It was like staying as a guest in someone's home - no detail was missed.. Having to move on to a more 'conventional' BnB after the luxury of 228 😍!!!

They gave us advices about the trip and made sure we know were we can eat or visit They really care about us!! The room was very clean and very organized. Well a equiped. Very good location. • Anya (10/5): Amazing place, incredible hosts. Miss it already! - Fantastic location, walkable distance to Nelson centre. The unit itself was private, clean, modern and I had everything I needed. The hosts were kind and thoughtful and gave lots of great tips and provided breakfast! Their award winning architectural home was located next to a lovely garden and lots of green spaces nearby.
• Mark (10/5): Excellently presented, clean, modern and comfortable - Nice comfortable private room with excellent hosts who have thought of everything down to the finest detail. Loved walking the Grampian hills or into town to galleries markets and cafes. My wife from Ireland was impressed
• Ann (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely place to stay. Sue & Neil are the perfect hosts providing many small touches which made our stay most enjoyable. Private courtyard and an easy walking distance to the city centre, cathedral etc. Would certainly be keen to stay again if back in Nelson.

• 2 (9/5): A bit of paradise in the city - There were many extra touches that made the visit fabulous. The unit is modern, with great decor, terrific shower and an easy layout. A wonderful selection of breakfast foods, plenty of towels available, and lovely areas outside to relax at. Enjoyed the artwork inside and out. For some people, the steep road & property access could be tricky. Thankfully, our car had a camera to assist reversing.

They made sure we had everything we needed and were happy to help if we needed anything. The property was well presented and very comfortable.

I’m fussy about cleanliness and I could not fault this place. But what made my stay exceptional was the care and attention of the hosts, going above and beyond by providing breakfast (bread, cereals, milk and yogurt), checking in on my arrival, offering a late check out so I could have a sleep in and providing tips on what to see and do in Nelson. All done via great communication while being mindful of my privacy. Their hospitality was unparalleled and their kindness could not be more appreciated!

A beautiful studio in a gorgeous setting. - The studio is in a beautiful setting at the foot of the Grampians, the studio is beautiful with a private outdoor area, and the little touches like the sour dough bread, spreads, and yogurt was outstanding. There was nothing to dislike.
• Peter (10/5): Could not have wanted anything better. - Excellent breakfast - especially the boiled eggs. Convenient to places we needed to go to - Melrose and Bronte street Nothing we did not like. Unfortunately Nelson's weather did not live up to its usual sunny expectations.
• Leander (10/5): I Recommend this place to people the Price is really good and the view is brilliant. - They were so accommodating for my parents and they loved it. It was a great knowing that my parents were being looked after. We visited our parents while they were there and it is a lovely place. What a lovely outdoor sitting area. we will definitely stay here ourselves next time we’re in Nelson

The apartment was beautifully clean. There were quite a few extras available for us over what was advertised. Only thing I found was that the shower floor felt a little slippery & there were no shelves I side it.
• Rocio (10/5): This place is amazing when visiting Nelson! Totally recommended! - The space was very warm, the hosts were super flexible and very caring. Bed was comfortable and everything was sparkling clean!! Everything was great, easy to find, great instructions, so far nothing to change.
