Não teve estadia, não nos receberam, não estou conseguindo o resarcimento/estorno, o proble - Ao chegar na hospedagem não tinha ninguem pra nos receber e ao ligar para o proprietario este não resolveu o problema e ficamos na rua, eu, minha mãe de 74 anos e duas filhas de 12 e 15 anos. Muito descaso e causando risco. Arrumos outra acomodação e o prejuizo foi enorme além do risco fisico de ficar ao relento em um sabado das 17hs em seguida.
