• Susana Mª (6/5): Bien para una noche - Es un poco incómoda. Realmente es una cocina y unida un dormitorio con dos descalzadoras y una televisión imposible de ver desde la cama. No hay tostadora.

• Maria (8/5): - Apartamento limpio con lo necesario en zona tranquila, está en un bajo de una casa y en el patio hay gatos muy monos, al llegar te abre la mujer que vive arriba y todo muy bien, en la zona es fácil aparcar y está casi en el centro a un paso de supermercados y tiendas

• JohnGunther (7/5): As promised, but less pleasant than photos indicated. Not worth the price to me. - I tried hard to like this apartment, but failed. Every listed amenity IS supplied, but overall it utterly fails to live up to its representation... and is quite expensive (63€ for 2, Tue, early March). The photos portray a cheery, modern place. In person, it's dingy and in an uninteresting neighborhood. The single window faces directly onto the sidewalk, so raising the shutter for daylight destroys any privacy. With the window open, noise from passersby, including teenagers, is substantial. The listed "stovetop" is just a one burner hot plate,. which I consider clearly deceptive. To avoid disappointments, Booking needs to tighten the definition of all kitchen-related amenities, such as specifying the number of simultaneously usable burners on a "stovetop". I've now run across a number of lodgings that list "kitchen" but do not have cooking capacity. To add to the disruption of our dinner plans, the hot plate took almost 30 minutes to bring a pot of water to a boil. Enough complaints. On the good side, the owner lives off site but was very cheery and accommodating. There are two nice cats on the property, although it was made clear that we were responsible for not letting them escape when we opened the courtyard door. There is a washing machine and had we wanted to stay longer we would have used it. Coffee is provided. The bed is comfortable. Street parking is right outside. I've had many better lodgings for 40€. For 35€ per night, I would have been very satisfied.

• Marta (9/5): - El trato con el propietario muy cercano, la casa tiene un poco de todo lo que se pueda necesitar, hasta plancha. Y aunque es un estudio pequeñito es acogedor.
• Juan Carlos (5/5): Un desastre - La ubicación y el trato del dueño El apartamento en sí no me gustó nada no está acorde a las fotos que pone , por no tener no tienes ni un triste armario para dejar la ropa, el fregadero atascado, la nevera con un ruido espantoso por la noche, en fin un desastre

• MARTA DE FRUTOS (9/5): - Mucha atención al detalle que facilita mucho la estancia, cápsulas de café y de leche, una plancha vertical de vapor (que nos vino fenomenal para estirar los trajes ya que nuestro viaje fue por una boda), etc.
• Maria Isabel (9/5): - Esta cerca del centro andando todo te queda a 10-15 minutos El ruido está tan a pie de calle que se oyen mucho los coches, y las almohadas me resultaron incómodas.
• Lorena (7/5): - Su patio muy tranquilo y sus gatitos. Puedes lavar la ropa en 15 minutos y dispones de jabón y productos de limpieza. No había cápsulas de café ni fruta como se muestra en la imagen. Creo que estaría mejor poner una mampara y no una cortina en el baño ya que no es algo agradable en un lugar que frecuenta gente desconocida y había suciedad de restos de jabón en la tela de abajo. Una de las fregaderas está inutilizable, y huele bastante mal si intentas " arreglarlo". Llevamos muchos años viajando a Daimiel y este año escogimos a Álvaro. Un chico muy atento ! El colchón nuevo, muy duro 😂 ! Pero el sitio es encantador para pasar unos días. Nuestra perrita y nuestros periquitos estuvieron muy a gusto también! Los gatitos🐱 son encantadores y enamoran !! Vicenta una señora estupenda 😌. Volveremos!

• Jocelyn (6/5): A basic place to stay for one night - Accommodation was a well planned small space with all the basic amenities one needs for one nights stay. Pleasant and responsive host. Could park safely outside the property. Nice shared outside space to enjoy too. The bed was as hard as a rock! Bad smell in the property. Extra 15 euros for my little dog, which felt unfair seeing as all he did was sleep in his own bed (which I provided for him). This extra cost made the property well over price for what it is.

• Cheryl (8/5): Very good - Very clean and comfortable. Ok for a 2 night stay. Area was ok, but all the local bars were closed. If you have a dog like us there are parks nearby but you can't let dogs off lead as near the road. The outside space was not very appealing. A bit more kitchen space needed. No plugs for kitchen or bathroom sink.

• Ahouam (5/5): it was OK - host was good and helpful but the surrounding / room was below my expectation - The room was clean and there was a coffee machine, with Tea and coffee. The host was helpful and nice - I cannot complain. It was a bit old - with the work going on during the day, when I wanted a bit of peace and quiet. The decoration was a bit old'ish (it might appeal to some people, but for the price paid, I expected a bit better tbh.
