• Emma (6/5): Spacious, practical....not luxurious...and we found where Trigger stored his brooms! - We received a friendly greeting on arrival, and the person showing us around was very helpful and made it clear we could contact them if we needed anything. The location is great for buses and only about a 20‑minute walk to the Clipper. The apartment was spacious and generally clean. There was plenty of hot water and, although the rain‑shower head was blocked, the smaller shower head worked fine. There’s also a lovely coffee shop downstairs (Avocado & Coffee), which was a nice bonus. The bedrooms felt more like student accommodation, with a small bed, a flimsy mirror, no bedside tables, and very thin curtains — the street lights made the room bright all night. One of the beds also had hair in the linen. The sofa bed in the lounge was very uncomfortable. There was a persistent fatty cooking smell in the living area from a nearby eatery. The balcony overlooked a rooftop covered in cigarette ends and gas canisters, which didn’t feel pleasant. It was also extremely noisy: traffic revving at the junction throughout the night, shouting inside the building at 1am, loud movement from the apartment above until midnight and again from 5am, plus a constant industrial fan noise outside. Unfortunately, the apartment didn’t resemble the photos.

• PZ Shen (9/5): Clean and efficient London accommodation. You will like it. - Christopher was professional and efficient. He gave us the top floor as we requested and was quick to respond to requests. He let my son have a second key and that was helpful as we had different schedules. Some broken door knobs and handles left lying around. There was no clear check-in guidance or response and we had to make an IDD call for that. The curtains did not block out the morning sun which arrives very early in London.

Cerca del objetivo principal de la visita ( El o2 Arena), y bien conectado con transporte público con distintas zonas de Londres y aeropuertos. A pocos metros 3 supermercados, sitios para desayunar, farmacias y demás tiendas para cubrir cualquier necesidad. Principalmente el ruido del tráfico de la calle Trafalgar por la noche. Quizás otros apartamentos que no den directamente a esa calle no tengan ese problema. Y el sofá cama incómodo.

• Orsolya (10/5): - The apartment is close to the train station, the O2 Arena and several shops. It is clean and tidy with enough towels, kitchen appliances, etc. Christopher is the best and kindest host ever, even when we booked and arrived "last minute". Would definitely choose it again.

Cucina ben fornita e ottima per poter cucinare. Ampia disponibilità del gestore. Vicino al centro di Greenwich, bello da visitare. Posizione su strada trafficata e non buona la insonorizzazione. L' appuntamento aveva una ampia parete finestrata con mancanza di tende oscuranti e privacy.

Really enjoyed the stay. I ran the London marathon and was perfect for the start line and really easy to access modes of transport. Lots of shops around too so really convenient.

• Bart (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een ruim appartement met veel privacy - Ruim appartement voor ons zelf. Veel privacy. Eigen badkamer en keuken. Prima bedden. Gastheer Christoffel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is er schoon en netjes. Het ligt iets verder van het centrum af. Nog weinig keukengerei, slechts een paar pannen en we misten een vergiet, koffiezetapparaat, etc. Maar dat was te overkomen.

The space was incredibly spacious, which is quite rare for the city and made the stay especially comfortable. The cleanliness was truly exceptional—honestly, the cleanest place I’ve ever experienced in London. What stood out the most was the host’s kindness and attentiveness. He was very caring, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the stay. Lastly, pricing was very reasonable. We received a very good value for our money. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

• Diana (1/5): Scam - Avoid!!! – Booking cancelled by hosts and still charged - I was scammed by this property. Shortly after making my booking, a man claiming to be the owner, Mario, contacted me directly by phone and said he would cancel my 3-night stay because it was made after 8pm, something that was not clearly stated at the time of booking. I was genuinely shocked, as this reasoning made no sense. He was very rude and blunt during our conversation even though I was clearly stressed and trying to resolve the situation. It quickly became apparent that he was only interested in making profit, as cancelling my booking meant he could rebook the room while still keeping my non-refundable payment. Honestly it's one big scam, I have never experienced this before on booking.com. Despite cancelling my 3 night stay without a valid reason, I was still charged in full. This whole experience has been really frustrating and upsetting and I would strongly advise others to stay away. I am still seeking a full refund.

