Maks (10/5): Fine cozy hotel near Banjaluka center - The hotel is situated near the city center: there are shops, bars & restaurants, shopping mall nearby. Walking to the local fortress Kastel takes about 10 minutes, to the museum and main library — about 4 minutes. The room had huge (really huge one) and comfortable bed, a lot of windows to see the nearest streets and meet some sunrises, there are also a fridge, a coffee maker and cattle, some furniture to keep your stuff. Wonderful picture of Kastel on the wall :)) Rather interesting shower system, hair dryer and some toiletries are included. Two bottles of water were waiting for me in the fridge, which is actually a perfect welcome gift :)) Really nice and

The location is amazing - it’s in the heart of the city, and the apartments are gorgeous. We had a corner room with bright windows, so we could see the whole city. They’re also designed to be cozy and comfortable, so we felt like we were in our own little slice of heaven. I’m definitely coming back to the same room next time!

Sarah (8/5): Man muss bedenken, dass es im 5.ten Stock liegt. Ich habe dies erst nach der Buchung gesehen. Für uns war das kein Probl - Die zentrale Lage war hervorragend. Man ist direkt im Center. Die Badezimmer waren alt und es muss vieles erneuert werden. Die Tür zur Dusche liess sich nicht mehr schliessen und das Waschbecken war lose.

Užasna tuš kabina, potpuno nefunkionalna i skučena. Dočekani smo sa: "Dobar dan, dajte pare". Pritom, su naplatili malo više nego što je naznačeno ovde. Svakako razlika je nebitna, ali je utisak gorak. mali update što se tiče cene, zbog komentara vlasnika. Jasno se vidi da je u cenu uključena i taksa. Хороший душ, чайник и по хозяйски предлагают кофе - чай. Расположение удобное, центр и доступность транспорта. Немного тесноват санузел , но соответственно цене неплохо. Один минус: четвёртый этаж без лифта, об этом надо бы сообщать гостям в анонсе Booking

Stefan (10/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zentrale Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Kurzaufenthalt. - Schlüsselübergabe mit Gastgeber hat gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Alles Sehenswerte in der Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Check-out bis 11:00 ist ok. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gibt auch Parkplätze vor dem Gebäude. Ich würde hier wieder buchen, falls ich mal wieder nach Banja Luka komme. Zimmer ist etwas zu hellhörig. Kein Lift - für mich kein Problem, aber wer die Stufen in den 4ten Stock nicht raufkommt oder sehr viel Gepäck hat, soll hier nicht buchen.
