- DrSagar (3/5): A bad stay at colaungate near bagha - Nothing much to like about No ventilation Just a window for ventilation and that too beside the stairs from outside so you can’t keep it open. Room has AC And it was on temp of 16 (can’t change the temp) That too not working properly. Bedsheets were changed before we Check in but that too was messy. Pillow covers were messy. The fishy smell was all over in the room. The man on reception named Sachin is rude, He is always on phone, We were trying to do early check in but he made sure we can’t, Since we were asking him for room they were like preparing the room, As some one just checked out That also took them around 2 hrs to clean it And that too was not up to. If your a couple try to avoid the booking. The room is better as per budget for male friends staying. The way to the room is very tiny, That too occupied with trash of rooms. The room I stayed was F4 Adding real pictures. Rest is your decision. Everything.
- d002 (6/5): - Cleanliness When we went to the reception to check-in there was one guy who was drunken and was speaking nonsense. He was simply wasting our time in the reception. I don't know his name but later when Sahin came all things got sorted out. Please keep proper person in the reception

Good location to spend quality and peacefull time in morning and evening. Lack of bath kit/ dental kit/soap/shampoo etc. No iron was provided. TV/AC remote was not working. TV was not working on day 1. It took multiple follow ups to make it up.

До главной улицы тоже близко, а там уже есть и кафе и рестораны и супермаркет и банкоматы, по дороге замечательное кафе Palate, там очень вкусно, относительно недорого, и очень дружелюбный админ. Администрация отеля на все вопросы реагировала очень быстро. Настоятельно рекомендую вам предварительно посмотрите номер в живую, перед оплатой, там есть много разных номеров, решите сами какой вам больше подходит, по фото судить не стоит.

The room was neat, modern, and had a very cozy feel. The entire property is quiet, clean, and full of positive energy. It’s a great escape from the busy touristy areas, yet still central. Would love to stay here again!

- David (6/5): It was pleasant, but sadly, attention to detail seems to be lacking - Lovely location. Close to the beach. The room was neat and tidy. Clean bedding. AC works very well. The shower pressure is excellent. Attention to detail. They advertise toiletries. They give you a towel but no soap. I asked, and they said no. Went and bought my own. No toilet paper. Had to ask to get. There is a kettle in the room, but no cups and sauces, coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. It's a no when I asked. Toilet seat old and broken. They are turning a blind eye to it. One can see the seat has been like it for a while. Support rubbers missing. Because of the missing rubbers, dirt and dust has accumulated in the holes. One seat support is broken.Door lock yale key gets stuck and hard to operate. The yale part needs to be replaced. Mentioned both toilet seat and door lock needs to be attended to. It was kind of brushed off by the staff member. Did the property meet my expectations. YES and NO.
