• Ralph Stephen (10/5): - The place was perfect for what I was looking for. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to all my friends who need to be in Valencia and/or don't need to be directly in Dumaguete City. The place was very big and very clean. The windows were spectacular for a sunrise view (sunrise shining on the mountains directly facing my windows). The beds were very cozy and the shower had hot water and warm shower pressure. The host even tried to arrange for a motorcycle rental for me, but I decided against it since it was quite expensive for anywhere in the Philippines.

• Calleja (7/5): It was still good, i just didnt expect the stairs - We didn’t know there are stairs. My husband had his accident, so he couldnt walk or climb up stairs properly. And carrying two babies is like a marathon. I wish there is an elevator. Or somehow the property will say there is a stairs to welcome you. That would have been helpful to look for other option

• Crislyn (8/5): A cozy and quiet stay, no elevator though. - The place is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. It comes well-equipped with a mini-fridge, electric kettle, TV, WiFi, and complimentary water. Its location near Valencia Park is a big plus, and there's convenient parking available. We arrived earlier than the 2 PM check-in time, and the host graciously allowed us to check in early. We also requested extra pillows, which were gladly provided. The area is incredibly quiet, allowing us to enjoy a truly restful night. Highly recommended for a peaceful and hassle-free stay. The unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which made it quite challenging to carry our luggage up, especially since we were traveling with two kids. It might be more manageable for solo travelers or couples with lighter baggage. Another thing to note is that the hot shower ain't working, which could be inconvenient for some. Still, these may be minor issues for those looking for a simple and budget-friendly stay.
• Dominik (10/5): Exceptional - The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros. The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

• De (10/5): I can say that I didn't regret booking in this cozy suite at all! The owner is also very responsive and sooo kind! T - I love the room! The design is very aesthetic and its name, "cozy" , says it all! It's a very relaxing place to unwind. This building also has a rooftop deck where you can see the mountains from afar. The place is also near to Forest Camp and The Barn, and to our favorite carenderia near thus building ❤️
• Olga (5/5): Nice location but needs improvement on amenities upon check in. - Good location, close to town. The room was not ready upon check in, no toiletries, no water available- had to turn on main line and wait about 5 minutes , no flat sheets on bed. Had to request all.
• Gwendolyn (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. It’s new and very clean. Lots of stairs to bear in mind those who are going to stay here.
• Valerii (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located in the center of Valencia. There is a good cafe on the ground floor, a 7/11 store is 5 minutes away. The room is bright and cozy. There is everything for a comfortable stay. The special feature of the room is the view of the mountains from the window. If you wish, you can go up to the roof from which you can watch sunrises and sunsets. I would especially like to thank the owner of the apartment for her responsiveness and help.
