• luciano (9/5): Very nice, easy 1km walk to center - Very nice apartment with all you need. Position is in a quiet street with no traffic, supermarket 150m, few bars/restaurants around. 1km easy walk to monastiraki. Very good quality/cost ratio (at least for my stay) Nothing, just to be picky there isn't a power socket in bathroom.
• Ignacio (10/5): - El lugar está localizado en una zona bohemia de Atenas con muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor. También estaba cerca de un supermercado, lo que nos hizo las cosas mucho más fáciles. La estadía fué muy amena porque el departamento está bien equipado y la cama es comoda. El dueño fué super amable y atento en todo momento. No sólo nos ayudo con algunos tips turísticos sino que también nos permitió hacer el check out un poco mas tarde. Estamos súper satisfechos! Es un excelente lugar para conocer la ciudad desde un lugar no tan turístico con vida local nocturna y a la vez accesible a medios de transporte. -
• Brendan (10/5): Athenian Ease - Kerameikos is an interesting area, it is just entering a stage of transformation and renewal already noticed by Athenians seeking solace from the over-busy tourist areas of this exciting city. At first glance you may notice several empty buildings bedecked with the graffiti of neglect - but this is rapidly changing as interest in this area grows as progression spreads. By day, this district is one of cheap luggage and clothes shops, speckled with other average phone shops etc, yet as dusk falls it drapes itself in a relaxed, bohemian-esque atmosphere - one of happy conversation and laughter over a pleasant meal with good friends at the end of another day of labour in the bustle of Athens. From the apartment, you take a one minute stroll on the pedestrian Paramithias street where you are met by a soothing buzz of conversation and the tantalizing aromas wafting from kitchens and tables. There are no clubs here, which adds to the calm, laid back feel of the street and another minute stroll takes you to your local My Market for all your household needs (spend some time at the dairy and deli sections, trust me...) As to the apartment itself, let me begin by saying that everything that you could possibly request as requirements are in place. The kitchen and bathroom is fully equipped with white goods, utensils and linen to a more than satisfactory level with the kitchen, living room and bedroom hugging a full-length connecting balcony - very handy for room hopping... What I found to be both charming and refreshing was the wonderfully high ceilings in the aforementioned rooms, bright and pleasing by day and atmospheric by night. (I absolutely loved the cool bedside lamp in the bedroom, casting a cosy red orange glow throughout). Your hosts are both fantastically on-hand and unassumingly respectful in equal measures with all instructions on keys etc clear and concise.
• GINA (10/5): Comfortable stay at Athens. - I loved that it was very clean and well kept. Nothing, everything was nice.
• OSKAR (10/5): Merece la pena.Para repetir. - El anfitrión muy atento.Barrio tranquilo,con servicios alrededor,bares,supermercado,línea 3 del metro desde al aeropuerto a 10' andando...Todo funciona perfecctamente, aire acondicionado,agua caliente,Wifi, horno,etc.La habitación es grande,el sofá-cama es cómodo, menaje de sobra... No dispone de microondas aunque si quieres calentar leche lo puedes hacer en un cazo.La bañera tampoco tiene mampara o cortina pero con un poco de cuidado te puedes duchar sin salpicar.De todas formas no es algo que nos haya molestado.Un consejo:antes de dejar las llaves al marchar aseguraos que la puerta del portal esté abierta y luego ya subís y dejáis las llaves.
