• EMILIO CARLOS (4/5): ruim, nos sentimos abandonados pelo anfitrião - dentro da propriedade estava ok propriedade muito distante das principais atrações, SEM INTERNET, anfitrião desinteressado aos problemas enfrentados por nos. Chegamos na propriedade notamos a falta de internet, anfitrião sabia que estava sem internet ha alguns dias e não relatou com antecedencia para nos , afim de que pudessemos trocar de propriedade pois precisamos de internet para o nosso trabalho e também quando confrontado nos pediu para procurar o booking. Banheiro sem janela, com um equipamento de gás dentro do banheiro. local estava sujo dentro do guarda roupa tinha uma camada grande de pó, demais comodos ok

• Yana (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Campiello dell'Isola!! - The location was excellent! Close to the station, a supermarket and a great coffee shop!! Would have been great to have a washing machine in the property.
• Elżbieta (9/5): - Bardzo przytulny, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Miły i pomocny gospodarz. Troszkę daleko do najbardziej uczęszczanych miejsc, choć blisko do stacji.
• chantal (9/5): Appartement bien situé et bien équipé - Emplacement idéal, à 10 mn de la gare Santa Lucia et à 10 mn du pont Rialto. La possibilité d'être au calme. La petite cuisine est très pratique. On peut soi même régler le thermostat selon les besoins. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, un peu sombre mais pour y passer ses nuits pas besoin de grande luminosité. La chambre est bien, il y a des grands placards. Pour le paiement, j'ai du l'effectuer via un lien. Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi ce n'était pas possible via Booking. Mais j'ai pu pour finir le faire via PayPal.

• Katya (10/5): Formidable - L'accueil de Francesco était au top, l'emplacement était super et l'appartement correspond bien au descriptif et offre tout pour un séjour agréable. Spacieux et bien équipé.
• Fabri2oo7 (10/5): Buonissima esperienza - Bilocale molto carino, buona posizione vicino a tutti i punti di interesse e a 15 minuti da Piazza San Marco. La notte molto silenzioso. Il proprietario molto cordiale e simpatico. Consigliamo assolutamente la struttura.

• ivan (10/5): - Wie in den Beschreibungen es bereits steht: Zentral, ruhig, alles, was gut ist, ist um die Ecke, 1 Kanal auch (man kann an ihn Flut und Ebbe anschauen). Die Wegbeschreibung, die man am Tag der Anreise bekam, war notwendig und gut! Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Es gab genug Handtücher Geschirrtücher und Seifen + Klopapier.,.,. Herd haben wir nur in der früh zum Tee machen benutzt, aber man kann dort vom naheliegenden Mercado Thunfisch Steaks holen und zubereiten etc. Die Wohnung ist 1 bisschen dunkel, was im Sommer wahrscheinlich gut ist und uns (Anf. Nov ) ins Freie zu der guten Bäckerei um die Ecke hinausgetrieben.,., War echt SUPERB ✌️✨ Es ist 1 bisschen dunkel in der Wohnung.,.,
• Anna Maria (8/5): Maggior percezione di come si vive in una città così eccezionale - La tranquillità del posto ma contemporaneamente molto vicina ai luoghi di interesse artistico. Puoi gestirti un po’ come se fossi a casa.
• Elsa (8/5): - Leider entstand durch einen technischen Fehler eine Doppelbesetzung und wir konnten nicht in das Quartier. Der Host war in dieser Situation ein super Ansprechpartner und ist extra nach Venedig gekommen (Samstag Abend um 23 Uhr), um uns zu helfen. Das Ausweichhotel hat er gebucht und gezahlt (teurer als Ausgangspreis). Wohl wissend, dass dieser Fehler nicht passieren darf, haben wir uns gut umsorgt gefühlt und den besten Support bekommen, den man sich in dieser Situation vorstellen kann.
• Michael (8/5): All in all nice apartment with all necessary facilities clean and tidy. - Well located and good facilities Liked the property unaware it had an occupied tenancy above us would have been nice if we were advised as tenant was unhappy we opened and closed the front dual entrance a couple of times to get better WiFi

Pour l'arrivée Je conseillerais aux clients de se munir de l'application google map car l'accès est assez compliqué. Je suggère au propriétaire de mettre le numéro de la porte sur l'adresse.

The location is quiet, away from the loud tourist areas but close enough to walk to anything you want to see There is no washing machine despite the property listing a washing machine as an amenity. Check in was cumbersome. I had to text the owner who then met me to exchange the keys and make the payment. Communication with the owner was not great. When I texted about the washing machine I received no response
• Deborah (10/5): Great Place - We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to the piazza with restaurants and a grocery store. Francisco was great- friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Small shower, but that seems to be common in most of the places we stayed.

Le TRES mauvais accueil, voire même inexistant: des interlocuteurs différents et absents.il a fallu faire 2 kilomètres de marche sans connaître la ville, sous une chaleur accablante car la personne n'a pas daigné se déplacer, afin de pouvoir effectuer le règlement.

• angel (10/5): Delicioso lugar para una estancia breve - Estupendo apartamento con lo básico, en una zona muy silenciosa, cerca de un supermercado, junto al campo san Giacomo, precioso, a diez minutos de la estación o de Rialto. Francesco,, quien me atendió y llevó hasta la casa es un cicerone de excepción. Todo mi agradecimiento hacia él por su más que amabilidad. Todo estuvo de acuerdo a mis expectativas, ningún probema

• Guest (9/5): Velmi čisté a prostorné ubytovaní, v dochozí vzdálenosti od centra v klidné čtvrti. Majitel milý a na všem se dalo v kli - Ubytovaní bylo v klidné časti města, v dochozí vzdalenosti od úplného centra. Okolo ubytovaní je coop, pekárna a spousta restaurací, ve kterých jsou lepší ceny vzhledem k vzdálenosti od centra.
