- Caroline (5/5): - Very basic. Check in was due to be 3pm having to contact staff who took ages to reply to wait for one room is unacceptable. 2 hour wait for second room.

- Stebb (1/5): Do not got there - I dident like any of it soon I went into the room it smells like.cat pjss N/a
- HARLEY1200UK (6/5): No frills but good value - Very cheap. Close to sea front. Hard bed. Saw no staff, got a text with entry code number... unusual for a hotel.

- Andrew (1/5): - Couldn't get a answer and Couldn't get into the property and paid for another hotel very poor communication wouldn't recommend it to anyone

- Skye (1/5): It stank of dog excrement and piss - It stank of dog excrement and piss. The smell had stuck to my clothes that I had left at the hotel had to wash everything even the things I hadn’t warn as soon as I got home. I did not stay the night a friend had let me stay at their hotel so I basically paid 30 quid for a foul closet. No staff were at the hotel they allowed another person who was staying to allow me in to the hotel and give me the password and just left the key on the bed.
- Peebles (10/5): - Excellent very clean and tidy would definitely recommend

- Lou (2/5): Unclean, smelly, broken furniture, bit far from centre, but is cheap - Cheap which is nice but there’s other cheap places in Blackpool for way better It was dirty, dirty bed, dirty shower and sink, dirty surfaces, bathroom door was broken, blinds were broken. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel but it really stunk.
- Claire (2/5): Not recommended, definitely avoid the car park. - The bathroom was clean however in desperate need of diy. The whole hotel smelt of wet dog and damp, in my room the smell was unbearable so hardly spent anytime in there. There was no milk for a cup of t, dog hair in the bed, stains on the walls and ceilings. To add insult to injury my car got broken into in the carpark opposite the hotel as it’s a druggie hot spot.
For £50 I’d hoped the room would be better as you can get a room in Blackpool for £15 however won’t be going back to this hotel or Blackpool!
- Mark (9/5): Well worth the price and have booked to return 👍 - Clean , quiet and close to all amenities. N/A
- Harding (5/5): Adequate - Comfy beds, clean and spacious Weird smell in hallway, not enough towels, no staff present, the room looked like it just been thrown together, needs fine tuning as such
- Elisha (1/5): - My sta was cancelled and they will not answer the phone to me or my partner and are refusing to give us are refund when it was stated it was going to be put back into my account in 1-2 days it’s been 7 days since Nothing rude staff
- Meggan (10/5): Nice stay - Great location right on the beach front Self service, wasn't described on booking.com but was very easy to get into the contact number provided messaged back straight away and assisted me very easy!
- Chelsea (1/5): - Nothing was good about it at all Nothing didn’t stay due to room not being advertised as it did. Payed for a room with a bath when we got there the women said there was no rooms with a bath due to both baths having leaks. Was told I’d get a full refund, still haven’t got one despite speaking directly to the hotel and the phone number given.
- Carol (10/5): - Linked it all very comfortable There wasn't anything I didnt like
- Andrew (1/5): -
- Aimee (10/5): Stayed for a night - The room was clean , had a tv , nice bedding and beds , staff were friendly and informative, easy checkin , nice outside to the hotel , couldn’t be happier with the room fair prices Nothing could be better
- Rebecca (1/5): - I requested to cancel this hotel, my autistic daughter was quite unhappy and unsettled. I have spoken to booking.com and they had requested the free cancellation policy. The hotel choose to ignore it and now I'm 68 pounds out of pocket. Also please read the reviews before you pay for the rooms. Lots of them say it stinks of dog wee and it's a very strong smell of dog. To be honest this would put anyone off. I'd be highly embarrassed if I rented out a place that absolutely stinks of dog piss. Don't waste your money here guys. We got a much nicer place, very clean and tidy, smelt beautiful. It's not all about the price tag... Very negative experience. Won't ever waste my money or time again. Just don't do it.
- Vitalina (8/5): -
- Ady (1/5): - We got a text message from the hotel during the night before our stay canceling our room.
We still haven't received a refund and the hotel are ignoring our calls and messages.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN BLACKPOOL... Everything
- Nicole (9/5): - it’s a real diamond in the rough in bp. big tv and nicely decorated. our deluxe king had a separate living room area with sofa and 2 different coffee makers. smells very strongly of dog. other reviews have said urine but honestly it smells more like wet dog. i love dogs so this didn’t bother me
- Roe (7/5): - Easy to find, easy to access blackpool. Brilliant lactation. Very strong smell of urine in both the hallway and room, wasn't the room we booked, shower was hanging on by a thread.
- Doherty (10/5): - The way the staff didn't mind that I stim due to having autism
- Peter (8/5): -
- Rodney (10/5): -
- Danielle (1/5): - Nothing We booked to stay at the luxe hotel in Blackpool for one night 27/2/26 and we are fully aware you get what you pay for but you don’t expect to be there for an hour and walk out and travel back home for 3 hrs because the place was beyond disgusting!
The smell when you first open the door to enter the property hits you like tonne of bricks, it was vile!
The smell of dried in dog wee thats been soaked into the carpets and up the stairs is very over powering and there solution to the problem was to put a plug in air freshener in, which does nothing to mask the dirty smell of the hotel!
The rooms are basic but like I said you get what you pay for but when the spring is sticking out the mattress and the bed is broke and on a slant like a skate ramp even that is taking the mick! You can see from the images how bad this place is.
Our opinion sleep on the beach probably cleaner and more comfy
- Lynsey (3/5): Overall looked and felt grubby - Big TV No one to let us in, had to phone to get a door code.
Very strong smell of dogs as soon as you walk in and the smell was just as strong in the room.
In desperate need of maintenance.
Bath panel hanging out, part of door frames missing, half of the blinds or missing cords so can not to opened.
- Andrew (8/5): - The staff were friendly and accommodating the room was fantastic with an adjustable rradiator you really couldn't ask for more. Shower was nice and hot When I had a room with a bath it was difficult to keep warm
- Sami (8/5): -
- Lyndsey (1/5): - Nothing! Couldn't contact the hotel the door was locked when I went to speak to someone AVOID
- Suzanne (8/5): Good stay - Good location, friendly owner, very accommidating abs clean Everything was good
- Lita (10/5): -
- Alex Isla (9/5): - Big tv in room location next to.sea front. Pet friendly Other guests were noisy but owner managed to sort it
- Thomas (10/5): -
- Thomas (10/5): - Location near the beach.. very helpful staff comfortable rooms easy check in process Blackpool in general as its declined massively but thats nothing negative against the hotel obviously
- Eleanor (6/5): -
- Lloyd (7/5): - The room was big and the bathroom was also large size The hot water for the bath wasnt hot enough but was enough for a bath
- Ajay (1/5): -
- Rupesh (1/5): They cancelled at last moment and they haven’t refunded my money yet . They don’t reply or answer the call - They cancelled at last moment and they haven’t refunded my money yet . - Kelsie (1/5): Booked one night at this hotel, turned up at 7pm to check-in, rang the number to let them know I was there and couldn’t - Booked one night at this hotel, turned up at 7pm to check-in, rang the number to let them know I was there and couldn’t gain entry to be told they ‘cancelled my booking’ at 9am that morning due to a ‘leak’ and booking.com had apparently contacted me. Left stranded on the streets with a child and no where to go and no alternative accommodation or refund. Contacted booking.com and they made it very clear the booking was still there, it had NOT been cancelled by the hotel and no refund had been requested either from the hotel.

