• Vanessa (7/5): Good but a few flaws - Excellent location, clean and very spacious. Felt secure, good sized bedrooms. Nice to have a separate kitchen. The mattress in the lounge was awful, very worm out and uncomfortable, hardly slept for 2 nights. The ones in the main bedrooms seemed to be ok for our 2 teenagers. Could do with more cutlery in the kitchen and some more wine glasses. The shower in the main bathroom struggled to regulate the temp, either boiling or freezing.
• Susana (6/5): Desilusão - A localização da casa, muito boa, com bom acesso a transportes, zona aparentemente calma e com supermercados que fecham tarde. A casa estar sempre com uma temperatura excelente, tendo em conta o frio que estava na rua. A possibilidade de fazermos check in antes da hora indicada. Limpeza fraca e insuficiente, demasiados pormenores para ser apenas um descuido pontual. Toalhas também com aspeto duvidoso. Cortinas dos quartos deixam passar toda a luz exterior. Porta para a varanda da sala não fecha completamente. No Booking está indicado que são 3 quartos mas são apenas 2, existe sim uma cama de casal na sala. Quase impossível tomar banho na casa de banho que não é suíte, devido ao chuveiro e a falta de controle na temperatura da água. Loiças (copos, chávenas) e utensílios de cozinha completamente insuficientes para 6 pessoas, por exemplo, apenas existiam 5 garfos... Já para não falar nas colheres... Por último deixo as camas, designadamente o colchão da cama do quarto suite... Pior que péssimo!! O que é estranho e não se compreende mesmo, é existirem comentários anteriores de outros anos a queixarem-se do mesmo, terem respondido que iam substituir em breve e na presente data estar igual.... Ou pior ainda, porque se em 2024 ou 2025 estava mau, não sei quantos hóspedes depois dá para ter uma ideia de como estará... Aconselho ou desafio o proprietário do imóvel a fazer a experiência de se deitar no colchão do quarto da suíte, ficar lá um tempo, mexer-se umas quantas vezes e depois responder a contar a sua experiência...

• Lidia (5/5): Las peores camas de tu vida, buena ubicación - El silencio que había por las noches porque es una zona tranquila pero cerca de muchas cosas. Las habitaciones eran amplias. Creo que son las peores camas en las que hemos dormido en nuestra vida, y mira que hemos viajado. Lo principal en un alojamiento debe ser asegurar el descanso del cliente, y más cobrando lo que te cobran por el alojamiento. Las camas de muelles que crujían muchísimo a cada movimiento y los colchones finos como hojas de papel como si fueran tercermundistas. El anfitrión tardó en respondernos un día entero para decirnos dónde estaba el secador de pelo (escondido dentro de un mini cajón), ni unos vasillos para los cepillos de dientes, ni un colgador de toallas... pero desde luego lo peor con diferencia han sido las camas, que nos han dado dolor de espalda y no nos han permitido disfrutar del viaje como nos habría gustado. Además, teníamos para irnos hasta las 10h, y a las 9:40h ya había alguien tocando a la puerta insistentemente para ver cuándo nos íbamos. Tener que comunicarnos por mensajes de Booking para saber cómo hacer el check-in (no te dan las instrucciones hasta unas horas antes) también es un rollo porque puede que te falle internet o cualquier otra cosa y no consigas comunicarte correctamente, deberían darte las instrucciones el día de antes.

• Pierre (5/5): Même si l’appartement est agréable, la description sur le site Booking ne correspondant pas à la réalité ( nous avions r - Appartement agréable et propre Nous avions réservé un appartement avec 3 chambres mais il n’y en avait que 2 disponibles (plus un double lit dans le salon). Il est indiqué arrivée entre 15h00 et minuit mais nous avons dû payer 40 livres sterling (en liquide) pour « arrivée tardive » (après 18h00). Cela n’était pas indiqué. En fait les arrivées doivent se faire entre 15 et 18 heures!!! Vaisselle pas suffisante pour 6 personnes et poêles usées inutilisables.

• Mikki (9/5): Great stay with family - The location was perfect! The apartment was quite lovely- though it was a little weird having a bed in the living room area, but we made it work. Kitchen had all we needed. Would highly recommend! Never could figure out where the garbage bags were to go.. the en-suite toilet would run sometimes so just needed to jiggle the handle (like at home!)

• Abdullah (10/5): Faboulus!! - Tee; the housing officer was a great man. He was very welcoming and he gave us everything we needed. I asked him for early check in; he let us in 4 hours before check in time and did not ask for any extra fees + he did not ask for insurance deposit. He trusted us a guests and I’ll never forget that. I give the host 10/10 for that experience. The apartment was Cozy and in great location, near 3 train stations. And was very safe building. Nothing much, it was great!!
• Krasimira (9/5): We had a great time at the place - very convinient, tidy and clean, all what we need - Friendly host, good location, clean and nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood there is a noise from one of the heaters in the bedroom with the bathroom the bathroom toilet button needs attention
• Ka (9/5): Very satisfied. - Very convenient location, just 5 minutes from the underground, with plenty of supermarkets nearby. Quiet and safe. Staff are also highly accessible. Water pressure of the shower is a bit low.

• Jujar (8/5): Grate Location - The location is great, walking distance to three stations. It was spacious and clean. The mattress were very basic, could not get a good night sleep on them.
