• Antonija (10/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit Panoramablick über Dubrovnik und herzlichem Gastgeber - Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight war die atemberaubende Aussicht über Dubrovnik – einfach der Wahnsinn! Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung hatten wir einen echten Wow-Effekt dank des grandiosen Panoramablicks. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass uns ein großer Parkplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung stand – gerade als Familie mit Gepäck und Mietwagen ein echter Pluspunkt. In die Altstadt von Dubrovnik oder zum Strand kam man zudem ganz unkompliziert und günstig mit Uber – in wenigen Minuten war man da. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die liebevollen Details: Im Kühlschrank warteten bereits kalte Getränke auf uns, und es gab sogar leckeren Kaffee – eine sehr nette Geste vom Gastgeber. Ein großes Dankeschön an Branko, der unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen sofort weitergeholfen – man hat sich direkt willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft als Familie absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Alles war perfekt 👍
• Hiromi (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - This accommodation was truly amazing and I would give it more than 10 points if I could. The facilities were modern and clean, with everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable, from the fully equipped kitchen to the washing machine and even clothes pegs. Most impressive of all was the view from the room. From morning to evening, we fully enjoyed the breathtaking scenery from time to time. In addition, Branko's hospitality was more than enough to make us want to return. Access from the old town was not the most convenient, but it is possible to get there by bus without going up and down stairs, and even easier with Uber. We are already looking forward to returning to this room again in the near future. Nothing

View was spectacular, shower and water pressure were also really good. I’d definitely recommend this property. Short drive to old town, each time was approximately €9.

Wieczorne zachody słońca magiczne. Cała panorama wyglądała jak z bajki. Taki widok zostaje w pamięci na zawsze. Gospodarz apartamentu był niezwykle miły, gościnny pomocy. Zawsze dostępny. Naprawdę zależy mu na komforcie gości i dba o każdy szczegół. Dzięki jego uprzejmości i zaangażowaniu pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Bez zastrzeżeń

• VERONICA (10/5): Vacaciones familia niños pequeños - Hemos estado 2 noches con niños pequeños. El apartamento es simplemente espectacular. Todo está completamente nuevo y cuidado al detalle, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. Sin embargo, lo que realmente lo hace especial son las vistas: impresionantes.En cuanto a la ubicación, aunque la zona es tranquila y agradable, el acceso a pie es algo complicado, por lo que la mejor opción para moverse es usar Uber. La atención y predisposición de Brako para ayudarnos y llevarnos al centro fue excelente. Pudimos dejar el coche en el parking. Nada que mencionar

Is was my birthday weekend and bottle of vine was unexpected but so so nice. Fully recommend this spot.Coffee,tea,water and few cans of beer is big plus if u coming during the summer when temperatures over 30 degrees

Branko is an excellent host who went out of his way to ensure that we had an excellent stay in Dubrovnik. We highly recommend the experience.

You are equipped with everything that you need within this clean and comfortable apartment. Branko, the owner was also fantastic! • Jodi (10/5): A perfect stay in Dubrovnik! - Iris picked us up at the end of their very steep road and took us to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and exactly as photos. There were cold drinks ready in the fridge which were very welcome. Communications were very easy via a joint WhatsApp and hosts Branko and Iris were very responsive to anything we asked. The view from the balcony was stunning and we spent many hours out there. The bus stop is very close up a steep short hill and this made getting around very easy, we had a 3 day dubrovnik pass so bus travel was free. The accommodation is very quiet as well and we heard no road noise. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Dubrovnik, its very clean and comfortable. Iris and Branko are amazing hosts and nothing was too much. They even brought my husband a bottle of wine on his birthday, so thoughtful. Nothing, we wouldn't change anything.

• Ross (10/5): Never wanted to leave. - The property was amazing and the view even better. Branko and Iris could not be more welcoming and were very friendly. We arrived on a bank holiday and while there were no shops open so Branko took me to the petrol garage to grab a few things which he never had to do. Iris also helped on the last day with a lift to somewhere we could get a taxi with our luggage. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and had everything needed for a perfect stay.

Our host, Branko, was extremely kind and helpful – he met us upon arrival and even dropped us off at the port when we were leaving, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony – perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. We truly felt at home here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We liked everything !

