Guest Reviews
- Matilde (10/5): Great accommodation for families - Beautiful apartment provided with everything. The kids bed was especially appreciated.
- Manuel (10/5): -
- Jacinta (8/5): Great location - The pool
The location The 2 flights of stairs with all the luggage with a baby
And only 1 key
- hanna (10/5): -
- Yikutae (10/5): Perfect - The city vibe, walking out onto the balcony you feel the vibrant lights and atmosphere of the city. Nice and spacious and comfortable.
- Giulia (10/5): -
- Chiquita Hapuku (10/5): - Cleanliness 10 out of 10.
Location 10 out of 10.
Price 10 out of 10. Nothing at all.
- Sargay (1/5): - Stay not completed due to inflexible staff Inflexible key pick up arrangements which caused me to be stranded due to a misunderstanding and the propertys solution was that I should wait in the cold from 2am until 9am.
- Friedman (7/5): -
- Vanessa (6/5): - Location and the apartment was roomy enough Hard bed
Not enough pots, knives n forks for 3 ppl
Only 1 towel each for 2 nights
Wasn't cleaned to acceptable standard

- Sarah (7/5): A good and clean room. The key situation was very stressful. - It was clean and had everything we needed. The key situation was appalling. One key for 4 people and you can’t take the key and leave people inside. Because it locks with key only from the inside but I needed to take the key to come back at night. It’s ridiculous I was very unhappy with this and would never stay again for this reason alone. I suggest you have a key cut to stay in the inside of the door at all times and use the main key to come and go. I had to lock my teenage kids in while I went to a meeting at night. This is a safety / fire hazard, if something was to happen inside the room they could not get out.
- Jason (7/5): -
- Anton (10/5): Very friendly and responsive hosts, the unit had all we needed and the location was perfect. -
- Sally (9/5): - The apartment is spacious and conveniently located opposite a supermarket. The lounge is super comfortable. Pillows (too flat) and saucepans ( burnt out black inside) need replacing.
- Deirdre (2/5): I would appreciate a discount please as my family and I should not have to put up with this it ruin our holiday - We liked the view and that was all When we arrived after a 13 hour drive the apartment was not cleaned at all everything was disgusting the bed sheets had blood on them kitchen was dirty as was the bathroom bedrooms all the linen was dirty towels blankets everything I had to call the manager and the manager at the apartment had to come with his wife and clean the apartment it was just not on I was very upset after management left I notice they didn’t clean out the dishwasher and a drug utensil was still in it from the last occupant I was absolutely disgusted and shocked booking.com this needs to be looked into please so this doesn’t happen again.
- Fiona (10/5): Great! - It was right across the road for Woolworths supermarket which was fantastic! Also close to everything. N/A
- Jason (10/5): -
- Alison (6/5): - The room was a great size. And the location was perfect. It was not clean. The bathroom bin had rubbish left in it from previous guests.
The bath tap could not be turned off all the way, so it was not just a drip but a steady stream all night long.
- Pinkerton (8/5): Decent apartment for visiting Melbourne - Great location, close to shops and transport. The apartment included items like a big fridge, microwave, an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer - all of which were helpful, particularly for a long stay. Overall the place was great and good value for money. I had some difficulty entering the apartment as you need to get the key from an Asian grocery across the road (although the host was quite helpful with instructions). Some of the pots and pans were old and not enough kitchen utensils (however the host again was helpful and did provide additional items the next day when I pointed out some of these deficiencies).
- Fiona (7/5): It was great to be able to stay in the city at an affordable apartment. - The location was great. The Woolworths supermarket was just across the street which was great. The apartment was better than I thought it would be. The bath tap was leaking badly and the shower wasn’t hot. I emailed the owner and they told me that they would get it fixed straight away.
- Rey (9/5): Superb - Ambiance and location
- Eddie (9/5): Superb - The room was nice and cosy, just enough for my family of 4, we would definitely book again.
Also liked that woolworths is across the road Im a coffee fanatic, but there was only 2 sachets of coffee in tin, and little bit of sugar which was only enough for one person. Lucky for me I bought some at woolys across the road.
Long brown couch needs to be replaced it's worn out.
- Sam (8/5): Very good -
- Japanjot (5/5): Passable -
- Carmen (7/5): Good - Great location
- Glenn (8/5): Very good -
- Nino (3/5): Poor - The location The check-in process was complicated. There was no one from the B&B present to help us when we arrived. We had to walk a few hundred metres to get our keys from a variety store. Although the room was clean the cooking appliances were dirty. There were a couple of flimsy towels for the shower. The slatts on the bed were either broken or not on properly that made sleep uncomfortable.
- Whelan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Audrey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rincon (9/5): Superb -
- Lynton (5/5): Nice views but not staying there again - The keys are required to be retrieved from Pacific Asian across the road and concierge at the accommodation cannot hold baggage. Additionally being charged to store baggage without prior notice is pretty poor. Additionally the bed was not the most comfortable causing myself pain when sleeping (I very rarely feel pain whilst sleeping).
The place is in a nice location Southbank, however public transport if focussing on being in the city is limited. For example I worked in Docklands and using public transport would take 26 minutes whilst walking was 30 minutes.
I will say Terence was great with responding to phone calls and texts
- Jamie (5/5): It’s an Airbnb - Getting the key is a pain in the a..
- Paul (7/5): A few little things need adjusting to make this place a real nice place to stay… - Location Had to pick up key from a grocery shop…instructions were poor.
No towels to use for pool, only one set of towels for 3 night stay, shower taps dripping loudly.
Bed linen and doona was thin and cheap. Pillows were uncomfortable. Decor was mismatch.
- Denise (7/5): Walking distance to Southbank - Supermarket close by The bed pillows and sheets
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Christopher (7/5): Good sized apartment in Southbank - Apartment was large. Pick up of keys was not at apartment but across the road, check in was not til 3pm and had to follow up to see if room was available then. Room number was not supplied until requested. All of these things were only minor inconveniences.
- Tammie (6/5): Pleasant - Great view, water pressure in the shower was really good, the best we have experienced in Melbourne. Air conditioning was good and blew straight into the bedroom, keeping us cool and comfortable over night Bed was quite hard- we found an additional doona and put it under the bottom sheet. Cleaning was average
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Skye (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanliness, close to everything, very comfortable