- Lance (1/5): Awful experience where everything went wrong! - There was on street parking available when I arrived so this was the one positive from the stay. Check in experience was awful. No check in instructions were sent prior to my arrival. Listing advertises a 24-hour front desk with check in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Despite arriving within the specified check in time where there was meant to be a 24-hour front desk, I encountered a smart door bell which did not work (was later advised it had been disconnected by a staff member earlier that day), telephone number listed for the host was answered and no 24-hour front desk. It took over 20 minutes to get the attention of a staff member who lives at the property through repeatedly banging the door.
Furthermore, on first look the room looked okay but after decompressing from the check in experience, the issues became evident. Water damage stain marks on ceiling (livable but unsightly), several issues with the bathroom which was both filthy and in need or some urgent repairs. It looked like jobs has been started that day but not finished, hence the materials in the room and mess. When taking a bath that evening, the in-built plug in the bathtub does not fully close, thus meaning that water keeps escaping from the plug when it is not intended.
To top everything off, on waking up the next morning, none of the electrical sockets in the room worked, meaning I was unable to make a morning brew, switch on lamps, tv etc. On reaching out to the member of staff who lives at the property, I was advised that the electric fuse board switched during the night and they have been unable to get this working and the issue had been reported to the owner for attention later that day. This meant that I was unable to wash that morning as there was no hot water, presumably as the boiler needed electric.
Overall a negative experience and would not return under any circumstances.
- Dean (1/5): Mislead by the pictures on booking.com filthy accommodation with very bad staff. - Nothing. Stay away much better hotels in blackpool. Staff were drunk and fighting with one another scaring residents.
- Zatan (1/5): - I don't like anything because they just only took my money & they're not open the hotel for us. We slept somewhere else they need to refund the money back but they're not. too bad Too bad .not refund money back
- Stuart (10/5): Comfortable and Relaxed whilst safe’n’sound - The Luxe Hotel is like a home from home, it stands out just from the outside and looks like the posh expensive and most expensive hotel around but unbelievably it’s one of cheapest if you book in advance 🤷
I’ve stayed here before with my partner for a little break away, but as I also work away from home I will book this place whenever I am in the area I have nothing I can fault
- David (8/5): Does the job! - Quiet, well-situated, accomodating staff, and very dog-friendly. Personally, would have liked a chair and little table in the room, so I could work on a laptop.
- Harford (1/5): - The 2 free coffee pods Ceiling leaking drips next to bed carpet soaked
Holes in floor sink not attached to wall
Bath panel hanging off
Hairs and earrings crap behind bed. No storage 2 draws in family room
Staff ... Abusive kicked me out because complained
Staff laughing in my face . threatening me there coming in my room to get my stuff out made me pack my things in ten minutes .lost jewelry
Avoid at all cost
- Lois (1/5): Bad communication - Said there was a leak 2 hour before we were clocking in, didn’t get a refund either, they ignored all my messages that I sent.
- Hope (1/5): Beds were horrible bathroom floor had a hole in. The smell in the hallway was horrible I had to hold my nose. - The location The smell of wet dog was potent as soon as you open the front door.! It was horrendous.
- Chloe Jean (1/5): Wasn’t the best - Staff were lovely as we arrived earlier than plnnned left the wheelchair downstairs then we didn’t need to carry up and down stairs. The bed was broken in both rooms the bathroom floor we all nearly feel through there was damp mould heating didn’t work. Had to purchase our own kettle as the kettle didn’t work in the room. Was very cold. The ceiling was caving in too.
- Stephen (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing i booked the hotel at 10.30 at night to get a phone call from the person running it that they close there doors at 22.00 and will process my refund however 1 moth later I'm still waiting for that refund Customer service
- McCarthy (10/5): Short stay at Luxe Hotel, Blackpool - Clean bathroom, room was good size, bit cold as single glazed window but just put radiator up a touch, like the self check in and how quickly the response was if I requested any help with anything. Good location, street outside but rough but looking at hotel from outside looks very well kept. Not applicable everything was to my liking and good value for money
- Michaela (1/5): -
- Thomas (9/5): - Comfortable rooms and location with friendly host claire The street the hotel is on is shall we say 'rough' round the edges but its blackpool after all... but by no means is this a reflection on the hotel. Secure password coded doors for security.
- Amanda (3/5): - Near to front Broken blinds
Windows didnt open
Bath side falling off
Big chunk of wood missing side of bathroom door
Toilet seat broke

