- Dr (5/5): Average - Location good and clean No facilities,no in-house restaurant and not even facility of arrangement of making tea in the room .Bathrooms were small and not comfortable ,
- Aakash (9/5): It is a value for money property with all the basic amenities. - The property is good, rooms are neat and the staff is very helpful. Also, there is no inhouse restaurant, so please keep that in mind. They will arrange the breakfast for you but that is basic, so I would suggest to eat outside. During our stay the hot water was not available.

Also our room was small but handily we had use of the shared entrance hall to ourselves. It was also a shame that we were only shown the swimming pool at the moment of checking out.

- Maliyakkal (8/5): Stay was good as the Staffs are vey much cooperative. - The Pool. Even though it was small , well maintained and my kids enjoyed a lot. Location was also nice as it is just 5 km away from both Athirappilly water falls and Silver storm. Also River view is there in a walkable distance. 1).The size of the bedroom was very small especially for a family with 2 kids. and also there is no hanger , no cupboard in the room to keep our cloths and belongings. 2).I think you can inform the clients in advance about the breakfast menu or item on the day itself they entered in the property. Because we thought that there may be two or three item minimum for break fast. But we find only one item in the morning. Since the people are coming with kids , they may not eat a particular item that you are preparing. Hope once the kitchen and dining will be ready, this issue may be solved.
