• Buyandelger (4/5): Convenient stay in an older building, though the handling of a plumbing issue was disappointing. - Very spacious. Lots of windows. Good location. The apartment has a good location and a certain charm as part of an older Roman building, but maintenance and communication need improvement. A plumbing issue occurred during the stay and was reported immediately. Instead of resolving it through discussion, our guests were accused of putting something other than toilet paper into the toilet. The host later filed a damage claim through Booking.com without clear evidence or prior notice of any damage fee. We are currently disputing the claim and have not paid any fee, but the experience was stressful. Hoping future guests have a smoother and more transparent experience.

• Ignacio Juan (10/5): Excelente experiencia! Volveria! - Contacto facil y especifico con el anfitrion. Nos dejaron detalles de recibimiento que suman puntos extras (como champagne de bienvenida, caramelos y cafe). La ubicacion es muy buena, a 2 cuadras de Roma Termini y con conexiones a buses. Solo le agregaria por lo menos una habitacion mas para no tener los sofas camas en el living. Pero es un detalle, porque siempre lo aclararon que seria asi. Y capaz que otro baño con ducha seria ideal.

• Marina (9/5): - Потрясающая квартира в историческом здании с высокими потолками, очень просторная, много света и воздуха, всей семье очень понравилось. У нас было все что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Одно из немногих мест, где хотелось пожить подольше. На мой взгляд наемная служба уборки не очень старается выполнять свою работу качественно, в целом в квартире было чисто, за исключением пола, по которому невозможно пройти босиком, не испачкав ноги. Пришлось ходить в тапках. Сам представитель размещения очень отзывчив и стремится сделать пребывание наилучшим. У нас был неприятный опыт, когда отключилось электричество из-за перегрузки (здесь я бы порекомендовала предупреждать гостей заранее о такой особенности), мы сначала растерялись, но хозяин быстро откликнулся и подсказал где щиток чтобы включить предохранитель.

I really liked the artistic style, the great balcony, and the location on a main road that makes it easy to reach many places.” “The elevator was under repair during our stay, which made things a bit challenging. For such a large apartment, having only one small bathroom was not very practical — though as a family we managed fine (with some humor 😅). A laundry machine would have been very useful. The area is lively and noisy, which may not suit everyone, but it was okay for us.”

• Emilia (10/5): Stunning and Spacious Apartment with a Great Location. - Upon arrival we were immediately blown away with how gorgeous the apartment was and it was much more spacious than I anticipated. My family of 5 had more than enough room and closet space which was great for our stay. The hosts left a bottle of wine for us to make us feel welcome, which was quite a lovely touch. The location was great, with everything you need from pharmacy, groceries, souvenirs, all within 30 seconds from the apartment, and there is a larger grocer within a 3 minute radius. The apartment is also around 10-20 minute walk from most monuments in Roma. For a great Italian dining experience and for beautiful food that tastes like Nonna’s, you must make the time to eat at Gallo Matto, which is not far. There are no laundry facilities, which was expected, but I feel our stay (which was for 5 days) could have been more efficient being able to do our laundry in the apartment. In saying that, there are 2 laundromats within 2 min walk from apartment so it was an easy fix.

• Lynn (9/5): Nice place, responsive host - The location is superb, the rooms have high ceilings, and the kitchen is conveniently located. Unitility slightly dated and we experienced a few power cuts, but the host responded very quickly so all was sorted. Please note that the lift is currently under maintenance.
• Charles (9/5): Would stay here again. Thank you!! - Huge beautiful rooms. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great location, close to Colosseum and excellent restaurant. Only 1 shower. Tended to be noisy with windows open.

• Juliannb. (5/5): Passable - Spacious apartment. Comfortable for 6 people. Large kitchen. Clean. Was able to leave luggage inside before checkin. 1.5 baths was nice but not enough hot water for 4+ showers. No sheets/bedding were provided for 4th bed (sofa bed). Check in was 4pm, we arrived at 5:30pm self check-in and noticed sofa bed had no sheets, and immediately we contacted host several times. They responded at 8:30pm saying laundry closet was closed for night and they would drop off needed bedding in the morning. (So we had to sleep on a bed with no bedding the first night!) A month prior, I had confirmed all 4 beds would be available. Host was not accommodating and took several hours to respond during our stay, for $600/night this was not acceptable. Also, this apartment is a corner unit and is extremely loud! Even with all windows closed we had trouble sleeping since unit is on a very busy street with sirens/traffic/pedestrians all night long. I could not stay here again.
• Mary (10/5): The apartment is great! Thank you! - The apartment is huge, and spacious bedrooms, kitchen, dining/living room and etc. It has an elevator that fits 3 people, loved that. We loved the 7 balconies around the apartment. We loved the location, 10 minutes walk or less from the Termini station and one block from Basilica di Santa Maria de Maggiore where we saw Pope Leo XIV on our last night. As we are Roman Catholic, we were so happy! I thought the apartment has 2 full bathroom but one is only a half bathroom and no shower but we’ve managed.

• Megan (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Our stay was amazing! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The views from the property were absolutely spectacular, making it a truly memorable experience. The only downside was the noise, as the property is near a busy street and has large windows, but this didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic and welcoming place to stay!
• Grtraveller (10/5): Nice roman apartment for families - Cosy spacious apartment near the historical centre of Rome. Very good location either if you wish to walk to the sightseeings or if you wish to use the subway. It was perfect for a group of eight. Kids enjoyed the huge screen watching Netflix or Disney chanel. Bedrooms are more private, situated at the two sides of the apartment. Kitchen fully equipped. Espresso shots are on the house! Would visit again! Via Cavour is noisy. A toaster would be quite useful. Windows need some repairs.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Huge space, larger than appears from photos. Owner very responsive, helpful and friendly. Excellent location in between colosseum and central train station. Subway nearby too. Appt is in quiet and clean residential building. Beds are good, kitchen fine, great seating area. Bit pricey i.m.o. but generally worth it.
