• Monique (7/5): Mooi appartement aan de schaduwkant van drie verdiepingen, moet wel goed ter been zijn. - Lag in het historische centrum waar veel restaurants en bezienswaardigheden zijn. Ligging centraal in Puglia. Nette, moderne keuken en badkamers. Iedere verdieping (3) eigen temperatuurregeling. Goede douches, verwarming en watervoorziening. Wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig. Balkon om was te drogen. Grote kast voor kleding. Genoeg handdoeken beschikbaar. Drie tweepersoonsbedden, liggen goed. 1 is een bedbank. Er hing een vervelende vocht-schimmel geur. Moesten regelmatig de deuren open zetten. Er is geen deur tussen de eerste en tweede verdieping waardoor geluid goed te horen is. Er is 1 balkon bij de slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping maar die is erg klein en altijd in de schaduw. Heel jammer dat het verboden is om het dakterras te gebruiken. Dat is wel in de zon maar kan alleen bereikt worden via een gevaarlijke klim via een ladder en trap zonder leuning. Er staan ook geen tuinmeubels. Je kan eigenlijk nergens in de zon of buiten zitten. Kregen een mandje met voorverpakte oude, niet te eten koeken en croissants. Kan dan beter niks geven. Moet naar de derde verdieping twee stijle, smalle trappen op, moet wel goed ter been zijn. Parkeren kan alleen buiten het centrum (stijle klim) en is altijd even zoeken of je moet 20 euro per dag betalen voor een parkeerplaats op 12 minuten lopen afstand (stijle klim).
• Natalia (10/5): Udany pobytu w pięknym włoskim miasteczku. - Apartament jest 3 poziomowy. Na najniższym - umieszczonym w grocie, jest wejście, kuchnia i salonik. Na dwóch kolejnych są sypialnie. Wejście do najwyższej - mającej najlepszy widok - jest po dość stromych, ciasnych schodach z dość niskim sufitem. Wyposażenie sypialni jest podstawowe ale wystarczające. Sypialnia położona najwyżej ma bardzo fajną garderobę. Sypialnia pierwsza od dołu za to ma ładną łazienkę. Szkoda, że w grocie jest tak mało oświetlenia - widać, że właściciele położyli kable nad szafkami kuchennymi ale nie zainstalowali tam żadnego oświetlenia (nie było w trakcie naszego pobytu). Ponadto w grocie jest ograniczony przepływ powietrza i woda może kapać z sufitu - należy uważać co się tam zostawia.

É provvista di tutto il necessario per trascorrere al meglio la propria vacanza. Il letto ed i cuscini, sono comodissimi. É molto facile da raggiungere una volta che si lascia la propria auto, nei vari parcheggi del paese. Dove verrete accompagnati per raggingerla, da comodissimi e graziosi " Apetti" qualora abbiate bisogno, É vicina al bellissimo centro di Ostuni, dove avrete tutto a disposizione. Noi siamo stati molto bene e consigliamo con grande entusiasmo Grotta Divina. Grazie per averci coccolati. Andrea Guiducci e famiglia.
• Ravenska (8/5): Beautiful cave home stay in Ostuni - Absolutely gorgeous home! very spacious, very well equipped, great location :) Everything works perfectly. The host is very accommodating and checking up on us every now and then. Overall beautiful stay in Ostuni highly recommended! At night it can be a bit cold when there is wind (we travelled in beg of Oct), and signal for wifi/internet might be difficult at the lower floors. When you first arrive there's a bit humidity smell but that's normal since you're in 'cave' and the smell doesn't last. You can hear people when they pass your place, but 90% of the time the street is quiet when we're home. Still overall very nice stay!

