- Piyush (8/5): Very good - Was great value for money. The location was well connected with major travel locations. Front yard had a beautiful green lawn which added to the overall value provided. Also the bed was comfortable. Toilet seat was broken and the door to the toilet was a bit too tight which could be a problem for children and senior citizens.
- Das (10/5): Nice staff. Very nice place to stay. will prefer to stay here in my next visit as well. - Location is very nice. Lot of open space and trees around. Parking space available. Garden area can be improved further to add more beauty to the property. Electric Kettle may be provided in the rooms for the ground floor. Early morning warm water / black tea can be prepared by the guests in the rooms.

- Nitin (1/5): Accepted the booking on platform but then cancelled on phone - They called and asked me to cancel the booking.
- Michael (2/5): Bait and Switch - Nothing Owner cancelled my booking prior to my arrival on checkin day. He said that he contacted me several times to confirm my booking but I didn’t receive any correspondence. Mind you, I arrived at 3 pm. When I book a place, it is my expectation that the room in question will be available upon my arrival. This wasn’t the case. I’m disappointed in the owner’s behavior. Ultimately, they offered me another unit in another area of the city for the same price that was less desirable. Be warned.

It is in need of a mirror, even a small one will help in shaving. Next the toilet hand shower should be changed. I stayed in room no 5.

Care taker doing his best to give some professionalism towards your stay. If you are enjoy a peaceful stay at your budget you can go for 'Green Vista homestay'.... Foods😉 but everyone's taste is different or else you can ordered it online from any restrau... Outside foods are allowed here(I had asked for that).
