shelves for clothes.
• Abbie (9/5): Piece of heaven! - Such a beautiful place to stay! Rooms were immaculate, the pool area is so lovely and peaceful. You can have the breakfast on your balcony/by the pool and it was cooked to order every morning and was always lovely. Staff were so accommodating and welcoming - we arrived after a 4am ferry and luckily could have our room straight away and they even gave us some breakfast which we felt was a lovely touch. We hired a car for our trip and felt we may have struggled otherwise- closest bus stop was Fira which was around a 20 minute walk. Brilliant place if you’re looking for something a little quieter outside of the busy places! Nothing.

• Jonathan (10/5): Perfect for Honeymooners - Our stay at Bonsai Luxury Suites was perfect for our one night in Santorini! We loved that Bonsai offered a shuttle from the port to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. It made our travels quick and efficient. We were blown away by the private and romantic ambiance of the hotel — it felt tucked away from the loud and touristy parts but was still a walkable distance from the main attractions. The pool was a spectacular addition and perfect for cooling down during the hot day. Our room itself was modern and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a spacious bed and shower. The cherry on top of our stay was the delicious breakfast they served us on our patio/balcony which included pastries, yogurt, and other options on an order form. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Bonsai if you are in Santorini and looking for a quiet and romantic escape!

It's about 20min walk from Fira town and you can also depend on public buses, although the host can arrange to rent a vehicle as well. A. Perfect choice if you want to stay away from the bussy touristic areas, but still experience some sightseeing.

The environment was exceptional, the bed was insanely comfortable. Everything about it was perfect! If you don’t drive, it’s only about a 12 minute walk to the bus station which will take you around the island. Fira is about a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was a lovely bonus. I wish we had stayed longer! Nothing, it was perfect.

Clean and spacious rooms built in a modern Greek style. Amazing breakfast and we’ll maintained pool. Very helpful and friendly staff, offering a booklet with guidance of things to do in Santorini. They also organised for us a pick up from airport and offered luggage storage post checkout. Perfect spot for those wanting a quiet, relaxing getaway. Nothing

Comfortable bed and everything was new and well maintained. Clean room with nice view from the terrace. Nothing, it was perfect.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The team are very friendly and hospitable. Really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good and was a nice quiet experience to relax and unwind.

• Maria (8/5): All in all, this property is nice, but there is nothing special about it that would make me want to come back - Nice new property, very clean, good wifi, coffee machine and spacious fridge 1. I could hear my neighbors moving their furniture nonstop and flushing toilet in the evening, so sound proof is quite poor. 2. Shower wasn’t planned good because they installed a regular door that soaked all water that stays due to poor draining system and you can’t fully close it to have your privacy. 3. While booking this property I mentioned that this is a birthday trip and small compliment would be nice. Unfortunately, nobody payed attention to that so it’s a bit disappointing.

Host is attentive and Elizabetta the housekeeper is helpful, friendly and very good at her job No hotel in Greece is truly non smoking...if neighbour's smoke on their terrace or balcony the smoke comes in...pretty unpleasant

Beautiful rooms, washrooms, etc. 15 mins walk from Fira Bus station, 5 mins walk from Karterados bus station Kitchenette in the room would have been helpful.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Located on the edge of Katerádos with lovely uninterrupted views from the pool, but only 5 min stroll to the main street. 20 mins to the heart of Fira. Recommend book collection from the airport. In Katerádos for food - Our favorites - dinner "Katerina's Traditional Restaurant" Breakfast "Details cafe" Pastries, bread & premade rolls "Erotokritos Cretan Bakery". Mention also for "Tabasco" Italian food. Going home. We did not require it, but just to mention there is no self-catering or breakfast on site. There is a coffee maker, a Kettle, 2 Wine glasses, and no breakfast on site. But perfect for our requirements.
• Cylito (8/5): Nice suite with an even nicer service - Great service and a very nice suite! Not that Bonsai had much control over it, but it was pretty windy there. That didn't help with the jacuzzi experience.
• Yiszu (9/5): Pay 300€+ for staying in Fira/Oia with crazy views or helf the price here for comfort and some savings. - 1. The pool and the fact that host allows us to stay at pool area after checkout is nice. 2. Thé comfortable bed and clean rooms. 3. Nice room amenities like beach towels (in addition to bathrobes and towels for shower), good shampoo / body gel, good hair dryer. 4. Host helped arranged a car and that’s convenient. 5. Nice sunrise from the hotel (no sunset). 1. Location isn’t at the centre of things. You’re just coming back to sleep and maybe chill by the poolside. In our humble opinion, you need a car for staying here. Otherwise with buses, you will need to take 2 of them and transfer at Fira. 2. The shower didn’t have any curtains or doors so after the shower, water goes everywhere and make the bathroom wet. However, there’s cleaning service the next day so that’s not too bad.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and pool area were well kept and clean. The whole stay was easy and exactly what you want on holiday. Nothing.

• Raquel (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect! The apartment was very big and carefully furnished to spend a few days in Santorini. It is very well located next to the town of Karterados, you can go for a short walk to Thira or take the car and enjoy Monolithos beach. If we ever go to the island again, we will definitely choose Bonsai.
• Johnson (10/5): I would definitely stay again. - Everything was wonderful. We arranged for a taxi and the driver took us to our room, showed us how to use the facilities, and gave us information about the island and area. Nothing. The people were so kind there was nothing I didn’t like.

Ideal location with a car/quad rental. A bus stop is also available 2 steps from the accommodation. I recommend without problem.
• Yiran (10/5): We like this place!!! - This is a new hotel, so the facilities are very new, and there is a clean swimming pool. You can see the sunrise without any obstructions. The room has a lot of space and the mattress is very comfortable. The room cleaning is very careful every day, and all the towels are very fragrant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area of is very quiet, there are many restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes' walk. It is also very close to FIRA. We prefer and recommend to choose this place compared to the old and small hotels in FIRA downtown. No.