The host (Christopher) is super friendly and willing to help with whatever You need, the apartment itself is cozy, modern and spacious - like in the pictures. It even provides some adapters for foreigners (a very nice touch). It’s located in a very calm neighborhood, 3 bus stops from North Greenwich metro/boat station, as well as close to the Greenwich observatory. There’s also a direct bus to the centre (line 188). No idea where do the bad reviews come from.

Mittlerweile abgenutzte Wohnung und sehr renovierungsbedürftig, 2 Betten von 140 cm, zu klein und hart, Laminat mit Schäden und wackelt, nicht genügend und kein Qualitätsmesser,, keine Kaffeemaschine, sehr laut, kein Schneidebrett, Duschkopf verkalkt, starke Gerüche vom Fußboden modischen Restaurant nebenan.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da wir sehr spät ankamen fand er eine Lösung, sodass wir ohne Stress anreisen konnten. Liegt an einer belebten Kreuzung, wer empfindlich auf Lärm ist sollte auf eine Seitenstraße umweichen. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

• Tatjana (8/5): Good location for exploring London - Great accommodation in a convenient location, small grocery stores nearby and large supermarkets only a short walk away. Train station 5min walk. Relatively well equipped kitchen for basic cooking. The communication with the hosts could have been better, had to ask whether we could leave our bags for a few hours after check-out three times to get any response at all, ended up using the storage lockers in Greenwich. Late check-out costs 20 pounds per hour which seemed quite expensive.

Host was accommodating on cash deposit, and let me know I can contact anytime. After paying, received multiple calls past 11pm from the owner, including via WhatsApp. Called back the next day to be informed they usually don’t accommodate short bookings - but it was already booked and I had plans. Repeated questions after booking confirmed. Cash deposit is a nightmare. Fortunately they waived it. Apartment not the one which is advertised and is considerable worse value for money. False advertising. No big windows in living room, smaller space, etc. Most things in the apartment are broken/in a general state of disrepair.

• Michelle (10/5): Fantastic flat, perfect for O2 visits - The flat was clean, quiet, well appointed and spacious. It had everything I needed for a 3 night stay while I attended an event at the O2. The double size bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The flat was very quiet. I didn't really use the kitchen except the fridge but it shared to be well equipped. The 188 bus stops right outside and is only 4 stops (6 mins) to the O2 which was perfect for getting there and for coming home, even in the early hours of the morning as the bus runs all night. I'd highly recommend these apartments and have already rebooked for next year. Nothing.
• Josh (8/5): Excellent value, great host, and I’ll definitely book again. - Ideally located for the O2 — one bus (129) right over the road to North Greenwich, about eight stops and roughly 30 minutes door-to-door in moderate traffic. Incredible value for money. We stayed two nights this week in a two-bed, two-bath apartment with kitchen/lounge and balcony — spotless, well heated, safe, and surrounded by amenities. Kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooking facilities), Wi-Fi fine, and check-in was smooth. Christopher gets 10/10 — genuinely couldn’t have done more. I booked knowing my initial booking only had a bath with integrated shower (fully a me problem that I accept). Due to my accessibility needs, they couldn’t make any promises, but bent over backwards to accommodate me with a shower cubicle, which was hugely appreciated. Checkout is 10am but we didn’t feel rushed by the host(s). Beds could be more comfortable, and a slightly later checkout would make it perfect. However, we still slept, and the price and service from Christopher makes these minor pointers, rather than dealbreakers.

• Tellier (9/5): Très bonne expérience - Logement très propre, très bien équipé, fidèle à la description. Les trajets pour rejoindre Londres sont pratiques en train ( toutes les 15 minutes) ou en bateau depuis Greewich. La visite de Greewich vaut la peine et permet d'être éloigné du tumulte de Londres. Une mention spéciale pour notre hôte qui s'est montré très prévenant, arrangeant et disponible. L'appartement peut être bruyant et lumineux pour certains car il donne sur une rue passante et il n'y a que des rideaux et pas de volets. Attention aux horaires de train à partir de 20h.
