• Alvin (8/5): Nice host, decent value, would recommend - It's a decent value for the price. There is a dishwasher there which isn't standard and that was nice. The hosts of this property are also very kind people. It's a bit industrial looking on the exterior although they did a fine job inside. The shower curtain liner needs washing as it's got mildew on it.

• Reta (1/5): BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE - Location to MD Anderson was fine, but it was difficult to gain entrance because of a truck blocking. The apartment was satisfactory, but BEWARE if you have a vehicle! RENTERS BEWARE- The property manager knew I had a vehicle but did not register it for me, and I was never told by anyone that it had to be registered. THE ONLINE DESCRIPTION SAYS FREE PARKING PLUS IT SAYS THERE IS A CHARGING STATION. I was only told where to park, and I followed their instructions. Much to my dismay, my vehicle was not there the next morning! I had early medical appts that I flew in town for so I had to pay for Lyft rides while my husband (who now could not accompany me) had to report the vehicle stolen. We later found out it was towed and had to pay $303 plus my Lyft of $69. I contacted Booking.com along with the property manager and was told they would send my info "to the owner". Of course, no one has responded and I'm sure I will end up eating this huge added expense! This was not the added stress I needed right before stressful medical appts.

• Regino (10/5): We were pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the apartment, especially considering the spaciousness and overall - I recently stayed at the Medical Center apartment complex from Tuesday to Friday, and overall, it was a remarkable experience. Once settled in, the apartment itself was peaceful, impeccably clean, and felt incredibly homey—it had everything we needed and more. The convenience of having a Kroger nearby made it easy to get groceries and other necessities, which was a huge plus during our stay while my dad is recovering from a stroke at the nearby medical center. Initially, we faced a few challenges with opening the gate, but I must commend the excellent communication and prompt resolution provided by the management team. The issue was fixed quickly and professionally, which greatly impressed us.
