• Karabo (2/5): No comments - The sheets were clean. Thanks to the one who is doing laundry there. Rooms are small divided by cardboard and you can literally hear everything that your neighbours are talking about. Worse no privacy at all

At the entrance people standing and smoke zol (Daga) my Bakkie must stand in the road this place is a shit hole bad stinking rubbish pigs nest don't know what else will never recommend to anyone or my dogs shit place hope they use my money I have paid and left to clean by the entrance kak place. Photos that is on bookings.com and what you get not the same pigs place

• Mamuku Ivy (5/5): It was not fair. No towels and they are basic. Small used tissue sad. Bedding was clean - Little bit of comfort on the bed. Bedding was clean. There was no towels, what kind of hotel doesnt give towels. One used tissue. Asked for a towel and reveived one but we were 2. Taking too much stairs to go up. Parking too far from the hotel.

I was in room 21 and guests booked the room outside but they were so.noisy and they were fighting till 1am, Nothing was done about this. I was up till 1am Waiting for them to.calm

• Rebecca (1/5): - Honestly, nothing. Dirty place in a dodgy location. Noise and you could hear people in other rooms. Sheets were dirty with smelling pillows. Service is poor, i had to stand outside while they were confirming my booking, for a good 15 minutes.

• Lesley (1/5): Horrible. - Nothing. The lady at the front desk, made check-in difficult. She first did not believe that I booked the stay here on Booking.com. After showing her proof, she attempted to prove otherwise. She then made us wait, because I paid for the stay with a discounted rate despite showing her proof of the promotion on the platform. She then demanded I pay her cash, to make the difference between the original price and the discounted price.

• Brenda (1/5): Bad bad bad - There's nothing that I liked, I was so disappointed that Booking.com is associated with a place like that, bad news, I understood why there is no refund because travellers will never book a place like that, the pictures you show and the place two different things , we only slept for one day and left the following day . I am so so disappointed. Everything from outside to the rooms , there is nothing impressive.

• Alexa (2/5): Very poor service - There’s nothing I liked about the place The staff is very noisy,we got woken up their noice and the rooms are not user friendly and not private.You could hear everything that happens outside and we were not given towels,we had to ask for them in the morning and were given only 1 that was torn apart and not in a good condition.Definitely not coming back 🚮

• Sello (1/5): I won't recommend anyone to book into this Stay Inn Krugersdorp. - Nothing I liked about this place The staff was very hostile. The place was very dirty and shabby. There were no ablution facilities, no water in the bathroom and as a result I could not even take a shower the following morning. A small group of people who were also booked there, were drinking and partying the whole night, making it difficult for other people to take a sleep. In a nutshell, I feel that I have just thrown my money into a pit.

• Donovan (5/5): Interesting but worth the money considering the cost of rooms if you looking for cheap accommodatio - The place is clean helpful staff, in particular, Trish and Tamari(hope I got it right) the security guards are also helpful especially the tall one always greeting and respectful, Pam is okay too helpful and warm but can be noisy and cheeky, I liked the fact that they clean the place throughout the day none stop even at night, the place is clean and affordable, met the manageress once she seemed helpful too, I appreciate Tish and Tamaria they were lovely people, respectful and warm, Pam is wonderful too if only she reduces her noise, especially at night when she is her phone laughing, shame is a good young lady though, the shared bathrooms are well maintained always clean, this ladies clean iyoooo they are great at it, the sheets are white and clean, the beds are comfortable Noise! Noise people make noise here even the staff at the reception in the morning are loud! then there is the sex noises the place is mainly used as a sex den people can book per hour or so with loud people having sex iyoooo I know the different sex noises now there are screamers out there it was so amazing how everyone there was so used to the levels of the noise, It appears like it is their core business or target market, the rooms are separated by boards so the noise is worse I was sleeping in room 25A when the people on the room next to mine were having sex my headboard and the bed was also moving so meaning I was physically involuntarily part of the act somehow, they need to fire their handyman he does a terrible job very poor workmanship, then there are cockroaches which is baffling because they clean all the time, they clean none stop, they need to have something for the cockroaches, then there is this guy who cries so loud daily twice a day apparently he is praying but he is fighting a lot with his kids and wife over the phone very loudly in Afrikaans , I speak Afrikaans I obviously can hear when he is praying or fighting (that get is in need of help)

Your bedding smell fresh and I enjoyed the sleep. The price is reasonable. Warm water to shower. Homeless people who sleep at the gate they make the place to be not welcoming. Sharing the bathroom is not good at all. I had to wake up early before people to enjoy my bathing. You should add some mirrors I had to use my camera to see myself. You can add 90L of basin for who doesn't want to share bath and bucket to empty the basin. Include a mop at a shower so that we can clean after using. Your security sit next to the stairs and smoke and the smoke goes through stairs as no fresh enters.
