• Alexandra (7/5): 1 nuit avec accès rapide et facile au centre d’Athènes. Logement qui nécessite un peu d’améliorations - Proximité du métro et bon emplacement au centre d’Athènes Bien pour 1 nuit ou 2 pur visiter Athènes Il y avait une odeur d’humidité et le ménage mériterait d’être poussé un peu plus comme la machine à laver et la douche Il n’y avait ni café ni thé ( ça aurait été sympa pour le petit dej du lendemain matin ) ni de tapis de bain pour la sortie de douche avec un sol qui a déjà pris beaucoup l’eau Il n’y a pas beaucoup de lumière naturelle et la fenêtre ouverte il y a beaucoup de bruit jusque tard dans la nuit Avec la Clim et fenêtre fermée , ça va 🙂 Le logement a pour autant besoin d’être aéré 😅
• ΕΥΣΤΑΘΙΟΣ (9/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πλησίον σταθμού μετρό και εξυπηρέτηση με αστικές συγκοινωνίες. Καθαρό και με όλα τα απαραίτητα για προετοιμασία φαγητού. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Πιστεύω ότι χρειάζεται εξωτερικά του καταλύματος, κάποια έστω διακριτική σήμανση, ώστε να το βρει εύκολα όποιος το ψάχνει. Ο αριθμός που αναγράφεται στη περιγραφή δε παρέπεμπε ακριβώς στο κατάλυμα. Κατά τα λοιπά, άνετη και εύκολη πρόσβαση, από μετρό και λοιπές συγκοινωνίες.

• Κωνσταντίνος (1/5): Βρόμικο - Τοποθεσία. Το σπίτι ήταν τελείως βρόμικο. Τρίχες στο μπάνιο. Ψίχουλα και κομμένα νύχια στον καναπέ. Πάτωμα που δεν είχε σφουγγαριστεί για πολύ καιρό. Σκάλες ακόμα πιο βρόμικες. Βρομιές στα σεντόνια (πιθανώς πεταμένα στο πάτωμα πριν την αλλαγή). Ανοιγμένα προϊόντα στο ψυγείο από προηγούμενο. Λερωμένες οικιακές συσκευές. Έπειτα από επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη αργά το απόγευμα μου είπαν πως θα καθάριζαν την επόμενη μέρα το πρωί, άρα θα έπρεπε για το το ένα από τα δύο βράδια να μείνω σε ένα βρόμικο κατάλυμα. Σφουγγάρισα και απολύμανα (αφού αγόρασα με δικά μου έξοδα) όλο το σπίτι για να μπορέσω να παραμείνω στο διαμέρισμα. Την επόμενη μέρα όντως άλλαξαν σεντόνια και κουβέρτες όπως ζήτησα, αλλά ήταν ήδη αργά για να αλλάξω άποψη για αυτό που πλήρωσα και αυτό που παρέλαβα. Κατά τα άλλα είναι ένα μέτριο σπίτι κοντά σε μετρό που αν είναι πεντακάθαρο τότε είναι μια χαρά για 2-3 διανυκτερεύσεις.

Stairs and the apartment design for holiday Ready a little heater as the first night it was too cold to sleep on the sofa bed The shower room is a nice size. When we walk in, the smell of smoke is unpleasant. The toilet is really small to move around. Upstairs shower room is not much privacy. The AC is really noisy to switch on. But we need to as it can get too cold to sleep because the duvet is really thin. The outside traffic is too noisy at late night , we couldn't sleep well . Luckily I just booked 2 nights, or I will really feel fed up in my holiday. If something is getting old , needed to be update or replace

• Xristodoylaki (6/5): - Είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες πολύ όμορφο Είχε πάρα πολύ υγρασία και μύριζε πολύ έντονα Επίσης δεν ήταν επαρκές για τρία άτομα καθώς υπήρχε ένα λεπτό πάπλωμα και ένα μαξιλάρι χωρίς μαξιλαροθήκη για το τρίτο άτομο Στον κάτω όροφο το κλιματιστικό δεν πιάνει οπότε το άτομο που θα κοιμηθεί στον κάτω όροφο θα κρυώνει

• Francisco (1/5): A perfect example of why recent reviews matter more than listing photos. - The host was responsive and available by phone when I arrived late on a Sunday, which I appreciated. I checked in around 9 pm on a Sunday and immediately noticed a humid smell. When I returned later that night (after midnight), the smell was much stronger. I came back with friends to double-check, and they agreed the air quality was not okay. The apartment was dusty, had visible humidity damage (including peeling ceiling paint), and broken curtains. As I’m asthmatic, this wasn’t about comfort or “high standards”, it felt unhealthy. I left the same night and slept elsewhere. So, paid for 3 nights, but stayed 0. I tried to find a fair solution with the host, even suggesting that I pay for 1 night (although I spent 0 nights there), but all issues were denied. Afterward, I checked recent reviews and noticed several users mentioning the same problems (bad smell, dust, poor condition), which suggests this is not an isolated case. Run away.

Το κατάλυμα μύριζε έντονη υγρασία, αφόρητη για οποιονδήποτε, και ήταν αδύνατο να μείνεις μέσα ούτε ένα λεπτό. Οι τοίχοι είχαν σκάσει από την υγρασία και η κατάσταση ήταν εμφανώς επικίνδυνη. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν αγενής, αδιάφορη και εντελώς απαράδεκτη, χωρίς να κάνει το παραμικρό για να διορθώσει τα προβλήματα. Μια εμπειρία που θα έπρεπε να αποφύγει ο καθένας, ούτε για μία νύχτα δεν αξίζει. Απολύτως απαράδεκτο!

• Angélique (9/5): - Le studio est parfais il propose un maximum d outil pour rendre agréable notre séjour la personne qui loue réponds a la moindre de vos question rapidement si nécessaire et comme dit dans l annonce supermarché pharmacie a deux pas ....je recommande Ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit qui donne sur la rue .....mais il.y a la clim ( il'aurais juste fallut savoir la faire marcher 😁 quelques indications sur un tableau serais Parfait)

• Markus (6/5): Für 2 Nächte ok, aber länger hätte ich nicht bleiben wollen. - Klein, gemütlich und relativ zentral. 5-6 Minuten zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station Die Eingangstür befindet sich vor der Hausnummer 21 und nicht zwischen. Also direkt nach dem Geschäft an der Ecke. Aufgrund der Beschreibung war es leider schwer zu finden. Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut und der obere Bereich mit dem Bett wird nur schwer gekühlt. Beim betreten des Apartments hat es feucht gerochen. Der Boden scheint einen Wasserschaden hinter sich zu haben.

• Magdalena (5/5): - Dobre miejsce na przespanie się przed lotem bo blisko stacji metra. Wentylacja w tym mieszkaniu jest tragiczna, na górze gdzie jest sypialnia bardzo duszno i gorąco. Takie lokum na przeczekanie, na pewno nie na dłuższy pobyt.

• Megan (10/5): Very comfortable and attractive place to stay. - It is clean, compact and comfortable. There are good facilities, it is cared for and the style is very nice. Everything worked as expected, happy to stay here. The walk from the metro station was about 10mins longer than expected, challenging on my own with heavy luggage, rough footpaths and a little bit of a hill, so perhaps take an Uber if you have large luggage. The door for the apartment doesn’t have a number on it, hopefully the instructions can be made clearer. Being on the ground floor there isn’t a balcony or outdoor space, for longer stays it may feel a little small.
