• Ayas (10/5): - Çok güzel bir daire kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev sahibi mücahit bey bizle çok ilgilendi. Merkezde olması çok önemliydi bizim için. heryere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Otopark giriş çıkışı biraz zor fakat SUV araçla girmeyi başardık. Tertemiz ve büyük bir daire. Biz dört kişi çok rahat konakladık bir daha gelirsek tekrar burda konaklarız.
• belgin (10/5): Çok konforlu ve nazar boncuklu bir ev - Yeni binada yeni eşyalarla döşenmiş bir evdi.Kapalı otoparka sahip ve yeni güvenli bir asansörü vardı. Evin konumu tam merkeziydi.İlgilenen İrfan bey çok nazikdi. Sıcak su sorun yaşadık.İrfan beyin gösterdiği panodaki düğmeye bassak da su ısınmadı.Hiç birimiz duş alamadık.O sebeble biraz keyfimiz kaçtı.

• Bihter (8/5): Otopark dışında herhangi bir sıkıntı yok - Şehir merkezine yakın, temiz ve yeni bir daireydi Otoparkını hiç beğenmedim. Otoparktan çıkmak çok zordu kesinlikle otoparka girmeyi tavsiye etmiyorum

Интегрираните щори осигуряват спокойствие, като изолират шума и светлината — перфектно за пълноценна почивка. Сградата е нова, разполага с асансьор и подземно паркомясто. Нямам забележки.

• ΧΡΉΣΤΟΣ (10/5): - Πάρκινγκ, ωραίο σύγχρονο διαμέρισμα, σε παροχές είχε ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Άριστη τοποθεσία, μπορείς να κινηθείς στο κέντρο της πόλης και στην "παλιά πόλη" της Ξάνθης με τα πόδια.
• IOANNIS (10/5): - Άνετοι χώροι, καθαρό το κατάλλυμμα, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Είναι καινούρια κατασκευή και βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη. Δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο για την μετακίνηση. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να κάνει άνετες διακοπές και να γνωρίσει την πόλη της Ξάνθης.

• Nikola (10/5): Кокетен апартамент, отлична локация и перфектен собственик. - С домакина имахме постоянен контакт. Не мога да не оценя че той всячески ни помагаше. Апартамента е буквално на центъра и нещо много важно има подземен гараж което за Ксанти е голям плюс.

• Ergin Ayvaz (10/5): Temiz, merkezi, yeni bir ev ve ilgili ev sahibi - İrfan beyden çok memnun kaldık. Çok kibar ve ilgili biri. Misafirperverliği muhteşemdi. Bir şey lazımsa arayın dedi. Otopark vardı. Ev çok temizdi odalardan biri çok küçüktü ama şirindi balkonu harikaydı. Balkonlar biraz daha küçük olsa odalar geniş olsa muhteşem olurdu.biz çok memnun kaldık. En işlek caddede merkezi konumda çok güzel bir evdi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Her şey çok güzeldi.

• Rolf (8/5): - Ausstattung schön sauber und modern Grosse Betten Schöne grosse Terrasse Zu lauter Strassenverkehr mit vielen Abgasen.
• Fikriye (7/5): Guter Aufenthalt aber Klima nicht ausreichend - Eigentlich alles soweit gut. Klima gab es nur im Wohnzimmer und diesen konnte man nicht unter 22 Grad stellen. Im Hochsommer war das nicht schön. Die Schlafzimmer waren zu warm und wir konnten nicht gut schlafen.

• Novolt (10/5): We had a great stay. - Center location. New modern building. Clean and modern apartment with a huge terrace.
• Petya (9/5): - Clean, great location, modern, great spacious balcony with a table and chairs, kitchen was well equipped, enough towels, included secured parking, elevator. The AC temp could not be lowered below 22 degrees, the lowest setting limit was set to 22 degrees. It wasn’t enough to cool down both bedrooms. It would be great to add a fan in each bedroom for a more comfortable sleep. Opening the bedroom window doesn’t work, because of the noise from the street. Otherwise when the windows are closed, the noise from outside is significantly reduced and it’s comfortable to sleep when it’s not hot. If you can add a larger soap in the bathroom, that’d be great. We were 4 people and the small soap wasn’t enough although there was plenty shower gel.

• Anahit (9/5): Superb - The location was great. In the heart of the city not far from the old town. There were many cafes and shops around. The apratment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot water. It was difficult to have shower for more than 5 min. But the host told us that it was the issue of that period. So I hope it will be resolved.
