• Sara (5/5): Alloggio senza pretese per vivere Lanzarote - La posizione è sicuramente comoda sia per raggiungere a piedi la zona viva della cittadina sia per trovare parcheggio, in caso avete una macchina. Dell’appartamento invece è molto carina la zona giorno e la cucina è ben attrezzata. La pulizia non era soddisfacente, il bagno soprattutto la doccia hanno bisogno di essere rinnovati ma in generale l’interno appartamento ha bisogno di manutenzione.

• Mark (6/5): We don’t think we would book again - Location was good a short walk to the beach supermarket next door When we arrived could not find the apartment ,no name outside could not find a number on the paperwork doors to the bedroom and back jamming on the floor. When you showered the water ran out had to put a towel across opening.

• Liam (9/5): Really good value in a great location - We have stayed many times in PDC and the places that we usually stay in were fully booked for this week. We decided to stay at Casa Paula because we know the area and the price was much cheaper than other apartments in the area. The bed is very comfortable and there is a Supermarket next door that remains open until 11pm. We didn't cook, but everything that you need is in the kitchen. Club Oceano is 2 mins walk away and has a pool bar serving nice food daytime. Breakfast and lunch were really nice and great value and they don't have a problem with non residents using the facility while also using the pool bar. Really

• Kerry (10/5): Perfect - The apartment was in an excellent location, close to everything we needed. It was very well presented, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. Our stay was seamless and enjoyable, and we would be happy to return in the future.

• Iva Nera (10/5): - The apartment is in a fantastic location, with excellent access to public transportation. It’s close to a shopping mall, the beach, and a street full of restaurants and attractions. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. While the apartment was overall very comfortable, there were some minor cleanliness issues, and a few pieces of furniture could use a bit of maintenance.

Felt like home, super neighbourhood,super location, super close to the beach, with many shops and restaurants, rent a car,great supermarket right next to the apartment! Everything was great!

• Allan (10/5): We had a problem with getting set up on the WiFi, we contacted the owners of the apartment and they were over straight a - The property was cosy and comfortable. Nothing at all. Maybe in the future they could have more information for guests that are staying to say how to get set up to the WiFi and possibly all things about the accommodation.
• Joanne (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and are planning to book again for next year. - Very comfortable property. Great location. Had everything and more that we needed. Comfy bed and sofa. Great value for money. Lovely fluffy towels. A convenient shop very close by. Pleased it had a safe. The cutlery is a bit poor and there was only 1 mug. We brought 2 more and left them there along with a chopping board.

• Tom (1/5): Disappointed - Close to all facilities Apartment had strong smell of sewerage wouldn't sleep in bedroom plummer had to be called twice to try and repair felt physically sick just stayed away from Apartment as much as possible also had to be there to let plummer in and wait to he had finished on two different days time out of my holiday would never go back ruined our holiday was in contact with owner she never came near us or made any apology for the bad smell so disappointed

• Dympna (7/5): With a little more attention this could have been a lovely stay . Little details like a bottle of water in the fridge an - Spotless, Was able to check in early. Great location with a shop nearby for groceries. Air conditioning in bedroom but fan only in kitchen/living room. Only toiletries provided was hand wash. One teatowel and no cloth for the kitchen. No kitchen sprays, washing powder etc.( I always feel while not necessary it shows the place is loved and looked after) When the shower was being used it wet the bathroom floor too. 2 internet boxes in the property of which not were plugged in so there was a bit of trial and error in finding the correct one. Tap in the kitchen was very loose. Kettle was dangerous as when using pouring out water steam was escaping. Only 1 beach towel and I hand towel per person for 10 days. Lastly one of the mornings I heard the front door opening and closing. We had the key in the apartment and there was definitely no knock on the door beforehand. It took several hours and 2 different stories from the host to explain why. I did not sleep well for the rest Of the holiday after that.
• Ryan (6/5): A nice stay with some annoying little things - Location is excellent. Close to everything but away from noise. No problems with loud music in the complex or anything like that. There is a small supermarket right next to the property, which has most things. Decoration is nice. Bed is comfortable. The bedroom also has AC which is a bonus. There are multiple fans as well. Washing machine works well. Neighbours are nice too. The host is nice and responds quickly. We walked in to find the faucet loose. It was not screwed in properly so it wasn’t easy to use. The host came to fix it the next day. There wasn’t any toilet paper. We don’t expect to have all the toilet paper provided for a two week stay, but a roll would have been nice. There were no cleaning supplies to wash down the counters or the floors. We bought supplies to clean. There are lots of ants behind the cabinets, so you have to wash and clean multiple times a day. We don’t mind doing this, as we do it at home too, but the ants never stop. No hand towels for the kitchen or a shower mat. There were some sprays provided (thanks!) for cockroaches and bugs, but we only used them outside the door to dissuade them from coming in. Pretty standard in the islands, especially in summer. The shower drain was clogged on the second day, so we had to buy something to unclog it as well. There are two pans, the big one should be thrown out. Everything sticks to it. The little one is good. Cutlery needs to be revised.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Modern apartment - Modern, nicely decorated apartment in a quiet location. Well equipped and in close proximity to the shops and main city beach. There was a car space outside the apartment. Air conditioning would be nice during hotter months
