• ana cristina (10/5): Boa estadia. - Proximidade com a Dontobori. Muitos restaurantes, cafés e lombinhos em volta. Funcionários muito solícitos, ajudaram em tudo.

It was also next to a family mart and also had a cafe down stairs although it’s lobby is not as big as an average hotel it was very nice and the rooms were spacious than usual Japan hotels I’ve been in. I wish I stayed longer.

After proceeding the check-in process, the staff told me that my luggage’s had been put inside my room. The service is too great which is out of my expectation. Thanks for your good service :)

• Angus (7/5): Convenient stay near the heart of Osaka. - The location of the hotel is amazing, right near dotonbori with very easy access to the city. Additionally the staff were really nice and very helpful, they also spoke enough English that together we could communicate. The rooms were clean and functional. I think the rooms/facilities are a little expensive (I paid about 110/night) for what you get, however that may be due to it being in a convenient location/the time of year that I visited. They were by no means uncomfortable, just small, and maybe a touch overpriced. For a lower price I'd have no issue.
• Jackie (4/5): - The only real advantage of this hotel is its location, which is why I booked it in the first place. It was one of the last available options in the area. That said, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have other choices. The staff are really friendly and helpful, so this is not a reflection on them, but rather on the infrastructure itself. The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing. The walls and windows are extremely thin, and noise from outside is very loud. You can also hear people walking through the hallway and conversations from neighboring rooms. On weekends, it gets especially noisy and can continue until around 3:00 AM, which makes it difficult to sleep. There are also a few practical downsides. The hotel doesn’t have any laundry facilities, so you’ll need to rely on nearby coin laundries, which are often crowded and require some luck to use. Cleanliness could be improved as well. I noticed dust in certain areas that didn’t seem regularly cleaned, and after clean up, I found some long hairs on the bed as well. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but these are important points to consider before booking.

• Tommaso (5/5): Sorry but not recommending it. Only position on the positive - Position is super convenient. Very close to Dotombori, without being in the messy streets First time it happens in my life, there was an automatic light in the room, very bright, that lighted up every time one moved. At night it kept turning on and we couldn’t sleep. Crazy enough, it was not possible to turn it off so it kept annoying us. On top, the heater was on top of the bed and either was not working properly or it was extremely hard to understand for a foreigner, so it was constantly too warm.

• Rahul (5/5): - Location was very good, and the staff were respectful. Wifi was good but you had to connect to the 1st connection on the floor. Value for money was good compared to other hotels in the area. The room had an automatic sensor that you could not turn off, which greatly impacted my sleep, and which the staff were unable to turn off. I had to resort to covering the sensor with a packet in order to get the light to turn off to get some sleep, which when I was travelling was somewhat annoying.

Room is slightly cramped but acceptable given the price. Anyway, you are going to be spending most of your time out exploring the city.

• HASYA AQILAH (10/5): Totally worth it. - Staffs were hospitable. Place location was convenient, walking distance to a lot of things. One adult but received two single beds. Checkout was tooe arly at 10am, but luckily was flight was during the afternoon, so 10am was just nice for my flight. Also, they can't provide you taxi service or call taxi for you. But since I use the subway, it didn't bother me much.

It's also near the subway station and shopping centers. Overall, it's excellent, and the room size is perfect for a single person, there’s plenty of space to move around even with the suitcase open

I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka. - A clean environment and an excellent location, with convenient access to various tourist attractions. On one occasion, I asked the front desk whether there was a transportation company that could ship my suitcases to Tokyo. The staff said they did not know, but in fact there was one located only about a 30-second walk from the hotel. I hope that even if the staff are not sure, they would at least try to assist guests.
