Guest Reviews
Nic.
Ubytování asi nebude vhodné pro ženy co vyžadují určitý komfort zejména v koupelně.

- Murat (10/5): Excellent host( SUPER HERO FAIZA) - Faiza is wonderful host. She looked after us when we were staying ( me and my daughter).
She helped in all aspect from phone charging issue to give us idea about what to do...
Thank you for everything Faiza... i liked it but it will be ideal if you provide little more choice for breakfast, but i am not complaining , at the end of the day, i get what i paid for...

- Torsten (9/5): - This homestay in the Medina of Rabat was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very first moment, we were welcomed by an incredibly kind and authentic family who made us feel truly at home and genuinely cared for. Their warmth, hospitality, and generosity went far beyond anything we expected — we felt loved, comfortable, and completely at ease throughout our stay.
Staying here offered us a real and meaningful insight into everyday life in Morocco. Sharing moments with the family, their stories, and their traditions made our time in Rabat even more special and unforgettable. This was not just accommodation, but a true cultural experience.
If we ever return to Rabat, there is no doubt that we will choose this homestay again. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, welcoming, and deeply personal place to stay.
- Ilyse (8/5): A pleasant stay in the heart of the medina - Faiza and Redwan and their children were kind and hospitable. Redwan provided his cell phone and told me to contact him if I had any questions. He even texted me in the evening to check if I was okay. The accommodation was a more authentic travel experience which offered an insight into family life in the medina. The house is a bit difficult to locate. (Taxis are not allowed inside the medina)
The bathroom/shower area is quite small.
- Rugkasa (10/5): Faiza is the perfect host. Took such good care of us during our stay! We will definitely return when in Rabat. Thank you -
- HAMISI IDDI (10/5): It was great staying with good memories - The host’s hospitality and kindness Nothing
- Bousmir (10/5): - The place is just wonderful, and cozy with a nice warm bed, close to „el madina „ and with very welcoming people faiza and her lovely family ❤️🤍
- Zakaria (10/5): Very nıce worms welcoming atmosphere from Fayza with her delicious Moroccan cuisine - Very local Moroccan tradition style very good location close to every thing Nothing on my mind
- Florez (10/5): We had an exceptional experience staying with Faiza and her family, who are wonderful people that made sure we had an am - Faiza is an amazing woman! She looked after us, made sure we had everything we needed, gave us tips on where to visit, and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. It was a unique experience to stay with a family from Morocco, who taught us a lot about Moroccan culture. The entire family were so friendly and welcoming to us that we felt we were a part of the family during our stay. Not to mention that the traditional Moroccan food was delicious! If you want to truly immerse yourself in Moroccan culture with a very friendly local family, then this place is for you!

