• marco (5/5): costo elevato per una struttura da sistemare decisamente - silenziosita’ della posizione; comodita’ della posizione rispetto alle spiagge e al centro di Orosei; funzionalita’ degli arredi interno scomodita’ di aprire e chiudere il cancello che in una struttura costosa dovrebbe essere elettrico; dopo una settimana problemi gravi di formazione di alghe in piscina tanto da farla diventate inagibile perche’ per eliminarle vi era grande quantita’ di cloro, tanto che solo il cagnolino entrava a nuotare; illuminazione esterna assente in piscina e intorno ad essa mentre su foto di booking era presente; illuminazione assente anche nel vasto giardino antistante; il tutto tenendo conto che eravamo in viaggio di nozze. L Host ci e’ venuto parzialmente incontro restituendoci circa il 20% del prezzo. Al termine del soggiorno ci e’ stata negata la possibilita’ di fare un check out ritardato richiesto gia’ all inizio perche’ mia moglie e’ incinta : l immobiliarista ci aveva detto che non erano previsti arrivi per il giorno 7 e lo stesso giorno poi sono inziati i lavori di pulizia della piscina per cui sembra strano che dovessero arrivare nuovi ospiti ma tante’.

• Claudia (10/5): Best week by the beach! - The host waited for us at the location, earlier, at the time we wanted, and gave us many details about the area. We discovered the beach in Orosei a year ago, and we returned to live here during this year's vacation. Casa Osala is an exceptional place immersed in nature, quiet and beautiful. Besides the welcome gift, for which we thank you, we had all the equipment to feel good for a week. Anna, Katrin, and all the team are doing a great job! Keep doing it!
• Praveen (10/5): Perfect property - I don’t think I have ever rated a place 10/10 on Booking. This place is perfect in every way and deserves it. Proximity to the beaches, it’s away from the main town but not too far - just a 5 min drive from all the hustle and bustle. The property itself has everything you need. A beautiful pool, lots of open space, beach beds, outdoor shower, a bbq. The kitchen has all the equipment you will ever need and some more. The property managers were always available and responded quickly to any questions.