We ended up having takeaway and eating in all three evenings we stayed so as not to miss the breathtaking sunset. The owners are just amazing people, so friendly and super helpful, its unbelievable. The place is amazingly clean, the amenities so new and modern. The apartment is just beautiful and tastefully furnished. Free Parking available. Also, close to bus stop.
• Lazăr (10/5): Heaven - This accommodation... is not actually accommodation.. it is an experience, a supreme pampering, I would like to find this place wherever I go in this world. The apartment is superb, modern, equipped with absolutely everything you need, perfect cleanliness, kitchen equipped with everything you need, impeccable linens, everything superlative!!! It is close to any point you want to visit, and the view is a gateway to heaven, I thought it was a joke when I booked, but when I got there it took my breath away seeing the miracle in front of my eyes The owner is absolutely wonderful, he waited for us in the city and led us to the accommodation, he welcomed us with cold drinks, he even helped us with our luggage, with our hunger, with absolutely everything. Being accommodated during Easter he spoiled us with cakes and red eggs, an extraordinary guy to whom we thank for this experience. It was probably the most beautiful location we have ever been. We totally recommend this wonderful place and if we ever return to Dubrovnik, we will definitely choose this apartment again!
• Lydia (10/5): Exceptional - Me and my friends had a lovely stay at Seaview Sunset Oasis. The apartment has amazing views of Luka Gruz and Dubrovnik marina. We were able to catch some pretty sunsets on the balcony terrace. The facilities were very clean and modern. The fridge was also fully stocked with chilled drinks and we had access to coffees and teas. The hosts Branko and Iris made us feel extremely welcome. Branko very kindly greeted us on arrival by picking us up from the pizzeria at the bottom of the hill to get up to the apartment with our suitcases and showed us around. He also dropped us off at the same spot so that we could get a taxi back to the airport. We were extremely grateful for this! Branko and Iris were so attentive and quick to respond to any of the questions that we had throughout our stay. The apartment is in an ideal location to the old town, it took us 30minutes to walk down there. We would really recommend staying here and will be telling all our friends and family about it! • Tracy (10/5): Perfection - We loved everything about this apartment. It is close to public transport, or has a garage for your car. It is extremely clean, modern and comfortable with everything you need and more….and of course the view! Wifi access is simple and reliable. Heated floors, tv in lounge and bedroom, coffee machine and washing machine. Extra pillows, towels etc are available, you just have to ask! The hosts are wonderful, kind and generous people. Branko met us down the street on our arrival and guided us to the apartment. Cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge, ice in the freezer. We had car trouble while there and Branko went above and beyond to help us. We cannot recommend this apartment enough to anyone wanting to stay in Dubrovnik. Thank you Branko and Iris. Absolutely nothing

We were surprised by how spacious, modernly decorated and super clean it was. The apartment was fully and well equipped kitchen, Bathroom and super comfortable bed. Everything you need for long/ short stay is here. Aside from the apartment, the host (Branko and Irish) is what make our stay special, they were super nice, helpful and generous. They offer us a late checkout during the storm and they were super nice to took us to the Old town restaurant they recommend. I highly recommend thier place and wish them lots tourists Nothing everything was perfect

• Grzegorz (10/5): Beautiful, very well-kept and clean apartment with an amazing view from the terrace! - When choosing this apartment, I had a dilemma because there was only one opinion about it. It turned out that it was new and had just appeared on the offer. We were the third guests at this place. And this choice was a perfect match. The apartment is comfortable, exceptionally convenient and very, very clean, modernly furnished - everything matches the photos. The owners took care of the equipment, there is everything you need and even more: - large, spacious living room with dining room, TV, comfortable balcony windows, air conditioning, - fully equipped kitchen with a fridge (a pleasant surprise was Croatian beer, juice, milk, water - thank you 😊), dishwasher (tablets), stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, spices and other loose products, oil). All the necessary dishes were available, - in the bathroom, a very large and comfortable shower, washing machine (laundry liquid, fabric softener, capsules available), hair dryer, toilet paper provided, tissues, liquid soap, shampoo, - a very comfortable bed in the bedroom, bedsheets and towels available. Large wardrobe, dressing table, TV and of course air conditioning (dryer, ironing board, iron), - a large terrace with a beautiful view - a seating area where you can enjoy the last sunlight of the sun in the evening, - Wi-Fi works flawlessly. Favorable location - 5 minutes to the nearest public transport stop, 30 minutes' walk to the Old Town, 3 minutes to the nearest grocery store. And perhaps most importantly - there is free parking available. However, the biggest advantage are the HOSTS (we love them 😊), incredibly nice, cordial, helpful at every step - they provided us with mosquito repellents, airport transfer, and after-sun foam. When we come back to Dubrovnik next time, we would choose to stay here again 😊. Lastly - it is an amazing, comfortable place, wonderful owners. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!