Nichts
- Sara (10/5): Excellent family house - This is a perfect place where you could see their daily life up close. Faiza and her family were so nice, she helpt us whit everything. We recommend it 100%. Perfect location!
- Sheikh (8/5): Lovely little homestay - Faiza was awesome , fun and engaging. Lovely food and relaxed atmosphere. Bathroom was quite public off the living space shared with family.
- Youyi (9/5): Superb - The owner Faiza is very warm hearted and kind.
- Agata (9/5): Superb - It was a true honesty with a Moroccan family, our hostess Faiza made us very welcome and we enjoyed the stay. We also had a chance to try delicious home cooked dishes. The place is centrally located and close to most attractions and markets.
- Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional - The family is so generous and welcoming
- Mette (10/5): Fantastic! - Faiza is a fantastic host! She is incredible sweet and caring. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for us. Unfortunately we had to move to some family’s house, but we are definitely coming back to Faiza when we get the chance. You have to be aware that Faiza’s place is a family home but if you’re comfortable with that you will have the best experience ever.
- Wayne (10/5): My stay was amazing and I will 100% return when I get the chance! Again can’t say enough about Faiza the host and how I - Last time I stayed in a larger hotel and wanted to experience something different this time and was very happy I did! Faiza and her family were absolutely amazing from the minute I got there. I felt as though I was staying with family and friends. They treated me like family and I got to know them and consider them friends. Such a beautiful family, and a very nice quiet comfortable place to stay. I enjoyed every minute and was sad to leave. For a great Moroccan experience I highly recommend “Chez Faiza”!
- Susan (9/5): A Morrocan home experience! - Faiza is a lovely lady letting out her spare room. She gave us a delicious couscous meal and several teas and local cakes. Attractive Moroccan tiled walls. Beds were fine. A more submersive Morrocan experience than most accommodation!! Faiza is a one off lady 😀! I booked a room with private bathroom. However the bathroom is next to the kitchen and is shared with Faiza and her 2 children who occupy the other bedroom. Others could find this a lack of privacy. Our room had nowhere to hang or put anything, the whole space taken up with the 2 beds and a full cupboard covered in knick-knacks.
- Janet (8/5): Enjoyed being in the heart of the Medina - Its location in the middle of Medina was perfect. Faiza the hostess was friendly and obliging, treating us like family. She speaks some English but her husband and two children speak it pretty well. Faiza was happy to show my cousin how to make a Tagine, which was yummy!
It’s was a 20 minute walk from Rabat Ville station and easy to find on Google Maps. The only negative was sharing the bathroom with the family. The bathroom had a toilet and hand basin and a hand held shower over the toilet. They are in the process of adding a separate shower room for guests. Please note that the twin room is right off the main living room, so not much privacy.
- Rolando (10/5): Feeling at home with mom Faiza in Rabat. - From the exact moment I booked my stay with Chez Faiza in Rabat my host made me feel welcomed and truly at home. Faiza texted me to make sure I could find the place and let me know they (her whole family and friends) were waiting for me to have lunch together!!! A delicious, local and fresh meal!!! (see pictures) They were so warm and welcoming the whole time I was with them that I can genuinely say it was my best Moroccan experience in two weeks visiting more than 10 cities all over the country. Human connection at its finest. ABDESSAMAD (her son) was so kind as to offer joining them for a hammam visit after a long day of enjoying the city. I can guarantee you would not have such an authentic experience anywhere else in Rabat. Seriously everything was nice and comfortable.
- Saniah (7/5): We had a lovely time at Faiza’s! - Faiza is very lovely and welcomed us into her home, her two children are very sweet. Overall we had a pleasant stay, Faiza made us breakfast in the morning and provided some useful advice. We enjoyed our stay, however you are staying with a family which we were not entirely aware of beforehand.
- Angelique (10/5): See how the majority live in Morocco with their big hearts - First, you are treated like a Queen by Faisa. By greeting you with a tea and a snack. Offering food and sweets every time. It is important to understand that you are NOT in a Riad. You are in her home. The kitchen is 15 steps from the room/ The bathroom 10 steps. The bathroom is occasionally used by other people but kept very clean. The room is small would recommend for one person because absolutely no storage place in the room (cupboard, draws, hangers) but I used the second bed for my stuff. The family is very very quiet. You are welcome in the living room and she is opened to conversation about Morocco. Loved that walking distance to train station. Very secure location. Easy to find I thought I was booking a room in a Riad. My bad!
- Muhammad (3/5): Poor -
- Tanami (10/5): Felt like visiting family. So welcoming and friendly! 100000/10 - The hostess was incredibly inviting and welcoming, she exceeded our expectations, with family meals if we wanted, lunch and breakfast with traditional delicious Moroccan meals made by her. She also took us to Hammam and gave us tips for touring around the city. Most lovely stay we’ve had in Morocco could not recommend enough!!
Thank you so so much! We loved everything about the stay. Nothing.
- Avrilka1444 (1/5): Bad - Nothing. It's a disgusting accommodation. It's not a private room, it's part of the host's flat, so you are directly living with the family. The room doesn't have a window nor a fan. The family is even using the same bathroom, which doesn't have a shower. Everything is quite dirty and smelly, bugs were in the room. The host doesn't speak English at all. We tried to communicate the dissatisfaction right on the spot but no reaction. We had to leave and book another accommodation for the night. The host refused the refund when we raised the claim with Booking. It's a scam, don't book this! Ever!
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional - Owner is really kind, spend one night there, beautiful place to stay
- Sidi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Youssef (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent people 😁
Lovely place
Highly recommended
