• Urszula (9/5): Komfortowy apartament z drobnymi mankamentami - Przestronny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, spełnił nasze oczekiwania Wejście do budynku mogłoby być lepiej utrzymane — zabrudzone szyby oraz śmieci w kącie nie robią najlepszego pierwszego wrażenia. Dodatkowo sofa w salonie jest już dość zużyta i mało wygodna; jej wymiana zdecydowanie podniosłaby komfort pobytu.

• Olga (9/5): Grazie particolare a signora Natalia 😘 - La struttura si trova in un posto molto comodo per raggiungere in piedi tutti posti da visitare! Anche molto silenzioso! Bisognerebbe mettere nel bagni un po’ di sapone e bagnoschiuma. In cucina mancava tanto roba, soprattutto tovaglioli di carta, te, zucchero… insomma la cucina deve essere attrezzata meglio .

• Eleonora (8/5): - Posizione centrale. Locali e ristoranti ovunque. Caos fino a notte fonda e difficoltà per i taxi a raggiungere il civico in quanto la piazza spesso è piena di gente.
• Federico (9/5): Nel cuore centrale di Valencia - Ho trovato questo appartamento molto pulito (a dispetto di quanto riportato in precedenti recensioni). L’appartamento è funzionale e ben arredato, il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, proprio all’interno del centro di fronte all’entrata del mercato centrale. Il balcone si affaccia sulla via principale e sotto ci sono ristoranti e servizi. Secondo me con qualche accorgimento in più, l’appartamento sarebbe super! Visto che vengano forniti i doppi cuscini, aggiungere anche le rispettive federe per renderli utilizzabili. I cuscini rossi e i tappeti a pelo lungo li farei sparire, portano molto sporco e polvere. Darei una verniciata per rimuovere le patacche più evidenti sui muri preesistenti. Attenzione ai piccioni sulla parte interna/tetto del palazzo, la notte di tanto in tanto si fanno sentire…provvederei a dissuasori o rete metalliche per scacciarli.
• Daniel (9/5): Parfait ! - L'emplacement est incroyable, idéal pour voir et apprécié la vie locale et son marché. Les photos ne rendent pas justice à l'appartement, il est plus beau et spacieux entre autre avec ses plafonds de bonne hauteur. L'appartement est propre, le lit est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne bien. On recommande sans hésitation.
• Rebecca (9/5): Perfect location - Perfect location, right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to lots of attractions or tube stations if you don't want to walk. The Central Market is opposite, so if you want to buy food in to cook, it takes seconds to get back. The balcony was perfect for us to relax in the heat of the day and still be able to people watch. The apartment could do with a little spruce, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again. I think it would be cramped having 4 adults here, but if there are two toilets, so this would help.

• Sainato (9/5): - Posizione ottima, centrale. Tutto a portata di mano. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile. L appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort, con 2 bagni e tutto ciò che serve. Un po' rumoroso la notte ma ci sta essendo al centro.

• Pilar (10/5): Great apartment! - Excellent location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see.. Natalia was an excellent host. She greeted us with a beautiful smile and answered all of our questions. She gave us excellent recommendations, and she responded promptly to our messages. We are greatly appreciated. The wifi only worked at the beginning of our stay.

The rooms are very large and comfortable. The bedroom is in the back, down a long hallway, far away from any street noise. I felt very safe here.

• Geoffrey (3/5): Great location - facilities/clients uncared for - Location excellent Nothing much worked - washing machine, TV - could not get any channels, pull out bed needed attention. Bedside lamp flickered every time the electric cord/switch was moved or touched - plain dangerous. Corkscrew broken. Opening and closing the extra bed led to some of the stuffing coming out every time. Staying a full week - should have had a clean at half week. Dropped something under the main bed - pulled out the underbed drawers - absolutely filthy. Only suitable for one couple on their own sleeping at the back. Impossible to sleep in the room on the front due to crowd noise till very late. Welcome pack would have been welcome!
• E. (8/5): Fantastic! - Location is great! Just across the huge market hall. A lot of restaurants, shops and attractions around the apartment. We have had a good Whatsapp communication about travelling and check-in. Apartment is very spacious. We would have liked a couple of cosy lights in the living room. We needed to wait for about 2 minutes before having hot water in the shower. There is no hot water in the kitchen. The extra bed in the living room is very hard; not very comfortable.

• Jeiq (4/5): Spacious but with no heating - The location was great. Good access to many places of interest. The apartment was very spacious and the bed comfortable. Nice balcony view. The owner replied to messages promptly. When we arrived we were told not to put the heating above 21 degrees celcious because it is expensive and to take the garbages with us when we leave. What happened is that in the apartment there was no heating at all. The aircon did never work since day 1. After 2.5 days without heating at all, the owner brought as a tiny fan heater which could not make the slightest difference in the apartment's temperature, let alone to heat it. In addition, there were no toiletries. It s not expected to stay in an apartment end of January without heating. I believe I should get a refund as heating is included in the price. Next time I ll chose a hotel where for the same price you get all the services you need on your holiday and a warm place to stay.
• Wilma (6/5): Super location with maintenance issues - The location opposite the Mercado Central cannot be better. The view is wonderful, and when you sit on the little balcony in the sun, enjoying a meal bought at the Market, watching the world walk by, nothing can beat that and the apartment deserves a 10 but… Maintenance is a serious issue. The TV didnt work and even after a girl and a handyman came over in the course of a few days it was still not fixed. Promises were made to send another technician but he didnt show up. The handyman came twice to photograph the washing machine although I didnt complain about the fact that it was broken. Cups, plates, cutlery were not clean, leftovers of coffee and yoghurt were visible, maybe because the water in the kitchen didnt get warm at all. In the bathroom it did get warm but only after waiting a long time. The aircon, even at its max, could not sufficiently heat up the apartment, so it remained chilly in the evenings, and outside it made a loud whistling noise. The toilet kept running after flushing. There were big stains on the couch.
