• Despoina (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο. Είχε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμαστε για τη διαμονή μας. Το πρωινό πλούσιο. Το γκαράζ εξαιρετικό. Μας έστειλαν τέλειες οδηγίες για τα πάντα. Σε μισή ώρα ήμασταν στην παλιά πόλη. Το υπέροχο τζακουτζι ήταν στο μέσο του δωματίου και δεν μπορέσαμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε, γιατί ήμασταν παρέα φίλων και δεν είχε ιδιωτικότητα.

• Shereena (10/5): modernes, schönes Zimmer mit Parkplatz - Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft! Die kleine Wohnung liegt an der Grenze zum Zentrum. Für mich perfekt, ich musste mit dem Auto nicht ins Zentrum hinein und wir konnten zu Fuss jeweils bis zum Zentrum laufen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser und abgeschlossener Parkplatz, die Einfahrt dahin ist aber ziemlich eng. Wir durften unser Auto am nächsten Tag nach dem Check out noch stehen lassen und in der Stadt noch Zmittag essen. Danke dafür. Vor der Ankunft bekommt man für alles eine Info und verschiedene Video Anleitungen, damit sind keine Fragen offen! Super gemacht vom Besitzer! Auf dem Balkon ist rauchverbot. Ich rauche nicht mehr, aber für die Raucher:in ist das ziemlich ungünstig.

Pulizia perfetta, letto e cuscino comodissimo. Per rendere ancora più "gold" L'appartamento Consiglio dei dispenser di saponi invece delle bustine monodose e anche una revisione agli accessori in oro del bagno, un po usurati come qualche guarnizione della doccia che probabilmente non tiene tanto poiché ho dovuto asciugare per terra con gli asciugamani.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con la nostra famiglia (due adulti e due bambini di 10 e 2 anni) e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! L'appartamento era pulitissimo e ben fornito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. La colazione era abbondante e variegata, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con energia. La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro di Bologna, il che ci ha permesso di visitare facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto e torneremmo sicuramente!"

Posizione fuori centro ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi in circa 25/30 min. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della vasca idromassaggio per i tempi stretti del nostro viaggio ma sicuramente se torneremo a Bologna verremo a provarla 😊 Tutto ok!

• Fabrizio (9/5): - Ci siamo trovati benissimo, alloggio bello e pulito, oste gentile e disponibile, tutti i comfort presenti, dal garage alla TV con netflix, disney e prime video, colazione, tanti elettrodomestici, idromassaggio e materasso comodissimo. Come stare a casa propria. Se proprio bisogna trovare un pelo nell'uovo, per mia moglie sarebbe stato comodo poter avere un cuscino più basso da scegliere, in quanto con quello presente aveva difficoltà a dormire perche troppo alto (per me invece comodissimo, è soggettivo).

Prior getting in the room we received extensive explanations with video and pdf about almost everything Making guests throw the trash may sound reasonable, but the trashcans are not nearby, so you have to spend more time on it. And the cleaning person will still need to throw away trash after cleaning, so it doesn't really make much sense.

• Martin (8/5): Bologna City Tour - War sauber und modern eingerichtet ,gut gesichert alles mit Code Man muss keine Schlüssel mittragen nur den Code merken Garage sehr eng für große Autos ,Baustelle vor der Einfahrt ,leider konnten wir unser Auto nicht laden obwohl es hieß das es moglich wäre Es wurde ein Test gemacht mit Bügeleisen was unsinnig ist ,wenn man ein Auto laden will braucht die Steckdose andere Vorraussetzungen die hier nicht gegeben waren Wir hatten extra deshalb ein anderes Kabel mit und es funktionierte trotzdem nicht Der Vermieter war nett und sehr freundlich Frühstück besser selber vom Bäcker (2min vom Zimmer) holen Zu Fuß gingen wir ca 25 min ins Zentrum über eine lange Brücke

Bonne communication avec les gérants qui sont très réactifs par WhatsApp La description booking en français et en anglais indique une chambre séparée hors ce n'est pas le cas : c'est un studio donc pas adapté pour 4 adultes. Impossible de profiter de la baignoire balnéo quand vous êtes 4 adultes dans la pièce.... Le canapé lit grince beaucoup. Le parking est assez exiguë donc attention si grosse voiture à garer. L'emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre ville historique. Enfin beaucoup d'instructions et d'affichage de mises en garde dans l appartement. Des vidéos explicatives pour tout y compris pour allumer la lumière....

• Svetlana (9/5): Cute - Nicely done apartment, a LOT of domotics, you need to read a lot of instructions for it))). Very comfortable, a gold touch is clearly present ))). The garage is a huge plus. Breakfast came in handy for us. I would prefer more windows, but we knew that before we came, so no problem. The apartment sleeps ideally 2, with 2 children it felt a little crowded, but for a one night stay it was totally fine.
