• Beate (10/5): Wow … was für eine ausgezeichnet schöne Wohnung und … - Wow … was für eine ausgezeichnet schöne Wohnung und * der Vermieter so sympathisch und hilfsbereit * die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wunderschöne Auswahl an Möbeln und historischen Accessoires * große Fenster * öffentliche Parkplätze komplett einfach zu finden und kostenfrei in unmittelbarer Nähe * optimale Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt von Ventimiglia und Ventimiglia Alta, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Umgebung * sicheres Abstellen von Leihrädern wurde uns ermöglicht * großes Dankeschön an Valter: wir sind so froh, dass wir deine Wohnung gefunden haben. • Elena (10/5): Sentirsi come a casa - Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per due notti. Appartamento molto bello, ben tenuto e pulito. Al suo interno non manca nulla. Un vero gioiellino!!! Valter ci ha accolto molto calorosamente dandoci anche molti consigli per vivere al meglio la città. Posizione ottima per vivere Ventimiglia e raggiungere comodamente la stazione da cui partono i treni per Monaco e Nizza. Molto molto consigliata!
• Giancarlo (10/5): Viaggio a Ventimiglia - Appartamento situato in un palazzo storico del centro, arredato molto elegantemente e con tutti i confort che ti fa sentire come a casa tua! La sua posizione e strategica sia per la visita dei monumenti principali che delle attività commerciali. In zona adiacente esiste la possibilità del parcheggio gratuito senza disco orario che lo ritenuto molto importante! Ma in primis voglio mettere in evidenza l'hosting Il gentilissimo Valter che fin da l'inizio ci è stato di supporto con consigli utili e preziosi per la nostra permanenza . A contorno della nostra permanenza a "casa verde" un gradito pensiero, un gesto molto carino da parte dell'Hosting!! Nulla da segnalare.

• Mylene (10/5): Juste FABULEUX! - L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, proximité de tous commerces, de parkings, de la plage et du port; L'accueil du propriétaire est plus que parfait : toujours à disposition pour des conseils pour nos visites, restaurants..... Des petites attentions à notre arrivée bien appréciées!! Un magnifique appartement bien décoré et agencé ou il ne manque rien! Il a été idéal pour notre famille de 4; C'est certain nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!
• Eliane (9/5): A delightful stay overall. - Liked kitchen and eating in; liked proximity to Old Town; liked proximity to Friday market. Very much appreciated warm welcome and generosity of hosts who both went out of their way to meet our needs and facilitate our stay. Great bathroom and shower. Stairs. Lack of suitcase racks. Day bed in living room would require a reading lamp. A toaster in kitchen would be appreciated by North American visitors. Curtains that darken room for sleeping in living room would be very helpful.

Öffentlicher, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe (ca. 100m entfernt). Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Geräuschkulisse des morgendlichen Berufsverkehrs

• Steffen (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der gerne unterstützt und gute Tipps gibt. Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in Ventimiglia Alta nahe am Strand. Der laute Verkehrslärm ist etwas störend, aber die Fenster verfügen über Schallschutz. Ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden.
• Markus (10/5): - Casa Verde ist eine wunderschöne, ruhige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung direkt an der Altstadt von Ventimiglia. Auch das Meer und einige tolle Restaurants sind gleich in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ein kleines Juwel und auch die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Infos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

• Greta (10/5): A lovely stay in Ventimiglia. The apartment was well presented and the hosts were responsive and friendly. Thank you - Good location. Extremely clean and tidy. Hosts were fabulous. Communication great. Very minor but possibly a couple of cups for tea drinkers would be a bonus.

Apartment was beautiful with everything possible including. coffee, snacks, drinks, toiletries, etc. Host Lauren & Valter speak several languages and are so friendly and supportive in every way possible. Highly recommend and I will return. Was perfect in every way.

Great location, the apartment is made in a great style, everything was great. The beach is close, shops, market - everything is very accessible. The best holiday in my life.

• Onelittleexplorermouse (10/5): A delightful experience in Casa Verde. - The host, Valter, made us feeling welcomed even before than stepping in his gorgeous Casa Verde. He assisted us and answered our questions priory our arrival and he didn't hesitate to provide us with beach umbrella and beach towels, which was extremely helpful. On the day of arrival he kindly had the house ready for us before than the given check-in time (although our train arrived later than the expected time 😅). He greeted us close to Casa Verde, and took us in where he gave a brief tour around and general explanations on how to maximise the use of the appliances. The pictures of Casa Verde do not give to it justice. This little comfortable house is a real gem, with just a five minutes walk from the stunning Ventimiglia Alta or the Port. With a 15 minutes walk you can find yourself to the most gorgeous sandy beach of Le Calandre. Valter looked after us and he didn't hesitate to help us with everything we might have needed. Casa Verde itself is very clean and with all that it might be needed to feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable and even if the room faces the street, you won't be able to hear any noise as the shutters will prevent any sound or day light to come in. The house includes fridge, where Valter has offered a Prosecco welcoming for us; it has a washing machine with the clothes rack, the dishwasher and the basic cleaning household. We couldn't have better experience, we fell in love with Ventimiglia and we will definitely be back in Casa Verde. Grazie di cuore!
