I had booked the room only few hours in advance and the hotelier contacted me almost immediately, so quick reaction. The air-conditioning warmed up the room in few minutes (it was quiet chilly in mid April). Very strong wifi signal. Huge room. It is not a negative point but to underline that it is a very modest accommodation. It was too cold in the bathroom (it is shared one), I decided not too have a shower :)

• Georgios (10/5): - The room and bathroom were spotless, and the balcony was a great plus. The place is fully equipped with everything you might need. it's not centrally located, and there is an 800-meter uphill walk at the end.

• Multijanni (9/5): A great economic accommodation not far from the Central Station, at excellent value for money - This is a great economic accommodation not far from the Central Station, in a quiet and I found safe neighborhood. Clean, functional and well maintained. The room and bed were comfortable, warm/good heating (winter), a working desk. The common bathroom was nicely renovated and utile. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was very good. The common kitchen had everything to prepare meals etc. Check-in was straightforward with electronic code, and early and late check-in/-out were possible. There's a medium-sized bus passing through the road. Maximm ride hailing app works well to the location. Shopping center, grocery shops, other shops and cafes about 5 min walk. Altogether excellent value for money. An additional chair and/or shelf in the room would have been advantageous

• Jared (10/5): Great host, great stay - This is a simple but very comfortable accommodation. The host is exceptionally kind—it was very easy to arrive and check-in. The room was clean and didn't have many frills, but it was comfortable. The WiFi worked well from my room. The terrace has an amazing view—it'd be great to have some more chairs up there. It would also be good to clarify which rooms do and do not have private balconies.

• Raquel (8/5): Cozy and comfortable room in a nice location - The place has a big and cozy terrace with nice views of the city. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and with a big shower with hot water. The guesthouse is about half an hour walk from the center and there are supermarkets, a mall and the railway station nearby. The payment is only by cash (or bank transfer).

• Al (10/5): Exceptional - It is in a decent location, probably 5 to 10 minutes by taxi / Yandex from any tourist centers in Tbilisi. Rooftop is a nice place to relax and view the city. Common kitchen with stove, utensils, washing machine, and fridge is an extra point. The overall vibe of the room and place is peaceful, clean, and feels like new.