• VITTORIO (9/5): UNA GROTTA DIVINA NELLA DIVINA CITTA' BIANCA - l'appartamento si trova all'interno delle mura della città bianca in una posizione eccellente. E' accessibile solo a piedi, ma ci sono parcheggi liberi e a pagamento a poca distanza. l'appartamento è molto bello e ben curato con molta attenzione nei dettagli, è disposto su tre piani ma fa parte del suo fascino rustico. consiglieri a tutti anche gruppi di 6 persone, come il nostro, di alloggiare in questo splendido posto. l'unica pecca è che essendo ricavato all'interno di una grotta il primo piano (cucina/soggiorno) ha un forte odore di umido e non c'è possibilità di ricircolo d'aria perchè la porta d'ingresso da direttamente sulla stradina dove passano molte persone. però al secondo e terzo piano (camere) non si sente nulla perchè è arieggiato.

Les 2 chambres au 1er et 2eme étage (attention beaucoup d’escaliers) sont très spacieuses et bien équipées. La pièce à vivre au RDC est peu éclairée, renfermée et sent l’humidité.

• George (10/5): Ostuni is a great place to visit and the Grotto is a superb place to stay! - We traveled in Italy for 3 weeks and this was, by far, the nicest accommodation. Well appointed, clean and homey, very comfortable. The best shower and bathroom we encounter our whole trip.The location is super in the middle of the historic area, you can walk anywhere you want to go. We got some cold and windy weather, certainly not the host's fault.
• Lillian (7/5): Location and charm! - Location was excellent! In the heart of the old city and walking to all restaurants and shops. Apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Very cool cave like structure that we all loved.. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent bathrooms. kitchen well stocked. Small balcony at 3rd level bedroom was very nice to have. Price very reasonable to location. There was an overpowering musty odor when entering the apartment and very damp on first level. No air conditioning on first level, which would greatly help with moisture. Lighting was poor in the kitchen area and couch area. Second level bedroom had no air conditioning, and to get to and from bedroom on 3rd level you had to walk through 2nd level bedroom. Inconvenient for two couples sharing the apartment. There is no parking onsite as you are in the historic section of the city (as noted incorrectly in the description). There is very limited free street parking. We parked in a nearby lot (10 min walk)for 15 euro per day. Communication with rental agent was very limited and not very helpful, particularly about the parking restrictions. Overall, we would return here given its charm and convenience.
• Erik (7/5): Interesting place but did not feel the thrill. - I liked the location. It was near most major attractions and if you have a car a short distance to the beach. I highly recommend an olive farm tour if you have time. Check in was fairly easy once you figured out how to get to the place. The place was clean and had bottles of water available to us. There was also enough toilet paper for our stay which sounds weird but we've experienced a lack of tp in other lodgings. I liked the uniqueness of the place; each floor had a bathroom. Half bath on first floor fulls on second and third.second floor had 2 twin beds and 3rd had 1 twin. Lots of space. Washing machine on 3rd floor with a drying rack you can put out on a small balcony. Also, AC was only on the 3rd floor so people on 2nd floor were out of luck if it gets too hot. Overall mostly comfortable. More places are becoming contactless which I can't stand. If I'm going to another country and don't understand anything it's nice to have someone to point me in the right direction. We stayed at 2 other places before this one and having a person to greet you makes a big difference. There was no one to meet us even after I asked multiple times about my parking concerns and needing help. All I was told was to ask around. Don't put parking available then tell me to ask around. Being available for a client should be number 1. I did end up asking around and was robbed by a guy dressed as a parking attendant. There's good and bad everywhere and thankfully there were nice people to explain to me that the white lines are free parking and the blue you have to pay. It's that simple but none of this instruction was given to me by the rental property. I hope this parking instruction can help someone else. Also the place has 3 floors which is a lot of stairs. Be warned if you have health issues. We had to leave our luggage on the bottom floor and just carry up what we needed. Not a big deal but if you're going up and down multiple times it gets old. One last thing is that since this is built into a kind of old stone home it gets humid and musty smelling. We noticed it only on the 1st floor. Overall not a bad place but I would not return.
