Gepc (10/5): Freindy, Welcoming, Helpful and Comfortable - Claudia was very accommodating. We were later arriving than expected and Claudia was able to cope even though it was inconvenient for her. The location is out of the centre but quieter for that. The escalators that take you up to the centre make getting there easy and relaxing, and a bit novel for us. The Umbra Jazz festival was in full swing, so lots to do as well as the sights of Perugia. Plus a day trip to Assisi Wi-fi in the bedroom was a bit patchy

Popescu (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent accommodation. More beautiful than in the pictures. The bathroom with premium quality sanitary ware. The host is very kind and attentive to the guest's requirements.
Laurence (9/5): Good value bnb, quiet, comfortable, welcoming - Very welcoming hostess. Clean, comfortable room; good Italian breakfast. Quiet location, but 15-20 minutes walk to city centre - not unpleasant, but hilly. The lighting in the room was dim.

Comfortable bed and fresh air, with a fan for warmer nights. Excellent host and nice breakfast, great coffee ! Everything was perfect.
