• Christian (8/5): Appartement correct et bien placé - Appartement proche du port (départ des ferrys pour les îles), du métro et du terminus du bus pour l'aéroport. Appartement propre, dans une rue calme et conforme à la description sur booking. Le wifi marche très mal, ce qui est un problème car l'appartement étant un peu encaissé entre d'autres immeubles le réseau passe très mal (du moins celui de mon opérateur).

La posizione è perfetta: centrale, comoda per muoversi a piedi e visitare le principali attrazioni della città. Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto è l’eccezionale disponibilità e accoglienza dei proprietari, sempre pronti a consigliarti e ad aiutarti in caso di bisogno. L’appartamento è davvero bello, spazioso e completo di tutto: curato nei dettagli e con ogni comfort. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la macchinetta del caffè con le numerose cialde gratuite a disposizione, un piccolo grande gesto che fa sentire subito a casa.

• Deb (10/5): I wish I had booked a longer visit! - The location was perfect for me and it was nice to be able to do some self-catering. I get tired of having to be in a breakfast room at a specific time, so it was really nice to be able to pick up a few groceries and eat when I wanted. It was really great to have a refrigerator and the stove was wonderful to cook on. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

• Pilar (8/5): Excellent stay and excellent hosts - Casa María is very comfortable. My daughter and I arrived later than expected and they waited for us to give us the keys. The people in charge were very kind at all times and helped us with everything we needed. They even arranged transportation from the airport to the house and back. The only thing we didn't like was that the Internet hardly worked. We had to work two days and it was an ordeal trying to work. Thank goodness we used the mobile data on our phones, although there was poor coverage.

• Dan (9/5): Superb - The place was great, plenty of space and quite comfortable. The location was great, very close to all tourist attractions. Although the immediate vicinity can seem a bit sketchy, we felt fine even at night. The only thing I can complain about is the internet. It is quite slow and mainly because it's a 4g router positioned very badly. Could be worth changing the position of the router closer to the window.
• Kerner (10/5): Perfect stay for 2-3 people - The place is perfect for a couple or a group of 3. A short walk from 2 metro stations and the port and close to all the main attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. She even booked us a taxi to the airport. Definitely a great choice! It didn't bother us, but it's important to mention - the apartment is on the first floor (not a ground floor), and there is no elevator. Also, it's off a main street, and to get to the street where the apartment is located, you need to walk down some stairs.

We visited for football and sightseeing, apartment was ideal. The only issues are nothing that the owners can really sort, local noise, transport & litter.

• Valentina (8/5): Very good - the location, the comfy bed and overall look of this place! the wifi was very weak and the oven wouldn’t work as the main fuse will turn off when we tried to use the oven.
• Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - My stay at Casa Maria was excellent, from the check in until the last day. My host was communicative and proactive and made me feel very welcome. I had everything I needed at hand. The location is very convenient for pretty much everything and I felt safe in the area at all times, even when arriving late at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly reccommend the property.
• Pablo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is nice and well equipped, and surprisingly ample (specially the lower floor). Location is within walking distance of whatever you would want to see. The only really negative thing for me was the wi-fi: Sometimes worked just fine, but others was painfully slow (<10kb/s) or not working at all, which is aggravated by a very poor cell reception. Other small things that weren't a problem for me, but to take into account to avoid surprises: The girl that did the check-in and gave me the keys doesn't speak english nor spanish. She had a printed sheet ready with the welcome and all the info you'll need, and the other host (who contacted me via whatsapp) does in fact speak english. And in any case you can always rely on google to translate a couple of sentences if needed. The upper floor (bed, bathroom) has an unusually low ceiling. Wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for taller guests. The "Queen bed" although quite comfortable is really two single bed together using double bed clothes. Again, not an issue for me (sleeping alone, 2 nights).
