• Vasilija (9/5): Comfort, Space & Location - 9.8/10 Experience - We had a phenomenal stay in Budapest! The apartment is amazing - exactly as shown in the photos. It’s very large, spacious, clean, and full of natural light. It has absolutely everything one might need: a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots - truly a fully equipped kitchen! The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and everyone gets their own duvet, which is a great touch. The wardrobe has plenty of hangers. The bathroom mirror has LED lighting, which is perfect for doing makeup! We didn’t use the laundry area, but it’s available and well-equipped. The toilet is separate from the main bathroom (the main bathroom doesn’t have a toilet), which is actually very practical for 2 - 3 people. Check-in was very simple - you receive a code for the building and another code for a small lockbox on the wall where the keys and tag are stored. All in all, 9.8 is our realistic rating for the overall experience. The apartment is in an ideal location - everything is close by, the area feels safe, and there are countless cafés, restaurants, shops, and shopping centers nearby. Metro and tram stations are just a 2 minute walk away. Even the minor issues we mentioned are not significant enough to impact the overall amazing experience. This is the apartment we'll definitely come back to! - MUST READ: The elevator does not go up without using the tag. The keys and tag are located on the 4th floor in a lockbox next to the apartment door. To make the elevator go up, you need to use the tag - but this was not explained by the host. As two girls traveling alone, we had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor, which was quite exhausting. If we hadn’t seen a neighbor using the tag for the elevator, we wouldn’t have figured it out. This is something that should definitely be clearly mentioned in the check-in instructions. - The toilet is extremely small (when you close the door, your knees touch it), and there’s no ventilation, so it can feel a bit claustrophobic.

• salvo fabio (10/5): - Camera pulita, moderna e davvero perfetta. Posizione eccellente, comodissima per muoversi ovunque. Check-in e check-out semplicissimi, tutto chiaro e senza problemi. Appartamento curato, bello e ben organizzato. Complimenti, soggiorno davvero piacevole. A livello puramente personale, ho trovato il cuscino un po’ troppo morbido per le mie abitudini. Potrebbe essere utile offrire una seconda opzione, ma si tratta davvero di un dettaglio soggettivo e non incide sull’ottima esperienza complessiva.

• Annamária (10/5): - Jó illata volt mindennek..a törölköző ágynemű. Nagyon szép és tiszta volt a fürdő és wc is! 🥰🙏 Új, tágas, világos lakás, klassz hogy volt lift. Nagyon jól felszerelt. Szuper hajszárító és még esernyő is volt 🥰 A párna nekem nagyon kényelmetlen volt, és picit lehetne keményebb a matrac. Jó lett volna, ha a külön helyiségben lévő wc ben is lett volna egy kistörölköző...gondolom véletlenül lemaradt.

• Michał (10/5): Bardzo ładny i przytulny - Bardzo ładny i przytulny apartament. Wszystkie udogodnienia były, środki czystości były. Bardzo blisko sklepu Aldi. Ręczniki - z jednej strony fajnie, że były takie grube i puszyste, ale z drugiej strony bardzo długo schły po wytarciu się po zwykłym prysznicu. Mniejszy ręcznik przez to, że taki gruby ciężko zawiązać na długich włosach.

• Maria (1/5): Pésimo - El apartamento se encontraba en buenas condiciones Al reservar nadie te indica las características del edificio, el edificio está en unas condiciones pésimas, el ascensor ni funcionaba, todo súper sucio, olía fatal todo el edificio, la zona... dicen que es buena por la ubicación pero yo no recomendaría ir sola por la noche y los vecinos... se escucha TODO golpes gritos... nosotros acabamos reservando otro apartamento porque no me sentía segura, se lo comentamos al propietario de este apartamento por si no podía realizar un reembolso del dinero o de la mitad, ya que nos habíamos ido porque al realizar la reserva nadie te indica tooodooo esto y su respuesta fue que no me iban a realizar un reembolso, porque el apartamento está recién pintado y la zona era segura... y solo faltaba un yonki pinchándose en las escaleras...

• Andrew (3/5): - Very clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped, with Metro and supermarket very close by. A beautiful apartment. We chose the apartment because reviews had claimed it to be quiet with no noise. Hewever we had to endure loud music from other apartments thudding into tour apartment on two of the three nights we stayed (Thursday & Saturday). On the second of those occasions the music went on until past 2am.

• Antonio Jose (10/5): Buen alojamiento en Pest - El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones y con todo lo necesario. Está justo al lado de un ALDI, frente de un centro comercial enorme y a 3 minutos andando del metro. La entrada al edifico está muy estropeada y al tener los cubos de basura dentro no huele muy bien al entrar.

Вселение было в 14.00, но мы приехали раньше и оставили чемоданы в квартире. Квартира после шикарного ремонта. Дизайнер хорошо поработал. Все чисто, новое, тепло, постоянно горячая вода без перебоев. Вся посуда новая, продуманно все до мельчайших мелочей. Рядом огромный каньон и суперы. В общем рекомендую от всей души. Обязательно остановимся в следущий раз там же. Нет такого

• Anett (10/5): Ha jó szállást keresel, megtaláltad - Sok szálláson voltunk már Budapesten, de ilyen jóban még sosem. Már a legelején nagyon részletes útmutatót, információkat kaptunk a bejutásról. A szállás annyira tiszta volt, hogy még port se lehetett találni a legutolsó polcon se. Kiválóan felszerelt a konyha is és a fürdőszoba is. Érkezéskor várt minket kávékapszula, illetve a fürdőszobában volt sampon és tusfürdő is. A törölközőknek és az ágyneműknek is finom, frissen mosott illatuk volt. Tökéletes az elhelyezkedése a helynek, egy kb 3-5 perc sétára van a nyugati pályaudvar és a Westend is. Annak ellenére, hogy forgalmas úton van, egyáltalán nem szűrődik fel a város zaja a lakásba. Csak ajánlani tudjuk mindenkinek, bárcsak több napot maradtunk volna még, ide fogunk legközelebb is jönni!

