• Neelam (9/5): Dignified Air B&B, not a leisure hotel. - Overall upkeep and maintenance, very neat, clean and tidy. Compact, not spacious.. location was convenient It's not a hotel and must not be sold or promoted as a hotel. It's a dignified Air B&B No reception or Front Desk, you need to use a code to enter the building and also for your room.. Doesn't give you feel of a holiday or a hotel. It's appropriate for business stays. We were asked to Download their App to online check-in and to receive the codes.. Just that it's not a type of stay or hotel I would want on my leisure holiday.

• Szilvia (5/5): Rude staff, zero service, questionable security. Overpriced for what it is - The location and once you are inside the room - its great The service is below sub-par. We asked if we could store our luggage- however it turns put storing only possible after 8 am (not a minute before), and weekend breakfast is also from 8 am (not a minute before). They dont have a solution for esrly checkout breakfast. Checking is through an app (have we needed one more to download?) and a tedious registration. Though an email prior to arrival say to ring the bell when you arrive - this doesnt work. There are actually 2 doors next ro each other with codes - the actual door is on the right. There was a lady once standing outside of rhe door stating that she is from the Office of the palazzo, however she couldnt get the code right - and wanted to enter. (Questionnable security). I would say its amazing location - but priced as a hotel, however they are rude and offer no service whatsoever. You can have the same location Airbnb and better prices at any given time - so dont bother with this.

• John (9/5): Ideal location, comfortable modern room, slightly impersonal - Location, location, location No reception, all automated. You can’t arrive earlier than check in just to drop bags off. Early drop off of bags is 9kms away.

Obligé de s’inscrire sur un site dédié avec des informations erronées. C’est juste une pompe à fric et que des problèmes avec les codes erronés, les guidages également erronées guidant dans des mauvais établissements qui leur appartiennent aussi … De nombreuses personnes totalement perdues … Ce matin une erreur de code ( ça peut arriver a totalement enfermé dehors en bloquant notre clavier pour le code . Heureusement dépannés par la femme de ménage qui a été appelée par une personne du PDJ à qui nous avons demandé de l’aide . Apparemment ces problèmes viennent de nous qui ne savons pas nous servir de l’application. Ils devaient rectifier les erreurs mais au vu des commentaires précédents, rien n’a été corrigé !😡 Heureusement nous sommes toujours arrivés à résoudre les problèmes mais avec beaucoup de pertes de temps et d’énervement. Facebook vous mentez , il ne s’agit pas d’un hotel mais de RBNB ! Honteux ! Dommage car l’emplacement, les chambres ainsi que PDJ corrects . Je ne comprends franchement pas la note globale annoncée .

Good location and useful to have baggage storage before we could get into the room though this is a different location maybe 5 minutes away. Left too early for the breakfast. The black sinks showed lots of limescale which made it appear dirty.

• Patrycja (8/5): We really enjoyed our experience at Palazzo Gatto Bianco and would definitely come back! - Overall, our experience with Palazzo Gatto Bianco was very positive. Location of the hotel is perfect (10-15min from the train station, 2min from the main shopping street, 5min from the old town). The staff was very helpful and responsive via booking chat. We really appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage in the main office before our check-in and after check-out. We really liked that everything was managed by an app (entering through the main door and to the room), however, we know that it might be challenging for less tech-savvy guests. We think there is room for improvement in the breakfast menu. We came down for breakfast around 9:00 am and there was already no hot food left (scrambled eggs, bacon). The selection is quite limited, and not everything was tasty. Additionally, the room was lacking a proper duvet.

Aplikacja do otwierania i zamykania drzwi nie zawsze działała. Brak informacji że śniadanie jest w budynku naprzeciwko. Śniadanie typowo włoskie, jak ktoś oczekuje śniadania jak na wczasach all inclusive to się zawiedzie.
• robert (10/5): Odlična soba i top lokacija, ali doručak značajno zaostaje za ostatkom iskustva. - Soba je bila izuzetno čista, prostrana i dobro opremljena, što je odmah ostavilo odličan dojam. Posebno bih pohvalio ljubaznu sobaricu koja je bila vrlo susretljiva. Lokacija je vrhunska — praktički 11/10. Doručak je razočarao. Nema svježeg kruha, već samo tost, a ukupna ponuda je prilično oskudna i ne odgovara standardu koji ostatak hotela sugerira.

As it was, I got several emails about downloading an app. Which I ignored - people like Accor and NH are forever banging on about downloading their app. But in this case, it was essential in order to be able to get into the building and to get into our room. And it wasn't easy - I don't do emails on my phone. So it took the best part of an hour to do all of this and to get into the room. My question when reviewing hotels is "would I stay there again?" - and here the answer is "No". No doubt there are younger guests who can handle all of this, but I'm elderly. And, as one of my friends discovered in an unmanned property in Belgium, what happens when the fire alarm goes off?

Donc pas cool surtout que seul l'italien fonctionne sur l'appli et qu'elle fonctionne a moitié ! Obligé de téléphoner pour arriver a rentrer dans la chambre!

• Laurence (6/5): À part le manque d’insonorisation tout était bien - L’hôtel est très bien situé et la chambre très jolie et moderne Trop bruyant pas d’insonorisation, entre les voisins qu’on attend se moucher ou se laver et l’extérieur bruit de voiture ou piétons difficile de dormir. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas poser nos bagages avant 15h.

• Andre (10/5): Abgesehen vom komplizierten Check in eine super Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist modern, schön grosszügig. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist super. Der Chech In ist etwas kompliziert, man muss eine App runterladen, mit AGB die keiner lesen kann weil sie so klein geschrieben sind, man erhält redelässige update E.mails mit immer den fast gleichen Informationen und wenn man bei Google Maps Gatto Bianco eingibt kommt eine andere Adresse um die Ecke. Ich bin ein Fan von Online Ceck in, hier ist die Erfahrung jedoch etwas kompliziert.
