- David (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing The whole booking, I was told that I would receive instructions on how to access the property, but nobody contacted me I repeatedly called and also emailed the numbers provided. I advised the property that the arrival time was at 1600. I finally got through to some agency who like me tried to contact the host but with no luck. I was told that they will get back to me. After waiting for over one and a half hours with my 10 year old son I received an email telling me that I have been relocated to another property nowhere near Liverpool street station where I had specifically booked. No apology for the disgusting inconvenience and service provided.
- Deb (1/5): Bad - Lowest rating as we were unable to actually get into the property, we were given another , after a taxi journey to get there, we found that that one had no electricity, but had no option but to stay as it was 9pm and my elderly mum was already struggling.

- Gavin (1/5): Never again - Location is the only good thing Not very big for 3 people, very worn and dirty facilities. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Host was very rubbish at communicating, access was denied until 7pm was meant to be 4pm, so we had to change our plans and pay for extra taxis whilst having to take our bags out with us, so badly hosted its a joke
- Jayniew (2/5): Never again - Stage responsive, good location Cold, no heating, batteries dead INTO remote and smoke alarm, windows broken, taped and jammed open, noise from bar downstairs at kicking out time and 6an barrels out, staff noise at 6am waking two hours early.
- Ryan (1/5): The worst experience - Nothing. The building was disgusting and the apartment wasn’t clean either Everything and I wouldn’t book this again. The host took over two and a half hours to provide entry details when I arrived and he wouldn’t answer the phone to me when I called 5 times!
- Charlotte (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing No one answered our calls, messages or emails for us to be able to get access to the property! We were left in London with no accommodation. Customer service was shocking. No refund given. No contact made by accommodation. DO NOT book this accommodation - you will be out of pocket with no where to stay!!!!!!
- Neil (3/5): Only Stay Here if Desperate. - The location was perfect for my visit. Where do I start? The entrance and stairways leading to the apartment were filthy. I didn't get the check-in instructions until 2 hours before I was due to arrive despite chasing for the information. The windows in the apartment were so dirty I couldn't see out of them. A door handle fell off a cupboard door. It was so hot that there wasn't a fan to help keep cool. I opened the windows but it was so noisy I couldn't sleep. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bed was squeaky. It's just horrible.
