Claudia (10/5): Casa Colon consigliatissima - È stato un soggiorno di 3 giorni molto piacevole, lo staff di accoglienza molto professionale ed attento, Casa Colon dal ingresso appena arrivi pulitissimo, appartamento attrezzato, moderno, molto illuminato, con tutti servizi, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, cucina, ecc CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!! Magari solo come punto da migliorare un divano letto più confortevole, eravamo in tre, e anche se la terza persona ha dormito bene ma potrebbe migliorare molto di più con un divano letto più adatto.
Andrés (8/5): Muy caro para las deficiencias en el diseño del confort - La ubicación, sin embargo, un poco caro de la expectativa que esperábamos para el confort que obtuvimos según las descripciones e imágenes de la estancia. Tuvimos que dormir los 3 juntos porque el Sofá-cama no era un sofá-cama, era un sillón común y silvestre. El baño tenía 2 accesos innecesarios que no eran seguros y por lo que se podía apreciar todo desde afuera, no cumplían con privacidad alguna según el ángulo del que se observaba ya que el recinto era tan pequeño. Cuando hacíamos uso de la ducha, se tiraba el agua por la puerta de vidrio, mojando debajo de la cama y el piso de la habitación, el cual secábamos nosotros, deficiente el diseño.

Just a little tip for the future, it would be nice for us who are staying shortly to have at least some coffee or basic stuff if we want to make breakfast, like oil and salt, for example. Other than, everything was perfect!

Yuxiao (8/5): En general - La ubicación muy céntrica, la vista y la comodidad. Hay un edificio en construcción al lado pero no molesta. A la hora del check in hubo una confusión, me dio una habitación otra, y como consecuencia en el tercer día de mi estancia apareció repentinamente el personal de limpieza y me tocó trasladarme para otra habitación, en ese proceso perdí mis tortillas y aguacate y tuve que retrasar un plan. esta experiencia no la tomé como algo tan negativo sino un episodio que se añade al viaje. Al vivir en dos departamentos me he fijado algunos detalles a pesar de lo aparentemente equipado, como por ej. en el 1ro hay un hervidor de agua que no hay en el otro, y este último cuenta con una secadora de pelo que no está disponible para el 1ro.

Peter (4/5): Not like the pictures - Good location Comfortable bed Friendly security staff The photos online are out-of-date. We were assigned room 704. There is a new tower under construction next door. As of November 2025, construction has reached 9 floors high. So there was ZERO view from of our window. We looked out onto a wall of construction mesh and never had any natural light. We would never have booked this place if we had known. Noise is a huge issue. The active construction site means there is deafening jackhammering all day. Then there is a bar downstairs popular with bachelor/bachelorette groups blasting loud music until 2am. Other things to note: The shower has only 2 settings - boiling hot or ice cold - and the heating has not been not switched on, which left the apartment very cold in November given the lack of sunlight coming in. We raised these points with the host. They did nothing to resolve them - not even send someone to look at the shower like they said they would.

Jonathan (7/5): Bastante recomendable. - El lugar muy moderno, recomendable y con buena ubicación para conocer el centro histórico de la CDMX sin caminar demás. Zona muy segura y la piscina le da un plus y los espacios coworking también lo hacen una muy buena opción. No cuenta con un servicios de agua caliente estable, las toallas que nos brindaron ya estaban demasiado desgastadas, lastimosamente hay una construcción activa a la par, la cual empieza obras desde las 5 a.m. y no deja descansar sí eres muy sensibles a los ruidos.
Aurelie (1/5): Une catastrophe et tout le monde s'en fiche - J'ai aimé l'ascenseur qui nous amène à la chambre et la propreté de la chambre Enormément de chose détestable. l'isolation au fenêtres était catastrophique. des travaux partout autour de l'immeuble, la circulation de la route dès 5h du matin très bruyante comme ci nous étions fenêtres ouverte. la taille du logement qui paraît plus grand en photo. l'eau bouillante ou l'eau glaciale, impossible d'avoir de l'eau tempéré sous la douche alors que dans la cuisine et la sdb pas de problème. la communication avec la propriétaire des lieu était inutile. elle faisait semblant d'agir, n'avait pas les mêmes discours que le concierge. la vue sur des immeuble en travaux. j'ai détesté la fin de mon séjour et en particulier a cause du logement . j'ai cassé mon téléphone donc impossible de vous montrer les photos

Martha Lucia (5/5): Pésimo lugar. - La ubicación. El sofá cama estaba roto, mi hija tuvo que dormir doblada y poner los cojines debajo para que no quedara en el piso. El grifo de la cocina estaba suelto. La ducha no tiene el vidrio completo, al bañarse el agua se salpica, no había un trapero. Encontré un trapo sucio y lo puse para que no se inundara. No pude desayunar con café porque no habían tazas para bebidas calientes. Todos los anteriores inconvenientes se los comenté al hospedador y no hizo nada. Nunca envió a una persona a revisar el sofá cama como me lo prometió, tampoco las tazas para tomar algo caliente.

Actually it shares the same entrance as Ignacio Ramirez 21 - Casa Colon, which is marked. Took a minute (or 20) to locate the property. Easily solved by directing guests to shared entrance.

Derick (9/5): Conoce CDMX - Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la seguridad de 24 horas con mucha amabilidad, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para estarías cortas o largas y poder hacer teletrabajo con excelente vista. El pequeño inconveniente con el agua caliente, y como hay un bar en la esquina puede haber noches de música que se escucha.

La atención de los guardias en recepción fue muy amable, el lugar estaba limpio y siempre respondieron mis preguntas. Nada de la reserva. Solo que llamé para preguntar si podía dejar mi equipaje en recepción en lo que llegaba la hora del check in y dijeron que sí, al llegar y vernos a mi y mi familia, alguien del personal me dijo que no podían hacer eso, que no contaban con espacio. Le comenté que por llamada nos habían autorizado y terminó accediendo.

Water went out one day and the elevator stopped working on our second to last day. We went down 18 stairs with heavy luggage, which was not convenient.

Ivette (2/5): Maybe try it in a year - The bed was comfortable and the building was quiet. It appeared that the apartment had just been remodeled or set up. This could happen, great, except that many of the advertised functions we’re not set up at all (lamps were unplugged, lack of towels, no tissues in the tissue holder, safety deposit box was not set up). This included the washer/dryer combo, which still had the manual and foam inside, and was unusable (it bounced! out of its nook). There was no trashcan except for the waste basket in the bathroom. And speaking of the bathroom, there were men’s used underwear in the shower.