- Christopher (10/5): AMAZING and will certainly be going back, - I have stayed in Hotels throughout the world and this was one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. BEST NIGHT SLEEP EVER. Nothng all was amazing value for money
- andrew (6/5): Ok - Cheat nice WiFi Pigeons in the ceiling dropping fevers a dust into the bath a sink 24.7 damp covering all the walls
- Sarah (7/5): All in a good stay, could do with some curtains or blinds that don’t let in the streetlight. Clean, comfortable bed. Cei - Was clean and had everything needed Strange mouldy damp smell throughout, odd arrangement in bathroom of bath with glass shower screen but no actual shower

- Marsh (7/5): - The room was great very clean comfortable bed The host was OK at first until we told her of our experience at the elite hotel which her boy owns and this one. Completely ignored us 6 times we went to her for toiletries and t bags saw her twice and then on the final day when leaving
- Jake (9/5): -
- Megan (6/5): -
- Barry (1/5): Smelly and dirty - Nothing Everything. There was snot on the walls to be told someone would come and deal with it. 2 hours I sat outside the property, for noone to turn up so I had to drive 3 and a half hours home. And to add I'm disabled and use a walking stick
- anton7718 (10/5): - Staff absolutely fantastic Nothing
- Jake (10/5): Brilliant 👍 - Hotel is very clean and affordable Nothing
- Evan (1/5): Didn’t even end up staying. Place was vile - Location was close to the attractions. Attempted modern decor Stunk of wet dog and dog piddle. Didn’t know you had to call the hotel to check in, no instruction just had to work it out, key code on door we weren’t even told until calling. Bed had hairs all over it. Whole room felt unfinished and DIY. Not comfortable at all with that horrible smell everywhere you go including inside the room. Only a bath not a shower. Ended cutting the trip short because of how uncomfortable it was. Dog barking behind office door. Not ideal
- Chowdhury (8/5): -
- Rachel (2/5): Disappointing, quite unhygenic and would not recommend this hotel sadly. - Property in very central location which was great for easy walk to sea front and shops. Lack of reply and contact from host. No parking, had to use private car park which is £15 for 24 hours. Strong smell or dog urine as soon as you enter the hotel, strong smell of dog urine in hotel room, beds looked unchanged, marks on sheets and sheet and protecter too small for bed so sliding off. Toilet seat completely broken, bathroom not very clean, big hole in floor next to the toilet, covered over with Lino and a toilet brush, mum nearly fell through the floor trying to open the window in the bathroom.
- Jason (10/5): - The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Slight smell as walk into Hotel but apart from that 10/10.
