• 53a14263431f727555b54bfe41c6a38b (4/5): It felt like we were staying in a building that wasn’t finished, and a last minute rush was made to make it habitable. - The mattress was comfortable and the street was quiet. Freshly painted. Huge TV. The owner delivered a clean quilt cover to use as a sheet instead of the mouldy sheet. Good aircon. No milk in fridge, sticky floor and bench, mouldy bedsheets, broken blinds, no bulb in bedside lamp. Coat-hangers were provided but there was nowhere to utilise them. Shower cubicle glass was coated with soap scum and hair.
• Reiley (4/5): Apart from no hot water and there was a blanket on the bed not an actual doona it was okay - It’s a nice size Well the code they gave me for the key lock was wrong and then when I got a hold of him he tells me there isn’t any hot water at the moment. It was broken

• Devin Akeno (1/5): Terrible, would not recommend anyone to stay here. - Previous guest surprised and left immediately when we got there at our check in time (around 2:30pm). Room was messy and of course, not being prepared. Called the host and they sent a cleaner, asking us to leave and come back later. We could not do that as we need to drop our luggages and go somewhere as we need spaces in our car. We had to wait 1 hour for the cleaner to do their job in a very rush and unfriendly way. They did not even tell when they were finished. As a result, room was not prepared professionally. Rubbish in the toilet, dirty floor (sticky); we even had to setup the sofa bed ourselves (we have put the total of 4 guests so we assumed that they prepared this as well during the cleaning at least). Hairdryer was not supplied until requested, squeaky bed all night, even the previous guest YouTube and Netflix account were still there. We have contacted booking.com and the host several times but they did not really help. The host did not provide any cents of compensation, only to say that they already put low price. Despite the low price, we do not recommend anyone to book this place or you might experience the same thing. Waste of money and time. If you have plans for a beautiful holiday, stay away from this place.

• Caleb (3/5): - Booked in last minute - easy instructions. Place rung us back promptly and left a key under the Matt for us Sheets were dirty - had stains on them. Inappropriate search history left on tv when we were going to use it. Asked us to leave the key back in the lock box however it was broken and we couldn’t use this which makes sense on why a key was just left under the mat for us
• ChoonSuan (10/5): Overall we have had a beautiful stay. - The property was fit to rest. We enjoyed the facility and the utilities were small but great and it’s enough and everything in the room seemed perfect it’s all you needed. What more can you complain. By the way, it’s affordable and comfortable, what’s more do you want for the price. Thank you for listening to my message. It’s the neighbours whose has many vehicles who parked around the footpath roads side and council has approved all the big houses around this area with a small block and without proper parking facilities and make it hard to manoeuvre vehicles. Thank you for understanding my note.

• Hanekom (1/5): Suite disaster - Had heating which compisated at least for the untidy suite The wrong entry code was given by host. Had to stuggle for an hour to enter the suite. When i entered the suite it was dirty.. it was not cleaned at all. The bed was not made. No clean linen. The shower was not cleaned. Had to sleep on couch.

As advertised there’s slippers, but there’s none when I get there. The roller blinds fell and almost hit me. The Netflix account needs to update payment, wasn’t able to use it.

• Paul (5/5): Unclean but convenient - Neat little apartment that suited a very brief stay. It would be fine for 2 but 4 was very tight It was unclean. There was a strong urine smell around the toilet that filled the small apartment. We had to do a thorough clean of everything ourselves.

I did not like that it stipulates online that it is a double room - I thought that meant two bedrooms but it is one bedroom with a fold out couch. Recommend clarifying that online for future customers.
• Sameem (1/5): Bad - Nothing Cant get in touch with the contact number which was provided, the mattress and blankets were so dirty not even washed heaps of stain marks and smells so bad. Eventually i went to target to purchase new blanket and underlay. I prefer to stay in the car for a night but not here again

No where to put toilet paper. No chairs. We were told to wait outside in 38 degree heat because room was not cleaned at check in time. 2pm. Waited nearly one hour. Disgusting.

The second bed was a pull out sofa that was too small for my over 6 foot 14 year old son. Dirty. Just like someone walked out and we walked in.

• Carolyn (2/5): Terrible property, terrible location, terrible service. - Nothing. Bathroom and toilet were not clean. Items were left in the shower from previous occupants. Items were left in the fridge from previous occupants. Dishes were left on the sink. There was no washing up liquid and we had dishes from a bbq that day I needed to wash. It felt like we were staying the night in someone’s house, that they were just out for the night. The location was terrible. It was a residential street, a room built onto someone’s garage. It was definitely not ‘Central’ as the property name suggests. We could not open the back door. We had bikes to store for the night, we had to leave them in the room. We contacted the owner upon arrival to address some issues and did not hear back until after check out time the following day.

• Heather (4/5): The setting and uncleanliness made my family and I feel uncomfortable. - The property was underwhelming. On arrival we assumed we had been scammed, as pulling up to the area there was no indication of where we were supposed to be staying, only an address. We knocked on the front door of the address, and was given a key to what I’d call an “in-law suite” attached to the end of the house. The entry door was a sliding door with frosted glass, with no blind covering it, so the street light shone in all night. In the description it was stated to have many supplies, which were not actually included. It said it accommodated for three people, so we were expecting at least two beds, but we had to make up the sofa bed for our daughter. There were only fitted sheets provided on both the main bed and sofa bed, no pillow cases on any of the pillows, we ended up using our shirts. In the bathroom, the soap supplied was an old cake of soap, dry and cracked, there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in large bottles pre-used, and old toothbrushes left in the cabinet. We were also unable to shower as the drainage system did not work properly. In the kitchen there was also a tub of yoghurt and butter left in the fridge. Indicating that the room is not cleaned thoroughly between each stay.
• Claire (6/5): Comfortable room, average amenities, not really central. - It was clean and comfortable enough. The reception was very poor. The owner did not even seem to know we were arriving. It was a while till we realised we were at the right place snd we’re able to check in.
