• John (7/5): Due to personal circumstances we had to leave after only 4 nights so sadly didn't get the full benef - Excellent location, spacious living room ,most comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen for appliances (.nice pool to relax at the end of the day. Friendly surrounding occupants A few minor defects . 1) blind in bedroom was broken, one of the control cords missing. 2) towel rail and shelf in bathroom faulty 3) lack of utensils and cutlery for the self-catering

• Sharie (9/5): Cozy home away from home! - Perfect home away from home! Comfortable set up, super complete kitchen, tastefully decorated and excellent location near the sights, shops, cafes and restaurants. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and Bbq in the garden.

• Kev (10/5): Tranquil stay just outside Sedona - Location was great. Very quiet area. Facilities in the condo were excellent. Pool and complex was very clean. Free laundry room was a bonus. Only a short drive to Sedona and plenty going on in The village of Oak Creek. We would recommend Colt Grill & BBQ, Ribs and Brisket were great. PJ's Village Pub just a short walk away is also worth a visit for a couple of drinks. We did not find anything we did not like

• Matz (10/5): It was great - The location was great, very close to Uptown. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, including kitchenware and bedding, which made our stay very comfortable.
• Cynthia (7/5): We had a lovely weekend! Great value for the price. - I loved the location. It was away from the busy-ness of west sedona and the walkability was excellent. My clothes got locked in the community washer. The washer seemed to be defective. The pool was not heated, which would be nice on hotter days but we could not enjoy the pool as it was too cold. When walking barefoot in the unit, our feet got dirty which means the floor was not that clean. However, we really enjoyed our stay and feel satisfied for the price.

• Rebecca (9/5): Excellent stay in simple, well located apartment - Excellent location 5 minutes walk from Oak Creek main street, easy walk to hiking trail heads. Small but well equipped, great kitchen, comfortable bed. Very responsive and helpful host. Great stay would highly recommend! Nothing!
• Frances (10/5): Really enjoyed the apartment, with lots of extras provided, and space for privacy from roomate. - Lots of condiments, spices, coffee, filters, etc. All the kitchen appliances and tools we needed. Quiet. Ample parking close to room. Separate bedroom and fold out couch with extra bedding. 2 TVs. Free laundry facilities with detergent and dryer sheets. Very clean. Lots of extras in case of need (laundry basket, highchair, play pen, etc. Shopping very close by. Felt very safe. Would have liked to be closer to downtown Sedona, but it was doable (only 10-20 minute drive). Would've preferred a bigger dining table. No dishwasher, but I survived!
• Mark (6/5): Decorated very tasteful had the things that we needed in the kitchen and a bathroom. - Location and amenities were good The bedding on the master bed smelled sour. It was like it was left in the washing machine too long and then dried. So made it a little bit uncomfortable.
• Alicia (8/5): It was lovely and spacious. - The spaciousness and the fact that we could come and go so conveniently without having to navigate through a hotel. The ceiling fan in the bedroom is very loose and very noisy when you try to use the high setting. The lower settings weren’t as noisy but would periodically make a banging noise. We did struggle to sleep at times both nights, because of it. The TVs were confusing to use, especially the bedroom one. We were unable to get that one to work.

So I shopped up in Sedona. Floors and walls are not particularly suited for keeping out noise. It's basically an apartment building. But most of the units are Vrbo, AirBnB places. The smart tv. Hate that,

• Scott1 (10/5): Home away from home - This was a combo trip for me. First time going on a vacation \ class trip by myself. And I could not have picked a better spot. The host was super accomadating, everything worked without any issues. And all the comforts of home instead of hotel constraints. The only thing that was ANY issue had nothing to do with the property. I ordered something from Amazon twice, I was there for a week so a couple of things needed. First order came just as expected and was a weekend delivery. Second order was flagged by postal delivery service and returned because there was nobody registered to the address. Went to post office and they stated that they basically do Amazon deliveries differently on the weekend because different drivers. Made no sense, seems to me they were delivering a package not mail so should have dropped it off. But nothing the host or property could have known about. Just be aware in places without Amazon direct delivery.

• Peter (10/5): Very comfortable home from home - The property is exactly as described. The apartment is fully equipped to a very high standard, quiet and comfortable. There is a good quality supermarket (Clarks) within comfortable walking distance. We only stayed one night as a respite from a succession of motels on a 3 week touring vacation, but would have gladly stayed far longer. Not a problem for us, but the apartment is on the first floor, accessed by external stairs (and no obvious elevator present), so may not suit those with mobility issues.
• John (10/5): What a great quiet place to retire to at the end of a long day of hiking and sight seeing. - This was a fantastic location. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We love cooking our own food and the full kitchen was a plus. We booked an additional night to extend our stay. I wish all our accommodations were this nice! The only thing we didn't like is that the bed was too soft for our tastes. That is nothing but personal preference.
