- Elisaveta Yurieva (5/5): - The only advantage this hotel has is that they have the thermal pools. Otherwise far from a 4 star hotel. First when you enter you see these scary paintings from which you want to leave immediately. Since you have paid in advance you can’t tough. Then you find out only after you enter the room that you have to sleep in one bed with your five year old son. They offer like “free” for smallest one on booking but in reality that means sleeping in one bed. When you ask if the extra bed can be anyway prepared, after ten minutes of convincing us that it is ok and the smallest one has to sleep with us, the girl at the reception announced that it will cost 50€ per night the extra bed. So that is totally misleading information. Someone could have written that before arrival how we prefer. But no one bothered since everything is made on quantity not quality. You come to the room, the mini bar is empty, just two bottles of water. If you plan to visit , please take much water with you. It is not offered for free, no where during the day to drink normal tap water. You have to ask each time at the lobby bar or buy bottles. Considering you come for detox at the thermal pools , that is totally necessary to be available outside around the pools or in the room. Like in other 4 star hotels. Hygiene at breakfast time also far from a 4 star hotel. Dinners were much better fortunately and you have a live cook always ready to prepare something good for you.
- Roman (7/5): Premium price, but not a premium experience! - We stayed at the Pamukkale Suites and overall had a mixed experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful — especially during check-in when we needed to make some adjustments. The Pamukkale Suites themselves are spacious, newly built, and nicely designed. The private pool was a disappointment. Given that this is a thermal spa resort, we expected a properly heated pool, but the temperature was only around 34°C. We reported this, and while a technician came quickly and acknowledged the issue, the temperature never meaningfully improved. With outside temperatures close to 0°C, this really impacted the experience. The shower water was also inconsistent — mostly just lukewarm, at times almost cold. The biggest downside, however, was the restaurant. Access is inconvenient, requiring a long walk through multiple levels and stairs — not ideal when traveling with a stroller. The restaurant itself feels more like a basic cafeteria in a basement, with bright lighting and a view of the parking lot, which doesn’t match the expectation of a thermal resort. The food was unfortunately a major letdown — very average taste and quality, more in line with reheated or low-quality fast food. When paying extra for a “luxury” suite, we expected a more premium overall experience, especially in terms of dining and spa quality.

- Irmina (10/5): Relax :) - Pięknie wyposażony pokój elegancki , zadbano o wszystkie detale dodatkowe jak łyżka do butów , zestaw do szycia , klapki szlafrok itp , położenie na terenie aquaparku , świetna sauna , wspaniali saunomistrzowie , wystrój sauny i jej zaplanowanie extra . Prywatny basen z wodą termalną dla gości . Ubogie jedzenie ;) to nie są szwedzkie stoły do których przywykliśmy , takie podstawowe wyżywienie . Ale tak podobno jest na Słowacji .

Zakoupila jsem pobyt s možností předčasného check inu ve vyšší kategorii. Když jsem tuto výhodu chtěla využít byl mi předčasný příjezd přes to učtován. Výhody které popisuje hotel s předčasným check - in se nezakladají na pravdě.

- Ferencziné Pap (10/5): - 5 napot töltöttünk itt, maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve mindennel. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Glutén-és tejmentes ételek is vannak :) reggel mindig kértünk gluténmentes kenyeret, és két főre kaptunk egy egész kosárkával. A kávéhoz is volt növényi tej a reggelinél. A vacsoránál több fogásból is tudtunk választani. Nagyon finom volt minden, istenien főznek. Nincs ilyen

- Kamil (7/5): Odhliadnuc od "rezerv" v gastro prevádzke hotela sme strávili príjemný pobyt v zariadení Bešeňová. - Raňajky aj večere boli vcelku chutné. Na večeru sme prišli hodinu pred koncom - o 20:00. V jednej z várnic boli už len kože z pôvodného pečeného mäsa podľa označenia na štítku. Keď som poprosil personál aby várnicu doplnili dostal som odpoveď že už sa minulo (!). Všimol som si že po nás prišla partia 6 hostí, ktorí mali podobné prianie a skončili s tým istým výsledkom. Myslím že takýto prístup kuchára nezodpovedá úrovni stravovania v 4-hviezdičkovom zariadení. Taktiež býva dobrý zvykom, že strava a úroveň gastro služieb kopíruje level zaplateného ubytovania. V tomto prípade to tak nebolo. hostia ubytovaní v 3* aj 4* využívali tú istú reštauráciu a poskytované služby.

A személyzet kedves, a reggeli és vacsora számunkra bőséges és finom volt. Csak ajánlani tudom. Az ágy számomra egy kissé kemény, a párnák pedig túl puhák voltak.

Taková drobnost jako vyhrazené parkování před ubytováním jenom potěší. restaurace - snídaně a zejména večere formou bufetu by byly ok, ale s ohledem na počet lidí užívající ten servis byla velikost bufetu a i velikost "pitné zóny" poddimenzovaná -- ranní boj o kávu znamenal 5 min frontu, pokud jste měli chuť na teplé vafle bylo rychlejší si pro ně zajít do stánku přes ulici. Jinak ale jídlo chutné a sklenka proseka na uvítanou před restaurací potěší.

- MsManija (10/5): Wonderful! - Buffet style breakfast with amazing selection of everything! The best was the room with private whirlpool on the balcony, with amazing mountain view. The room itself was spotless, very stylish, with plenty amenities to choose from and amazing cleaning ladies who kept the room refreshed daily for us. The access to the water park and hot pools where you can just walk in bathrobes across the yard and enjoy yourself in this amazing perk of nature. Will definitely come back! Parking spaces are quite limited and hard to locate around the hotel (we couldn't tell which spaces are hotel's and which belong to waterpark), but once you park, there is a lot of stuff to enjoy, so we could live with this :)