• Natia (10/5): Great Apartment - I had a wonderful stay here. The host was very responsive, and the house was exceptionally clean. It’s the perfect size for two to three people and has all the necessary appliances. The location is great — it’s a very walkable area with easy access to some main attractions, as well as public transport and the metro. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free, the host was very responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a really nice place to stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely return next time. Świetna lokalizacja - bardzo blisko metra i z fajną okolicą (na przeciwko Starbucks i galeria, obok sklep Aldi). Aż się chciało wracać do takiego mieszkania, polecam wszystkim! 🩷

• Marek (9/5): Polecam, bardzo fajne miejsce. - Polecam apartament. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra, tramwaju i autobusu, w tym Hop On Hop Off. Dużo udogodnień w apartamencie. Okolica taka średnia ale nie najgorzej. Obok apartamentu sklep, blisko kawiarnie i bary. Dobry kontakt z wynajmujacym. Minusem był brak miejsc do parkowania ale to strefa centrum, tak więc nie można narzekać. Poza widokiem z okna brak minusów.

Всередині чисто та затишно, на кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Все відповідало опису, проживання залишило тільки позитивні враження. Єдиний невеликий недолік — слабкий напір води у душі.

• Sandra (10/5): A great apartment in a beautiful city. - This apartment was spacious, modern and exceptionally equipped. We were very comfortable and found everything to be of top quality. It was a very good two night stop for us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom with separate toilet were very good. Although not needed by us there was a washing machin3, iron and ironing board plus clothes airer. These are a bonus for travellers. We travel by car and we’re a bit worried about secure parking as we have many things with us for our three months travelling and obviously can’t take it all out of the car at each stop. We parked at Westend outdoor car park which was a 10 minute walk from the apartment. It is a barrier car park with security cameras but we still felt nervous. We were relieved to return to our car and find it in order. We would definitely stay in this apartment again should we return to Budapest. The area of the apartment certainly was not an upmarket area but the price was not upmarket either so allowances must be made. We found ourselves in the heart of the city after a 20 - 30 minute walk where there were dozens of cafes, shops and restaurants. The entry to the building left much to be desired and I must admit our hearts sank when we saw it. Once inside, the common areas are also quite dilapidated but we were relieved when we opened the door to our lovely apartment. Such is life in a city and not much can be done to improve this without a great cost involved which would then be handed on to the renter.

• Nándor (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, clean, well equipped. Also there is a pac man machine! Despite it’s in the city center no noise from the street! If I have to be nitpicking: You have to keep in mind that this is a one room apartment: sleeping with a baby is possible, but you can’t separate it to do anything else. The view from the balcony is an ugly rooftop. But these are absolutely outweighed by the location, interior, cleanliness and convenience of being in the city center.

• Carmen (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the comfortable beds, it was clean, luminous, and quiet although in a busy street, you could not hear any noise as the apartment is facing the inside part of the building. The location was very convenient, if you like walking, you can walk downtown or take the metro. There's a shop right outside the building which came in handy to get some provisions. We came by car and the parking which was recommended by the owner was within walking distance. Something to keep in mind is that parking on the streets behind the building is not allowed even on weekends or holidays as it's reserved for residents only (we were informed about this by the owner). There was enough space for the 3 of us! All self check in instructions were very clear, and the communication with the owner was flawless. The kitchen was well equiped but the table in the kitchen blocked the passage, it made it very narrow and hard to move around. I'd be nice to have a small size dinning table, it looks like there is enough space to fit one right beside the balcony door.

• Kharkovlad (10/5): A spotless comfy flat with everything you need. - A lovely cozy flat. Convenient location near the metro station and just next door to a supermarket. Perfect self check-in without the need for phone calls or other arrangements. The host provided all the required information. The bed is super comfy. TV is connected to the internet so you can connect to your Netflix or other streaming accounts. Everything is new and clean, starting with the flat itself and finishing with towels and bedding. Brilliant. It is very warm. There is AC if you happen to need it even warmer or want to cool it down in the summer. Would be happy to stay again. Nothing really. It would be even better to have a pod for the coffee machine for each day of the stay so one doesn't need to buy a pack they won't use in a few days. The toilet is specific due to its size but this is a minor thing.

• Teodora (9/5): Amazing stay, with a great location - Really liked the location, the store is literally 5 steps away, and we got lots of blankets with the beds, which made it very cosy. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped and it made a huge difference with our stay compared to our previous ones in similar places. The Pac-Man machine doesn't operate with coins, which was a great relief for us too. The only 2 things I could complain about (and even this wasn't really all that bad) are first, the elevator, it was extremely slow and tiny, which made the heat kick in a lot, and on first arrival, we had to climb up to the fourth floor by stairs, which wasn't as pleasant, but these are just how the building was built, not at all on the owner. (although, maybe it could be considered to place the keyholder safety box somewhere lower in the building, but I do understand the reasons behind the current placement)
